I purchased tops.. At time of order i clearly mentioned I will return if I do not like.. But when icalled for dat dey said it can't b returned.. Cheap material provided to me..     We have ordered no. [protected] a 20 Lt. oven of electrolux oven after viewing the demo on shop cj channel on 15.8.2016 wherin they show that so many thing can be prepare from that oven including pizza and cake. on receipt of the oven(Bill no.[protected] dated 16.8.2016) we call the electolux comapany technician for demo, he came and told that pizza and cake could not prepared in the oven because it is not convection. we call to the customer care of shop cj and told them the property of oven shwoed demo on tv does not match to oven, to us by cj. the shop cj team told that the information given by electrolux technician is wrong and the said oven has convection property, they have referred the matter to the Brand service center from where it has again been said that oven does not have convection property. on contanct to CJ team their manager said that they at the time of demo their team just show how to heat the already prepared pizza. is joke with the customer. whether they explain that they even show on the demo how to heat a preapred cake. there was no answer with the CJ team. we just want to provide us the oven that was show/ demo on 15.8.2016 when the order was placed by us or give the refund. But the CJ team very bluntly refused both the solution . I again request to opt out one solution out of the two above or we will file the complain before the consumer court to resolve the issue. we request to not have the trust over Shop CJ as they are not customer friendly or customer well wisher as shown above - Mukhalesh Jain, Jaipur

      I am rajiv r shah stay at d/8, millennium duplex, near adersh duples laxmipura road, gorwa. Vadodara. We have order 2 set of printed jeggings, when delivered 1 set is open and it will couldnot fit. Itis tighit, hence we immediatly ask for return, but till date nothing is happend, even in phone call say that with in 2 days it will tacken back but nothing is happend.
      Please do not say anything,

        Profuct received. First complaint registered on 26th august. made several complaints there after but no response till date. Return the product and send the cheque without any further delay. Regret to have had bad shopping experience twice. Today slso they had shown a pack of 4 leggings ofbthe same brand timbre. i requested for exvhane with that product of the same value but they refused. never had such an unpleasant shopping experience with any other on line shopping network.         I have ordered oleva jeggings which I have requested for return on 22august itself but till date the product is not taken back... apart from courier I got message to keep my parcel ready since last 4 days but they had even not taken back ...after talking with courier company express bees they said they dont pick for shopcj ...please help...

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I had purchased a product by SHOP CJ telephonically on 15th of Aug-16 which have been received on 22nd Aug-16. The products was defected and not in well condition when I had received. So I have decided to return back and call to customer care on 23rd of Aug-16, but they people not returning my product yet after several time calling their customer care number as every time he said that taking 7 to 10 working days but yet to received the defected product.

              I ordered a 9 bed sheet as per order no [protected] and received my order on 22.07.2016 and since the order was not as per my order i.E. Not 100 % cotton so i immediately call shop cj and requested for return but no return took place and i keep on calling shop cj but they returned my product on 29.08.2016 more than a months and more... Now they are not refunding my amounts as i have already submitted my bank details still as on now 12.09.2016 no refund has been credited in my accounts.

                I bought a pack of 9 bedsheets, item no. 180122, ordered on 09/09/2016, delivered on 10/09/2016, order no.being [protected], the details in the product specification mentions high quality fabric. it is not clearly mentioned as polycotton.
                Now when i want to return the product as i am not comfortable with the fabric, the lady who called for return confirmation says we can only return products with defects, as the item is not defective, the product can not be returned.
                i can buy another set of cotton bedsets or even refund is fine with me but the product should be taken back by you as the details is of deceive nature.
                i request you to please mention the details clearly, so that there is no scope for any confusion, like the one i had.

                  I ordered an Electrolux microwave in shop Cj after watching the ad on TV, in the ad they were showing that the microwave can grill and cook. The anchors were making pizza and other food items. I called them and placed the order for the product order no.[protected] on 10/10/17. When I received the item on 19/10/17, my sister told me the on 20/10/17 that the microwave cannot grill or make pizza because its solo microwave oven and not convention grill oven. The recipes book I received shows all kinds of food items that can be cooked in a grill microwave. The gifts I received were the same as shown in the ad. I called shop Cj on 23/10/17 and told them that I have received the wrong product. I asked them either to replace or return the product. But they simply refused and said that it cannot be replaced or returned as per their policy. I told them that I can pay the extra amount but please atleast give me the right product I want. They logged complaint and said that I'll receive call from complaints team in 2 working days. I did not receive any call that gave me any resolution. I received a call on 30/10/17 but at that time I was driving so I asked them to call after sometime. I did not receive any call after that. I called them on 8/11/17 and asked about the status of my complaint and the person simply said that the product cannot be replaced or returned at any cost.

