      purchased a Datawind tab 7c+ for my son, got the delivery on 09/08/2014. Following are the issues: Calling facility not working- On making a call, the tab hangs. On receiving a call the tab hangs. Most of the applications are closed unexpectedly. Battery lasts for max 1 hour. The order details are [protected] item code[protected]. The executives provided the number of Datawind company, which I do not want, I wanted the return of the product as I filed the complain with in 48 hours of the delivery of the product.

        I had placed an orderd of 7" Datawind Tab Dule sim, Dule camera as stated in star cj show on 13/08/14.But at the time of delievery of Tab on 20/08/14 he Tab which I had Placed anorderd of 7" Datanwind Dule sim, Dule camera as stated in star cj show is not despatched by the StarCj. Com.It was single sim, single camera and both touch screeen as well as Keyboard found broken.On the day of 20/08/14 An new piece of single sim, single camerawhich
        is not fair and tottaly cheeting and fraud.in view of the above you are requested to please sent an 7" Datanwind Dule sim, Dule camera as stated in star cj show is not despatched by the StarCj. Com at earliest or otherwise refund the amount.

              Dear Sir, Myself Mrunal M. Shah, ordered Sanjeev Kapoor Essenza induction base nonstick cookware set on “Star CJ Alive” on 15th August via telephone. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong product i.e. Ballarini new spice magic non stick set on 20.08.2014. Bill No.:[protected] Order No.:[protected] Immediately on 20.08.2014 we call on their customer care Number and they told us to revert in 2 days after checking the call recording. But we didn’t get any revert from them. Thus, we called again on 22.08.2014. But now they are not agree to change the product as per we ordered. Moreover they are not ready to provide call recording detail too. This is very bad experience and we felt cheated through Star Cj Alive. Please help me out on the above matter.                 It was my worst day that I had ordered on STAR CJ. My order no. is [protected]
                I am fed up of calling STAR CJ and wasted my lots of balance to get information about my product. I had ordered product of SUNFLAME 4 gas burner auto ignition.
                I had complained 5 times as i ordered on 2 AUGUST and its now already 22 AUGUST as the actual time period was of 5 working days.
                Even my complain was taken on special basis for thrice but bullshet even not a single time they replied.
                I want positive reasult of my complain not a result of investigating order, because its already 15 days of my complains.

                    Dear Star CJ, My order no : [protected]. My younger brother had order a gift to our sister for rakshabandan on 13th Aug 2014 & your team had confirmed to deliver on 19th Aug 2014. We had received sms confirmation on 19th with delivery boy detail with contact that he will deliver by today itself. My brother had contacted him so that he confirmed to give gift at 8:30pm near nalasopara station. my brother visited there & tried to reach that delivery boy. Delivery boy said he had kept gift at office & we have to collect from there & gave a wrong detail of address. My brother tried to search address but couldn't found it. When my brother tried to call delivery, he start abusing him which is not acceptable. Delivery boy no : [protected].                         I purchased a atom collier from star cj after seeing a add to television. The product i got was defective, motor of cooler was not working at all. Moreover they are showing in add of the product that wind blow of the collier is up to 12ft but in actual wind blow is only up to 4feet. star cj cheated on us and we demand strict action against the company as there are breaking trust of the community of the customers from online shopping.

                          I ordered with Star CJ and my order no. is [protected]. The order was incomplete as the products, mentioned on the invoice was not available in the packing. On complaining the company makes useless excuses to refute the complain and cheat the consumer.

                            Purchased ubislate 7cz new smart phone through starcj on 16.8.14. On inserting the sim the phone is not working.the star cj and the mobile datawind company both are not responding properly. I want the mobile either to be replaced or the money given back.

                              I have purchased Lava Velo+ Tablet from Starcj last year. Since it was not working properly, i sent the product to Lava service centre. Lava company gave me the DOA letter for the Refund of money. i sent the scanned copy of DOA letter to [protected]@starcj.com as guided by the customer executives. Even after 5-6 days of my mail, i havent received any call from starcj regarding the procedure of replacement/Refund. i called for more than 15 times to customer care service of starcj, but every time they kept on assuring that i will receive a call within 24 hours. But still i havent received any call, neither any support from starcj. kindly take some necessary actions as early as possible.

