    Dear Sir,

    I bought lady saver on stat cj alive on 31/07/2014 order no. [protected] I received this product today. When I was opened my courier I was shocked. Because in advertise they show good quality product and actually its different. I try this product but it is useless. I call customer care they told we are not return this product but in advertisement they told easy money back policy.
    I want to return this product please take action on star cj alive

We recieved the materials today (4/8/2014 at 4:00 pm) we want to complaint that article code no.13785700 dress material is orange instead of red (As shown in tv advt. And also prescribed bill and also in pattern poster). If possible, kindly change us the material orange to red (Article no.: 137857).

        I had bought Ladysaver from StarCJ by Order no [protected]. The product is pathetic and useless. The product is not working at all from day one. When i have called StarCJ CC, they simply passed me to concern manufacturer. When i have called to manufactured on @[protected], i got very bad customer respose. they were telling me that machine will work with duracell not with everready... and the lady were expalining to trial and error type of suggestion.             A microwave oven was ordered by the number [protected] and while ordering the oven the representative somehow booked two ovens the other under the name of poonam singh [protected] while poonam singhs name was giving as a reference. And we were unknown from the fact that two ovens has been ordered until the delivery person told that there are two ovens at the same address we tried to contact poonam singh but she was not available as she of in her office, So we asked the delivery person to came back later for the second oven but he said please take it, It would be easily refunded if you want to. And then later we came to know that the number of pooname singh [protected] is not in use and she never ordered the second oven. We have already complained about this several times on the phone number provided [protected]. once the lady calling from backhand support team said nothing is possible and disconnected the call. So we wanted to get the refund for the second oven because its of no use for us. Or please provide us with the recording if of both the call if its been ordered from poonam singh too.

              i am Mr.Vijay shah live in kandivali(W), mumbai:67, I had placed an order for a Maharaja Juicer-Mixture-Grinder with Star Cj Live online shopping by my Land Line phone No:[protected], Star CJ'S excecutive told on telephone that i will get thesaid product within 1 or 2 working day.But it came after 7 t0 8 days i.e.on date:19/07/14, was damage pi ece.so i immediatly called Star Cj’s cutomer care to refund me as now i do not want this type of product so the exe cutive advised me to book request for replacement and when i get replace piece i must not open the box contain re place piece and that time i should again book request to customer care for refund then i will get refund.I think comp any may have this type of policy so their executive adivce me.So i booked request for replacement .When i get re placed piece i did not open the box and i called customer care that i have recieved replace piece but i have not op ened it and have kept it pack now book my request for refund.The excecutive that time told now i could not get re[censored]nd as i had put request for replacement .so i must keep replaced piece, if that replaced piece again damage they will replace again but never refund toward it.so i ask to talk with senior and senior talked same as executive told me, when i insist whole episode, senior advised me to return replace piece and to keep old(damage)piece with me and they will put request for refund.so i follow as per senior’s advice.Then i talked many time with different excecu tives/ seniors, Mr.Akhilesh, Gurpreet Madam, Monica Madam, Richa Madam, Mr.Vikas(Senior), Monica Madam, San dhya Madam, Mr.Ganesh(Refund Dept), Sheetal Madam about 5 minuts to 15 minutes, but all in vain .No body are ready to listen my above whole trajedy, each time they told me that i am wrong so i should keep product and can not get refund.Till date the damag product is lying in my home.What shuld i do?Sir, please help me to get refund from Star Cj Live.I had paid Rs2595/- toward thesaid product by cash.

                    I bought a lady shaver 3 weeks back the product was used once and when tried next time it was not working . When i tried to file my complaint the salesman asked about some order no . I don't have that order no as when the product was delivered no bill and no receipt were delivered with it but just the product. The company has no record of the phone no via which i placed the order which leaves me to no alternative . Please help me on the same

                      I had bought a UBIslate 7C+ tablet from star cj alive and i received the tablet on 25th july 2014. The tablet i received was dead on arrival. And i could not even Power ON it.I complain to star CJ alive immediately and ask them for replacement. They just diverted me to datawind customer care and asked me to ring them and ask solution from them.I called datawind support team and after number of phone call interaction they gave me datawind service enter details located in vadodara.When i reached to service centre i was told that the service center had stopped providing service to customer since last 4 months and he has now no contract with Datawind.Even while buying the tablet i had ensured with Star Cj team if Datawind had service centre in Vadodara. As per them yes Datawind had service center.Now as per datawind and Star CJ, Datawind doesnot has any service center in Vadodara and Datawind has asked me to send the device to their head office in gurgaon. Also they will not replace me the device but repair it.Why should I get a new tablet repaired, because when i received tablet, it was dead on arrival.Now Datawind is not ready to replace the device and they say me that they wont even give me DOA certificate. Even the way they interact with customer is horrible. As if i had done a mistake by buying their product. They say if you want device replaced or you want you money back contact Star CJStar CJ on other end directly says they will not replace the device nor they will pay back my money.I am now stuck between two vendor.Its full responsibilities of Star CJ that they should either replace the tablet or give me money back.

