I have ordered Vorosky Black Golden Aviator (Order No.[protected], but i received wrong product from your side i have received in wrong colour (Pink Golden). I raised Return Request (Return Request No.[protected]. My Return Request closed from your side without any information. I called on your customer care they said your return request has been closed I shocked and asked to him why you closed he said "your product is little bit different from the picture". So, I told If ordered Black why I can accept in another colour. This is really bad experience with you. I want to refund my money and I don't want to continue with you.

    ShopClues gives silly reason to initiate a return request.they sent a fake item nivea deo to me which does not have fragrance and its like only water in can. They are ignoring stating this was bought on Sunday deals. This is not acceptable. Our hard earned money is wasted through this kind of companies. Take necessary action on this.       My order no is 55897005. I ordered Combo of Laptop Screen Guard & Keyboard Protector on 8th June and it is now 15th June, but I didn't get my order yet even I did payment on the same day i.e, on 8th June. Also in my order history, this product is showing that it is delivered to me on 10th June but I didn't get any product. I have also contacted you so many times by the mail for the last 3-4 days, but no response came. So, please solve my issue asap, either deliver my product soon or give my money back.

          Order id[protected] I ordered this product 27 days back. Since then it is not delivered to me nor I am able to track the progress of order. I mailed customers support daily since last 20 days( really almost 15 mail in last 20 days) to get help. But these people are not responding at all. I don't know why these people are not responding? Do they really have functional customer support or they just fooling people. Please cancel my order and refund my money if you are not able to fulfil the order.

              My order no is : 47887853 which was purchased on 24-04-15 for a Samsung bluetooth HM7000 for Rs868/- including shipping charges. It was displayed as a heavy discount for an original cost of around Rs3, 000/- against the payable amount of Rs799/-. It usually sounds wow and unbelievable once you check it. However, when you receives the product, you will be shocked to see a local and fake samsung product, without even a name embossed of SAMSUNG and with pathetic quality that samsung cannot manufacture. Its just a look alike & does not have any quality of even a local bluetooth. People cant hear you when you connect this filthy device. You have to speak to the loudest of your voice and still not to much veil. I do not understand that how can a website like shopclues can even demonstrate and sell fake products.A merchant selling fake products with brand names is a FRAUDULENT merchant and somebody who promotes it are both doing ILLEGITIMATE business. Both the companies must be banned or penalized for duping customers & even Samsung must take legal actions against both companies.

                      I order polo sun glasses on 16-April-2015 and they gave the delivery date 25-April-2015 but I didn't get any order from shopclues and also they didn't give proper information on this.

                                  I have ordered a Magic Air Cooler on shop clues & a wrong make (Arihant make)/ damged product was delivered on 27th May.I have filed return request with necessary photographs/requisites on 27th itself.Since then it is been 14 days Shop Clues is not picking the reverse order & paying the refund.Really feeling guilty for ordering from such a fraud company.This is my first & will be the last order on ShopClues . Can anybody come out with a proper solution immediately. Since customer trust is more important for online business would appreciate if you feel the pain of the customer & help for resolution.

                                    The product (Order No.[protected] was ordered on 14 May 2015, 02:01 PM and was supposed to get delivered by 23-26th May 2015. I haven''t got the product on time and I repeatedly complained them about it. On 28th May also I spoke to customer care employee who took a complain about it. On the very that day I received a delivery mail from Shopclues.com claiming that it had delivered the product but the fact is that I haven''t received the product. On and after 29th May 2015, I repeatedly mailed as well as called up their customer care number for complaining about this. They replied me that they will issuing me the proof of delivery as soon as possible. First of all, I didn''t receive the product and they are saying that they have delivered. Secondly, if they have delivered correctly then why is it taking so much of time to send the proof.

So i kindly request you to send the another new one product as you send.

                                        Hi, FYNA, I had ordered Sanskruti Pourni Laria Gold & Silver Plated Brass Bangles (Set of 2) order # 48347657 on 26-Apr-2015 and had raised the complaint on 19-May-2015 saying the item has not delivered and received email on 25th May 2015 from Shopclues.com saying item has been delivered on 25th May 2015. On 25th May there was no one to collect that item, how did they deliver? same thing i questioned to customer service representative they are not responding correctly. I asked for POD(Proof of Delivery) they said will arrange in 7 working days, i will get an email as well as call from there but i didn't receive any email or call from there side. After expected POD date, I had call 7 times and i asked them to connect to there floor manager or any senior manager but they didn't do that, instead of that they are saying they are busy in another call so can't transfer the call even-though i said him will wait till they end-up the call, but he said, he will arrange call back to me(thrice times it has happened, i didn't even miscall from those peoples). Pre-payment i have done for this item. Complaint # 2981725 Serious Action has to be taken, consider this as High priority
