    Hello sir ...,

    Since 20 days ago i recieved my order for bedsheets which i had ordered through Shop cj ... But the bedsheet which i received were defective ..., ,
    So i gave a return and refund request to shop cj., , , Then my product was been returned on[protected] From this location Mahuva, gujarat, india,

    I was been told that it would take around 5-7 days for the product to reach to the warehouse and then i would receive a call regarding taking information about my bank details for providing refund

    After 7 days i received sms asking to go to a specified link to fill in the beneficiary details of the bank so that they can provide refund in 3 days ...

    so i filled up the details and sent them immediately

    But since then Many days passed i havent Recieved my refund

    When i call their customer care they say that they have no records of my product reached to their warehouse ..they always say that i will recive a call from their concerned department in 2 days ...but no call i have received till now ..I im felling like cheated ...so sir plzz take action as soon as possible ...My order no was[protected]

        Yesteray I placed an order of 5 Cotton Kurta+ Free Jacket for Rs.1499 (total Rs.1668 after shipping charges) through online Mode at your website www.shopcj.com. For PaymentI used my UCO Bank Debit Card, after the payment transaction, it showed that the transaction has failed but at the mean time I got an SMS from Bank that Rs. 1668 was spent on my debit card on[protected], 14:51:20 Hrs. at Shop CJ Network Privat, Mumbai. But I have not received any confirmation of order placed till now.

        So I requested you to do the needful . Kindly refund my debited amount of Rs.1668 or arrange to deliver the order placed after confirmation of order.

          Dear Team,

          Reference to the subject order # i have ordered some kurties may be in last month via COD method. After receiving the material i got to know that the kurtis design is not as per the shown in ad and one piece is also damaged.

          So on next day i have called the customer care and advised for return request & i got the message that your return request is accepted and material will be taken back by next 5-7 days. But till date (after more then 30 days) nobody has picked up the goods and not refunded the money.

          After this incident i have tried almost 4-5 times to customer care and all the time i got the same response but nobody is coming and not refunding the money.

          Now the passion level has been crossed and now i am very serious that if i didn't get the revert from your side and making the refund on below mentioned bank detail within 2-3 days then i will send the request to consumer complaint.

              One and half month back i have ordered a prestige juicer and mixer the product is poor quality after delivery we have called back to take away the product (we just used it once to test it odd smell is coming while I'm operating it )but they brought for exchange we have called back said them for refund till now I have called many times but no proper response they are taking complaint every time but no refunding and they are saying after 2 days our officers will call you and take your account number and transfer the amount but no one I'll call again I'm calling they are repeating the same shop cj is testing our patients

                I purchased a Prestige Marvel Gas Stove from you in September. It's model number is GTM 04.The product is facing a leakage problem. I have got it repaired twice under the warranty within 30 days. But it is still facing the same problem.

                      I purchased mobile via shop cj tv aid . they told in tv advertise that the mobile has a gorilla glass and the glass is not damaged easily . but now my glass was damaged and when i go in intex customer care for replace my glass because my mobile is in still warranty but the intex customer care told me your glass is not gorilla glass .. my order number is [protected] .

                        I got my two orders booked on 30 oct, 16 of vlcc products (face packs) but i received only face pack products not free gifts .No free gifts in both the orders were given.I made complaint but no action has been taken yet.Again I tried to make contact but no complaint has been registered regarding free gifts .If no action is taken immediately I will write this incident on Face book .Or again I will get new orders booked and after receiving them, no payment will be paid to the courier boy.

                          I ordered 12 pieces handi and had a talk to your customer care while ordering, he clearly commited that the offer is 6 on 6 free handi. But the one i got is only 6 pieces. And now i want to return it to u. And i also made many calls to your customer services but no response at all.
                          I am having a proof of the call recording in which i had a talk to your services which states that there will be total 12 handi's. And if you are ignoring or not taking my complain seriously then i am definitely going to file a case in the consumer court with all the proofs.

                            I had ordered oven from your shopping site in diwali and i was having an offer of some gifts item along with oven. But till date i had not received 20 pics container box and food recipe book. This items were committed along with oven.

                            I had taken follow up with your customer executive several time. But i think now its just waste of my time. I don't understand why you guys had kept such customer care service if the customers are not made satisfied at least with satisfying positive revert. False commitments was received from your customer care agents (Krishna & tripati), about dispatching those gift items on my address and when i asked to transfer my call to higher management they were not able to transfer and was giving non sense reasons about office timings & floor supervisor is not available on the floor, your product will receive you 5 business days & all.

                            Please do take an appropriate actions & share your action plane on the same. As i am now fed up with the kind of service your guys provide. Let me know your action plans on this. You are free to give me a call on my below mentioned number or you can revert me on this mail as well. I am notify national consumer forum such your pathetic & irritated service. Also i request you please cc on your higher authority as well.

                            Immediate action will highly appreciated.

                              Quality and colors of blankets is not the same as it was shown in the channel at the time of display. Along with this the colors are completely different from the colors that were shown on TV . in fact the quality is highly poor as the blankets resemble a pack of tissue paper nothing else. So, I want my money back.

                                  I purchased combo shoes from this site but there is some size issue and when I call this toll free no. He said that shoes will be out of stock and and they are exchange my shoes after 7 days if shoes are available I need urgnt now I never puchase anything from this site very bad sevice poor bad zero service flip cart exchnge there products 2 days so shop cj is not understanding customers problem I never purchase anything in future and I also told my all friends and relatives shop cj service is very bad m not happy
