I placed an order online vide order no [protected] of Glazze PO5 kurtas on 30/06/2016 which was received by me and the product was not properly stitched. Also the material was not good so immediately I called the executive and submit my complaint for its refund but the order was replaced. I again immediately contacted the executive on 10th July and they replied that it will be picked soon and refunded. When no action was taken by the company, I talked Mr. Suraj (senior executive) on 22/07/2016.I was made sure that my problem will be resolved in 48 hrs. On 25th July, I received a message that my concern pertaining to refund against order no. [protected] has been resolved but I did not receive any refund nor the order was picked. I again contacted on 27th July and talked Mr. Asif Khan. He also assured me that my problem will be resolved in next 48 hrs and asked my account details for the same. On 29th July I received same message as on 25th. But no action was taken. On 14th August after recalling the executive my account details were again asked online and I provided them. On 22nd August and then on 25th August again I received a message that my problem is resolved and I will receive the refund shortly. On no action when I recalled on 1st September, I was informed by Ms. Shweta that my product could not be refunded. I really cursed me for shopping with shop cj and not listening to my 100s of office colleagues who suggested me not to shop with shop cj because they all have faced a no of similar problems. the material of the product is really so poor that it cannot be gifted or worn even I placed the order for xxl size while it contains 2 kurtas of Medium size and 3 of xxl size .I seriously want that my problem should be resolved or I am going to start an online campaign against shopcj with my colleagues who have suffered with the similar problems

    This is to inform you that I have ordered one bed sheets combo of 10 bed sheets through shop cj but they deliver it in very untidy manner and when I open it all are defected. I call shop cj customer care they send it again but again same defected bedsheets. Now when I call them they don't care hold my phone for 30 to 45 mins but no response.
    It is my request u to please refund or convert my money in points and take your order back.

      Prestige 19 Ltr OTG Return Requested and didn't responded as expected. We have complained on [protected] and [protected] as well advised by staff of ShopCJ.

      Product was not satisfied the features explained in the TV advertisement and from Prestige Demo Executive also didn't turn up even after a week now.

      Received email stating that failed trace the Order, didn't understand I've given Tax Invoice and Order details as well.

        Its been 1-1/2 months and nobody has responded for return complaint, I say the whole channel is bogus may be government should ban these people from telecasting their bogus channel they advertized it as cotton material and I received some worst material cheap and phony. These buggers should be given due punishment for exploiting people and their money. Shame on them!!!

            An Order for Electrolux Microwave Grill Oven ( 20 Ltrs) was placed on 01/08/2016 vide Order No: [protected] ( Invoice No:[protected] by my wife Saliha Anwar which was duly received.

            On the purchase of said Oven, her name was announced by SHOP CJ Host Mr. Mohasin Khan on TV as Lucky Customer to get Gift item Electrolux Refrigerator, for 4/5 days. We have contacted your executives several times and was told that it is in process. However, the gift item not yet received by us.

              I placed the following order on 18th August 2016

              The order was cancelled by them after one week time without assigning any reason and the refund is not yet processed in spite of several reminders. When ever I call to them they are taking lot of time for pass information. I am wasting more money by STD calls.

                I ordered a beauty mirakles facial kit on 5 july (Order no. [protected]) and posted a complaint on 22 august 2016 on customer care and mr. hassan, executive of shop cj reported me for that and said that refund will be provided by 29 august but it didnt worked. i waited and waited. again on 2 september they took my account details and it will be refunded by 5 september but till date my money has not been refunded. all your executives- ashwin, shreya . inderjit, sagar and many others assured me many times for my refund, took my bank details many times but sorry your whole shop cj team is useless !!! shame on you !!! shame on whole cj team !!! SHAME !!!

                      im neha gupta i have purchased i jewelry item from shop cj, before order i call to the shop cj customer care for the confirmation if i do not find the product good so can you return the product she told me yes mam you can easily return the product, after that i ordered the product form shop cj, when i got that jewelry i do not find that product was as good as shown in the television channel of shop cj, after that i call to the shop cj customer care for return request first they talk very badly and they made a fake commitment to me .form that day to till the date i do not find any resolution, i called them 30 times but they where making me fool and doing wrong commitment, i talk to shop cj customer executive Mr.Raju he promised me to return my money back and he took my bank details to me, but till the date i do not find any resolution form that side and when today i again call to shop Cj customer care she told me that mam we do not return any product this is not in our policy.so tell me shop CJ why you are making customers fool n idiots and your site is dam bad n service is worst, , , , ,

                        We have ordered 10 bed sheets on 17th of august. (order no [protected]). we received the goods on august 29th. but we have received only 9 bed sheets and nothing of the design that are mentioned while marketing the product on their dish channel.