                        i made compaint about it to STARCJ TV Shopping, about it that it is not found below KEY FEATURES OF DATAWIND POCKETSURFER3G5

                        5 Megapixel Primary Camera
                        Internet not working

                        They have given me the no. of DATAWIND service centre in Bhajanpura ( DELHI ),
                        very very bad experience from DATAWIND service centre.
                        Then I called Star CJ's customer care number, they took my complaint down and promised me to take the necessary action. After that there was no response from there side.

                        I have also make several call to there customer care but no any concrete
                        response received from them.

                        I therefore, request you to kindly resolve my problem urgently.

                        Hope you will be kind enough to return Or exchange the product immediately.

                            dear concern i have placed my order for a steel dinner set with the mobile number [protected] on 13th'july'14 and today its 22july'14 and i have not received my product. i kept calling customer care everyday for the same and everyday they used to register my complaint but no one helped me in getting my ordered product. yesterday someone from complaint dept called me and unfortunately the call got disconnected and that female did'nt have the courtesy to call back. she also didnt tell me by when i will get my product rather she was telling me dat i have refused the courier guy to receive the product. i just need to know am i a fool who is calling you every day for the product and then i refuse when i get it !! is this the way you treat your customer ?? and have i made a mistake by ordering the product by you ?? i just need to know wthr i will get my product or not ??                                       Hello, I would to raise a case against StarCj. The mode of payment was online payment. I have purchased a product under order number[protected] on June 24 and cancelled it on 25th but till date they haven't returned my money. I have called and raised escalations with them multiple times however till date they haven't resolved the query. Every time when I call them to ask for status their response would be that they haven't received the product back in their warehouse. For matter of fact I never received anything and the product is with their dispatch team only. If they have issues in delivering it back to their ware house why customers are being troubled for same. I have called them multiple times and their customer care one of the worst CC available. They are not at all professional.                                       Hello, I would to raise a case against SHOP CJ because i have order for carpets of 1+1 on 27/08/2017 it is almost one month order no. [protected] cod. 948/- i have call so many times for shopcj cc but no one is giving proper response Every time I call they would commit a call back from their escalation team they told in 2 days our executive will or in next 4days our courier executive will come to pickup the parcels this is the last time i m giving you complaint, if you cant able to do anything why you will do the advertisement then you will show one color and product but you will deliver the different product and color here we have to bear all such problem to make you call for multiple time i m very disappointed with your service.
                                      If you resolved my problem that is ok or else i want my refund.

                                        On 27-Jun-14 I purchased a Symphony Storm 70i Air Cooler it was delivered by Pathways Marketing & Consulting Group, Khasra no.-136/2, Near Shivwala Mandir, Village - Badli, Near SBI bank, Rithala Road, Delhi-110042 franchisee of Star CJ Network India Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon, Haryana, Pin: 123503, pH:[protected], Invoice No: RI/08824/14-15, dated:24/Jun/2014, order No: [protected], in the name of Kulwant J. Pal. My complaint is that they have delivered a product to my home which can't be used as intended. First of all the complaint was lodged on the same day of delivery (27-Jun-14) tp Star Cj Gurgaon office on two accounts: 1) the product was delivered with one pedestal wheel missing (Total 4 wheels are required, 3 were supplied) 2) The blower fan motor created unbearable sound on all motor speeds, which made even a normal conversation impossible in the room. Numerous phone calls & complaints have yielded no results, with visiting technicians concluding that the sound was the inherent problem of this model 70i & nothing could be done to improve it. Now I request Star cj to take necessary steps against the maker & ask them to take the product back and return the money or adjust the money with any other model 100i or 35i or with the future purchases.The customer support people are not helping me out, they are saying that they cannot do anything once the product has been sold out.To gain more customers one cannot sell its product and forget after getting the payment. A proper company is that which cares for the customer needs & feelings. Please. help me out as I am a very hard working housewife, so please !!! return my money or replace the product !!!