                              Even after complaining about the issue on 15th August, till today i.e, 22/08/2014 the courier boy has not came yet to pick up the Lava Velo+ tablet. In this way, the company is wasting time, money and energy. Even after calling for so many times, their is no response from Starcj team. This itself proves the poor service given by starcj. Kindly take some necessary actions harshly and provide me the Refund of my money as early as possible.

                                Hi, I have bought 4 burner sunflame gas stove in mid of July. I have received the product, however the invoice was missing. I have repeatedly called the customer care, and every time time either the say the mail I'd was wrong and I would get the invoice within few hours, but sadly I have not received it till now. I even tried to talk to some senior executive, but my call was put on hold for good 15 mins and no one responded. I am not sure why simply sending an email takes so much time. Request you to either send the invoice to my mail ids or send a hard copy to my billing address asap. I am sorry to say that I had pathetic experience shopping with starcj, pls ensure that I am send the invoice at the earliest, failing which I would be forced to take legal action.                                   Sir,
                                  I am writing this mail to you, with regards to a product which i
                                  bought from Star CJ website 4 days ago.
                                  I had placed an order for a pair of bedsheets(Item code - [protected])
                                  for Rs 1599. I had placed an order for the same, after seeing the
                                  bright colours and the beautiful designs which was telecasted on TV.
                                  The order was placed accordingly, and the delivery was supposed to be
                                  within 02 days, with the payment mode being cash on delivery.

                                  Accordingly, the item was delivered on 10 Aug 2014, as per the invoice
                                  number[protected] and the Docket number for the Delivery was
                                  A9838475. I paid the delivery man a sum of Rs 1599, after which he
                                  departed.

                                  On opening the parcel, i was horrified to see that, the product was
                                  far from what was shown on TV. The colours of the bedsheet was very
                                  dull and it looked like a used product rather than a new product. It
                                  felt as if the product was already pre-washed a million times, before
                                  it was delivered to me.

                                  I immeaditely called the customer care number to complain about the
                                  sub standard product, and told them that the product was not as per
                                  shown on the TV. The lady at the customer care center, told me that
                                  the product was a new product, and it would not be possible to return
                                  the same. On being reminded about the exchange and refund policy of
                                  the company, she agreed to exchange the same.

                                  Now, on 12 Aug 2014, two days after the incident, i got a call again
                                  from their customer care number[protected], wherein, the lady on the
                                  phone, told that the return policy was adequately explained to me over
                                  the phone, whereas on the contrary, nothing of that sort was done, and
                                  to prove the same, i told her to check her phone records for adequate
                                  verification of the facts.

                                  During the course of the conversation, the lady on the phone, refused
                                  to change the product or refund the money.

                                  This has left me with a very bad taste with Star CJ, and i really dont
                                  want to use their products. I would like a full refund of my
                                  money(Rs 1599), and would not like to settle for an exchange,

                                  It is very unfortunate, that the company resorts to fooling the innocent
                                  citizens by showing them a product, and delivering them a totally
                                  different product. And if the terms and condition policy is being referred to, there is a mention that the products shall be taken back and the full refund shall be admissable.

                                  You are requested to consider the same, and help me in claiming the refund the money back to
                                  me at the earliest.

I had received on the order product From Gati Courier at 02:15PM on 06/08/14, that time I checked product & found 28 pcs Cream colour dinner set so that time booked complaint for change cream colour dinner set & I booked red Colour so I want red colour so please change dinner set he booked complaint I call received your side at approx 17:15 on 07 Aug and he discuss with me regarding that complaint and He told to me you booked cream colour dinner set so no change your product. Again I told him (he is name Ganesh) I want return your product so tell me how to return to Star CJ, he call dropped immediately.                                       i m SONALI GOSWAMI my order no. is [protected] . The main product is body trends lady shaver and three items were free with it i.e. 2 free coloressence lipsticks and 1 ladies hand bag. the ladies hand bag was not in the delivery packet i have called three times on the customer care number of star cj but people are only giving vague assurance. i still havent recieved anything. So, either you return my money and take back your products or give me the free ladies hand bag