                  The recipe book one receives with an appliance is the one that gives the food items that can be prepared in that particular appliance and not of any other appliance. Are they trying to make people fool by showing on TV that microwave could make pizza but actually it cannot. The recipe book shows all kinds of pizza, cake and dishes that one will think could be prepared in that microwave. And most importantly, a consumer has a right to return or replace the product and get the money back if he receives a wrong product or if its not the one that he was looking for.its been a week since I'm struggling to either get my money back or get the right microwave. I tried several times and they kept saying that they have logged complaint. But they did not resolve it and today just refused to do anything in this case.their representatives even hung up a the call several times when I called them a few says ago. Please help me, I'm very frustrated with their attitude.

                    I ordered a kitchen dining set from shop cj. It was shown that the set it glass made. But when i received the material. It was some cheap plastic, unusable. I ordered for a return . Im being harrased for a month now. The personal dont seem to respond . This is highly unprofessional. I need my money back. The company doesnt even issue my refund. This is really bad service and i have been duped by this company. I ordered another product just to get in contact with thr personal. But the people just do not want to come for the pickup. This is clear fraud.

                      I had ordered "colours of Rajasthan PO3 Gulal Kurtas" almost two months back. My order number is [protected]. Since then I have been trying to return it but I am not able to do so. Firstly, they shipped the wrong size and when we asked them to return it they again shipped the same size. We have complained about the same to the customer care executive almost 6-7 times by now. Every time I call them, they say they are gonna call us in 24 hours and process refund soon but guess what, it never happened. Such a pathetic experience shopping from here. We still call them every week and they still say "we are sorry for the inconvenience" but never do anything about it. The kurrtas we ordered are of large sizes which are not of any use. Neither do they exchange the sizes nor do they return it and give us our refund. Worst experience shopping from here and I would recommend others to do the same. It's been more than 3 months now and still they don't revert back in the way they should.

                        I bought rangilo rajsthan bed sheets from shop cj but the quality of product is BS, after first wash its totally damage, color has gone and all threads are coming out, when i complaint then the staff girl name kajal spoke very rude,
                        This type of services shop cj provide to the customers, when they have to sell the product then they call n call but when we have any issues then they always step back,
                        I m totally disappointed with the services and the product as well, i m not going to shop with shop cj anymore, nd request to other people also pls dnt buy anything from shop cj bcoz its all fake nd bad quality product,

                          Ordered two pairs of trousers from their website and they delivered the wrong size, they said they'd replace it and took the product from me on 1/8/2016 . Its 10/9/2016 now and they still havent sent me the replacement.

                          So right now they wont refund either and they havent sent me the replacement but they took the one they originally sent so the money i paid bought me a bunch of arguments with these pathetic people on shop cj.

                            I book an item via order no. [protected] on 15th Aug 2016.
                            When the product is not deliver I enquire for the reason with your customer care they told me due to technical error the order has been cancelled and refund will done shortly. Your company executive explain that Order book thru ICICI Bank Credit card are cancelled & company will inform you once again once the chosen product is re available

                            Today I receive my credit card statement (after 3 weeks of the order placement) which reflects that payment has been charged by your company.
                            I also paste the my bank stmt copy for you kind reference.
                            I request you to kindly look into the same immediately and do the needful in roll backing the amount before my card payment due date else I have to make the payment to bank.

I tried to call them and cancelled it because of bad service they cut my phone apologising and sended the message that your order will came in next 4 working days. Please help me sir. I am cheated.                                   Can we have some status on this case from Shop CJ ? Please guide me there a way to complaint against Shop CJ in consumer court.

                                  I am again submitting this complaint as I received a phone call last Saturday from Shop CJ Network and they promised to deliver the product by last Monday / Tuesday but I yet to hear from them after that.

                                  Too bad dealing with customer, I have paid for the product already so have to follow on till I get my every penny back or desired product delivered to my address.

                                      Three times, the above product has been changed but all the times, purple colour has been sent. I also lodged a complaint in this regard and I was assured that within ten days, I would get the product of yellow colour. But 15 days have passed, nothing has been done.

                                      Why are you cheating the customers? When you do not have the colour, why book the order? On exchange, three times you have sent the same colour. Is it your professionalism, accuracy?

                                      Nine days back, when I contacted your helpline, I was assured that I would get the product in yellow colour within 10 working days but when I contacted Aramex, I was told that no exchange in my name is pending with them.

                                      You are in deep slumber. Hope you will wake up now.