                        We registered a complaint on aug 29. they said within two days our complaint team will call back us, but they have not called me. again we called them on sep 1, the senior officer told that a person from cj will come and collect your good within three days. but still now they have not come. i purchased two different items before in cj shop that were good. but this one is not like that. we are totally disappointed.

                        The cj is behaving strangely. i have called at least 10 times for raising a complaint against the product. but neither they are taking a complaint nor they are co-operating in any way. every time they are saying that some one from the return team will call you within 24 hours. but no one called us.

                        Can you please help us in anyway. i do not want any refund from you. we kindly request you to get back the bedsheets from us. we will order android tab or any item worth of rs. 3000 which we paid for bedsheet.

                        Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                          I purchased a 43 inch intex led on 14th august 2016 and paid online rs. 24990/-

                          Order no. [protected]

                          My order was cancelled by the backend team of shop cj and i received a message stating that "my order has been returned" (See the double speak of the shop cj).

                          When i called up then they told me that the order was cancelled because o[censored]navailability of the intex led tv and when i asked for the refund shopcj told refund will be done within 15 days from the date of payment.

                          Till today i. E. 6th of september 2016 i have not received any refund from shop cj. This is a really a fraud behaviour when it comes to refunding the amount back to the customer if the order is cancelled.

                            I ordered for 3 blanc matress protector 2 blue and 1 white. I received 1 blue and 1 white and 1 blue is missing. I paid 999.00 for the white and 1999.00 for 2 blue. When i called customer service on 5th sept 2016 they said it will be resolved and i will get call back no one called. Today the 6th sept 2016 i received sms stating your problem is resolved.. No one bothered to even inform how is it been resolved. I called the customer service again but no use people just don't want to listen to their customers at all. I need my product or the money back that's it. Never ever in my life i will order with shopcj or will i recommend shopcj to anyone such a 3rd grade customer service you people are having. I will never order not because of the products but your customer service people they please someone teach them how to talk to customers. Thanks.. Awaiting to get my money or my product

                              I have purchase smart tab before 1 month. After watching your advertisement, which shown lots of facility providing with this tab. But i am not getting all this facilities which is shown by you. They show if you purchase this "smartab" you will get gorilla glass, keypad hand free and all other things, and he also shown chopping vegetable on screen and drilling screen putting on weighting machine with 2kg force but no effect on screen,
                              O i don't understand how this screen was destroy just 1 spoon falling on it...
                              Give me answer and change my smatab other wise i will take some legal action through my legal adviser in consumer forum...

                                I have requested a return for this order because it does not fullfill what website commited. I am complaining for it since last 15 days but nobody responced yet. When i warn them that i will take legal actions against them they just send me message that they have resolved my problem and thankyou for calling us. But actually they didnt resolve my problem. They didnt even responced at all. I asked them to provide me my complaint number they didnt give it so kindly help me to get my money back.

                                  My name is satyender tyagi and bI have ordered mattress protector from shop CJ on 20 Aug 2016 ([protected]) and received my order on 26 Aug 2016 in damaged condition ( with stitches of mattress protector open and in tear condition). I raised the replacement request on same day but no action has been taken till date. The order is not yet collected back forgot about the replacement. If Shop CJ is unable to provide me replacement then return my amount of Rs. 1098 as earliest as possible. This the worst online shopping experience I have till now. Homeshop18 and Flipkart are far far better than Shop CJ.

                                      on payment of Rs. 4098. After opening the package it is found that the screen touch keypad middle line doesn't work at all for typing. This is in May 2016.
                                      On making query I was told by Mr. Puskraj that the mobile will be replaced. Since then it's three months passed I am running post to pillar. I even didn't receive the bill of the same into the package and mailed for the same but no assistance till date.
                                      I havent even inserted Sim. into the phone.
                                      Please help in replacing the defective mobile handset immediately.

But even after repeated contact with cuatomer care invoice of the same not yet receivwd either by hard copy or soft copy. This is d worst experience i ever had in any online shoppin site.
