I ordered an item in online shopping by shopclues.com, it time of deliverd was 18 jun to 19 Jun. I have to go out state on dtd 21 jun, But its not shipped to my address till now dtd 21 Jun 2015. I gave so many complaint in shopclues.com but there were no satisfied return to me & also I can't track my order. Its not a good issue in believable online shopping sites. So Sir Pls help me either to find my product to my address or satisfied answer from the shopclues.com.

YADI AAP IS PROBLEM KO JALDI SE SOHRTOUT NAHI KARATE HAI TO MUJHE LEGAL ACTION LENA PADEGA. iSLIYE APP JALDI SE JALDI ISS PROMBLEM TO KHATTAM KARAYE.JO MAINE SELECT KIYA THA USKI ME IMAGE ATTACH KAR RAHA HUA MUJHE SIRF YEHI LOCK CHAHIYE.

I had placed order to shoclues .com on 12th May 2015 but due to delay in shipment i cancelled it and applied for refund, Shopclues is telling till date they have refunded my amount Rs. 1936/- but there is no refund amount in my account . I already shared my bank statement of May Month also confirmed from bank . From 20th May they are only saying we are doing work on this case but till no any positive response . I had done lots of calls and emails but same answer, we are working on the same . pl wait pl wait. Now One month passed, Now I want my money with Interest also my telephone call bills. I have ordered a designer saree from your website on 15 may 2015 which i received on 26 may 2015 which was defective, refund request was given on call at 29 may 2015 where i was told it will be refunded within next 48 hours but after 4 days when i enquired about the status i was told your complaint status is closed because you were not available on 8 june at your home which is not true so i called back on 11 june 2015 so i was told again to wait for next 48 hours but the resolution was same after 48 hour so i called on 17 june 2015 and was again told to wait for next 48 hours but resolution is still same. I want this refund at the earliest or else i will have to complaint to consumer forum after two days.

i bought K& total security antivirus from shopclues.com on 11 may 15 & my Order no. 50819373. but till now the product is not delivered to me but shopclues as well the courier service BLUE DART shows the delivery on 18 may 2015. i make complaint to shopclues.com & customer support 11 times or more but there is no positive response. product cost approx 399 & i spend money on call approx 200. i want my money back & want to file a case against shopclues.com for fraud.

Hi, I have purchased a combo pack of three polo T-Shirt brand TSX Exquisite Cotton Blend, Against the order no.56182177 on dated 11/06/2015 Price amount Rs.499/- paid by SBI credit card. I have received the product on 16/06/2015 but color was different while I have selected Pink, green and Black but received Yellow, Blue and Light Blue . When I talked with customer service they advise me for filing the complaint online . On 17th June I have raised a complaint but till date I have not received any feedback from Shopclues. Now I do not want to keep these different color T-Shirt so pls reimburse the amount in my account. Thanks Dheeresh kumar

I have ordered on 6th may 2015 a combined order of Zebronics Micro Drum 2.1 Multimedia Speaker with Order No.[protected], I have paid for this products via net banking. Status of this products showing on your website: - Zebronics Micro Drum 2.1 Multimedia Speaker (QTY:1) - Undelivered - Returning to Origin After few email conversation, shopclues emailed me "We want to inform you that your Order Number: 49817913 has been refunded." and on the website shopclues showing my status "Return Complete"... while no money i have got yet for Zebronics Micro Drum 2.1 Multimedia Speaker (QTY:1). I want to my money back as soon as possible, please take a proper action against shopclues as this is a matter of trust on online shops we build... I have attached my order status as a proof... please see.

I ordered a product from their site and they confirmed my order.But the very next day they sent an email stating that the information provided about the product by them was wrong. If they can't fulfill what they have committed they don't have any right to commit such commitment and to deceive a customer. Henceforth I want a fair judgement regarding this matter.What should I do. Please suggest.

i have order the SanDisk Ultra16GB MicroSDHC Cards at 22 May 2014 but not yet delivered to me near about 1 month i am waiting for the product, once i check the delivery status i was shocked that the product is delivered today. But i have not yet received. This order is shipped via E-Parcel. The tracking number for this shipment is EP2347101. i am unable to check the order details, it shows no records found. tracking number provided by ShopClues is fake shipment. I did not expect this much of worst service in shopclues.com. i have purchased many products but this i very much dissatisfied of Your service, please deliver the product as soon as possible I am still waiting.

We have ordered one Matrix deep smoothing shampoo, Conditioner and serum. with order ID # 49942945 on 7th May 2015. And we was received the packet on 12th May 2015 and when we opened the packet found the product is different from which we have been ordered online, Also there is only two small bottle and serum is missing from packet. We have raised the complaint to shopclues customer care on[protected] as per agent the missing serum they will be delivered by next day but unfortunately it was not delivered after such a long time. so we have requested to shopclues to refund our money on 10th June 2015 but after that there is no appropriate action from shopclues. When we again call to shopclues for follow up the agent told me they have processed the payment to our account but they don't have any update right now so he has raised the internal complaint with reference 3274905 with his team and it will take 48 hours to update the same.

I have ordered an Ac from Shopclues.com - Carrier 1.5 Ton 5 Star Superia Split Air Conditioner - order number is[protected] Code: 74482996. I have made the payment on 1st Jun 2015 and since last 1 week i am getting call from courier guy that they will deliver Ac today evening ... but everyday I am just waiting, , , and even after multiple calls to customer care at shopclues they have only one common reply that they will update in 48 hours, but again result is zero... this is very pathetic scenario where in even shopclues are not able to track the product or they have zero control over delivery.. they don't have even contact detail of the delivery people. I would like to lodge the complaint on this.
