Dear Sir, My order number was 52679711 Product Nova N-658 Foldable Hair Dryer 1000W Order Date 20 May 2015. Which has been delivered 5 june2015.Dated June 17, 2015, dryer has burst and not working. I sent a mail to shopClues regarding this Issue they sent a mail. "We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your concern, we would like to inform you that you have registered complaint after . days As per ShopClues Terms & Conditions, return request is accepted within 10 days of delivery which is already over. Hence, we would not be able to fulfill your request as per our return policy." I want to ask one thing to shop clues and the merchant, any electric Item/product has grantee/warranty for 10 days. I would like request to you, Kindly replace the Product as soon as possible bases. I would be very thankful to you.. Thanks & Regards Kawaljeet [protected]

    I order V-Guard Vg-400 Stabilizer (QTY:1) on 23 May 2015 order no 53106833 paid amount Rs 1369, after complaining for shipment issues in this site shopclues.com arrange the hipment with Safe express courier with tracking number 82122420 but safe express replied me mention this is not a valid tracking number. This is serious issue shopclues.com heated me that they shipped the product but actual they do not do that. I already complain for that ticket no 3076755 and 3092977 but already 1 months passed no initiative was taken from shoplcues and my money was also not refunded. Please provide me the refund or arrange the shipment as soon as possible with valid tracking number. Akosha team please help my Mobile number was [protected].

        I had ordered product "Vantage Steel Mega Spin Magic Mop" on 25.05.2015 on SHOPCLUES.COM and made payment by NET Banking. Order No : 53782097 I have not received my ordered product till the present date(18.06.2015) I also informed the Shopclues team about this by mail and they assured me about the delivery within a week but did nothing, rather they changed the delivery status to "Delivered" and Order "Complete". I didn't get any reply mail with proof of delivery of the product from their side. Kindly take this matter and do the needful . * I am providing the necessary documents in the attachment

After 3 days I have called them and they told that “your order will be highlighted as a critical priority and the same is done by them” even then there is no delivery from M/s Shop clues After 3 days on 9th June 2015 again they told that there is a delay from their merchant and they were deliver the item by 15th June 2015 On 13th June 2015 Order status shown as dispatched and given a tracking number as showin below SHIPPING INFORMATION This order is shipped via Safeexpress. I am sending this transaction id snapshot, please find the attachment.then, Second I have done payment 6250 my Axis bank credit card. After that, this order is cancelled and refund is initiated on 2nd may 2015 but i received only 2339 rs. and 6250 rs. in my axis bank credit card. I mailed customers support daily since last 15 days to get help. But these people are not responding at all. I don't know why these people are not responding?                                       I ordered rayban glasses through shopclues.com (order ID[protected]. Firstly they sent a broken product so I placed a replacement request along with images. They came back stating that they are not able to see the image through email only and closed the call without calling me. I requested to re-open the request which they reluctantly did but main story started after this. I finally sent them picture again. They accepted it and informed that they will get the product picked. for about 10 days there was no response from them. During this time, I called them and requested to arrange a call back. They said that they will it but there was never a call back. They finally got the product picked up after a month. Then there was no response for two weeks about when the product will be sent back. I again called and requested for call back multiple times for about 2 months but there was no call back. I kept several emails but they did not meet their SLA and missed response to my several emails. I made it clear that I want replacement and not refund. without responding to my emails, they refunded the money. i locked my money for about 3-4 months and I get my money back. Frustrating experience with shopclues and ultimately a big loss of my time and money in financial term. Support persons were pathetic and never offered help. Please help me bring this to shopclues higher management so they can stop cheating customers. I hope that people dont fall prey to such bogus companies.
