I purchased one product but the quality was very very bad so I returned it and the money was refunded in my clusbuck but next time when I purchased some products from ShopClues the refunded amount from my clusbuck was not included in my next shopping as I selected payment option from clusbuck the msg also came that amount has been deducted from clusbuck but when the courrior agent came he said that no amount from clusbuck is included so I refuse to accept the product, please kindly solve my problems the worst shopping app and worst customer service
Reminder No.5:-My name is kamal Biswas and my phone no. is [protected]. I bought the product of iBall slide 4G Q27 from shopclues as online on[protected] and product cost is Rs. 12, 728/- but I seems that the product are defective after that I complained lodged to shopclues on[protected] for return the product but you reply back that the product are not be return, and you suggest me to meet your nearest iBall servicing centre. After that I contact to my nearest service centre on[protected] i:e Malda Ramkrishna Pally, west Bengal but they also refuse to service this product because they said that the product are delivered by Laxmi compound, Lamington Road, Mumbai which is not matched and not under his service work. If Kolkata main branch order me then I can service this product. He said that please you contact with your shopclues and said him to contact with Kolkata main branch. Hence requested to shopclues that please contact with the Malda iBall service centre and arrange to repair this iBall slide as far as possible from your end please.     I had ordered product "Vantage Steel Mega Spin Magic Mop" on 25.05.2015 on SHOPCLUES.COM and made payment by NET Banking. Order No : 53782097 I have not received my ordered product till the present date(18.06.2015) I also informed the Shopclues team about this by mail and they assured me about the delivery within a week but did nothing, rather they changed the delivery status to "Delivered" and Order "Complete". I didn't get any reply mail with proof of delivery of the product from their side. Kindly take this matter and do the needful . * I am providing the necessary documents in the attachment

After 3 days I have called them and they told that “your order will be highlighted as a critical priority and the same is done by them” even then there is no delivery from M/s Shop clues After 3 days on 9th June 2015 again they told that there is a delay from their merchant and they were deliver the item by 15th June 2015 On 13th June 2015 Order status shown as dispatched and given a tracking number as showin below SHIPPING INFORMATION This order is shipped via Safeexpress. I am sending this transaction id snapshot, please find the attachment.then, Second I have done payment 6250 my Axis bank credit card. After that, this order is cancelled and refund is initiated on 2nd may 2015 but i received only 2339 rs. and 6250 rs. in my axis bank credit card.                     Order id[protected] I did order this product 22 days back. Since then it is not delivered to me nor I am able to track the progress of order. I mailed customers support daily since last 15 days to get help. But these people are not responding at all. I don't know why these people are not responding? Do they really have functional customer support or they just fooling people. Please cancel my order and refund my money if you are not able to fulfill the order...

                          Hi As this company is giving online services to shop I purchased one product after reading their all policies As per their policies they are delivering the products in 10 days however I did not get my item even though 24 days has been passed I did a lot of conversations with them escalated this case multiple times but they are not responding and talking in a very blunder way They are doing cheat and fraud as they are not ready to refund even not agree to deliver the item Kind request to take some genuine action against this brand.                                   I ordered rayban glasses through shopclues.com (order ID[protected]. Firstly they sent a broken product so I placed a replacement request along with images. They came back stating that they are not able to see the image through email only and closed the call without calling me. I requested to re-open the request which they reluctantly did but main story started after this. I finally sent them picture again. They accepted it and informed that they will get the product picked. for about 10 days there was no response from them. During this time, I called them and requested to arrange a call back. They said that they will it but there was never a call back. They finally got the product picked up after a month. Then there was no response for two weeks about when the product will be sent back. I again called and requested for call back multiple times for about 2 months but there was no call back. I kept several emails but they did not meet their SLA and missed response to my several emails. I made it clear that I want replacement and not refund. without responding to my emails, they refunded the money. i locked my money for about 3-4 months and I get my money back. Frustrating experience with shopclues and ultimately a big loss of my time and money in financial term. Support persons were pathetic and never offered help. Please help me bring this to shopclues higher management so they can stop cheating customers. I hope that people dont fall prey to such bogus companies.

                                      I received my order on 27 Oct, 2014 a ray ban sunglass which is totally duplicate and there is a rust in both the frame and there is no logo is in the frame glass and both the frame is totally damaged. Full of rust is in the frame.

                                        I have ordered Vorosky Black Golden Aviator (Order No.[protected], but i received wrong product from your side i have received in wrong colour (Pink Golden). I raised Return Request (Return Request No.[protected]. My Return Request closed from your side without any information. I called on your customer care they said your return request has been closed I shocked and asked to him why you closed he said "your product is little bit different from the picture". So, I told If ordered Black why I can accept in another colour. This is really bad experience with you. I want to refund my money and I don't want to continue with you.
