Dear Sir,
My order number was 52679711 Product Nova N-658 Foldable Hair Dryer 1000W Order Date 20 May 2015. Which has been delivered 5 june2015.Dated June 17, 2015, dryer has burst and not working.
I sent a mail to shopClues regarding this Issue they sent a mail.
"We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your concern, we would like to inform you that you have registered complaint after . days As per ShopClues Terms & Conditions, return request is accepted within 10 days of delivery which is already over. Hence, we would not be able to fulfill your request as per our return policy."
I want to ask one thing to shop clues and the merchant, any electric Item/product has grantee/warranty for 10 days.
I would like request to you, Kindly replace the Product as soon as possible bases.
I would be very thankful to you..

Status of this products showing on your website:

After few email conversation, shopclues emailed me "We want to inform you that your Order Number: 49817913 has been refunded." and on the website shopclues showing my status "Return Complete"... while no money i have got yet for Zebronics Micro Drum 2.1 Multimedia Speaker (QTY:1).
I want to my money back as soon as possible, please take a proper action against shopclues as this is a matter of trust on online shops we build...
