Hi Give Me reason for that. why cancelled my order and if not propper resone than i have claimed for your comapny this one is my second order and first order also automatic cancalled and this one also automated cancalled . give me reason propperly for this order other vise realy i am compain for that if stock is not available than why oreder stock and submit my order and confirm order

I had ordered product "Vantage Steel Mega Spin Magic Mop" on 25.05.2015 on SHOPCLUES.COM and made payment by NET Banking. Order No : 53782097 I have not received my ordered product till the present date(18.06.2015) I also informed the Shopclues team about this by mail and they assured me about the delivery within a week but did nothing, rather they changed the delivery status to "Delivered" and Order "Complete". I didn't get any reply mail with proof of delivery of the product from their side. Kindly take this matter and do the needful . * I am providing the necessary documents in the attachment

Order No: 54271471 I have been telling again and again that this product is not delivered to my Address, Kindly do needful, But I have been receiving emails stating that the courier company is saying the Product is delivered. Hi As this company is giving online services to shop I purchased one product after reading their all policies As per their policies they are delivering the products in 10 days however I did not get my item even though 24 days has been passed I did a lot of conversations with them escalated this case multiple times but they are not responding and talking in a very blunder way They are doing cheat and fraud as they are not ready to refund even not agree to deliver the item Kind request to take some genuine action against this brand. I had ordered Surya Fan Suction Mosquito killer on 10th May 2015. This product was never delivered. I made so many calls to the company and wrote emails. They were not able to track the shipment. When I requested for a refund, the claimed that the product was delivered. They are not giving me any proof of delivery for this order. I would be starting a campaign for shopclues and tell everyone how good the service is.Order no. 50527779

I ordered rayban glasses through shopclues.com (order ID[protected]. Firstly they sent a broken product so I placed a replacement request along with images. They came back stating that they are not able to see the image through email only and closed the call without calling me. I requested to re-open the request which they reluctantly did but main story started after this. I finally sent them picture again. They accepted it and informed that they will get the product picked. for about 10 days there was no response from them. During this time, I called them and requested to arrange a call back. They said that they will it but there was never a call back. They finally got the product picked up after a month. Then there was no response for two weeks about when the product will be sent back. I again called and requested for call back multiple times for about 2 months but there was no call back. I kept several emails but they did not meet their SLA and missed response to my several emails. I made it clear that I want replacement and not refund. without responding to my emails, they refunded the money. i locked my money for about 3-4 months and I get my money back. Frustrating experience with shopclues and ultimately a big loss of my time and money in financial term. Support persons were pathetic and never offered help. Please help me bring this to shopclues higher management so they can stop cheating customers. I hope that people dont fall prey to such bogus companies.

Dear sir, i purchased a set of two curtains from shopclues.com -- on 3 may 2015. they delivered the product on 9 may 2015. On the third day I sent a request for return on the basis of quality not according to specifications. first they rejected the request. on insisting that every site provides return facility, they accepted the return request. after that i send the crutains through the courier agency because they said that they did not provide parcel pick up facility in our city. after that curtains through the courier agency on their given address bur they returned the parcel again, i spent 420 rs on courier. since then i have talked to them 7 times and they are not responding properly. everytime a new person talks and says that they will take proper actions. last time one of their member called me and said that keep the curtains and we will refund half of the money in 48 hours. 12 days have been passed from that day still no response from their side. sir now do something in this matter to help us.
