My order no. is 55020979. I request for return the product on 7th June. No response from your side yet. Tomorrow I will leave station for two months for summer vacation. Many times I tried to contact you via mobile and messages. I clearly mentioned that I am in hurry. But no action is taken yet. I have bought many things from shopclues. But I should say now my overall experience is bad.

I bought a product from www.shopclues.com. order no 54263893. product- Adnet Headphone with mic - Code: 1329942 (QTY:1). order date-30 May 2015, 12:44 PM and I have received my product(Adnet Headphone with mic - Code: 1329942) on 6 June but unfortunately headphone which I received is in not working condition means product is defective that's why I request in shopclues for my money return but I haven't received any reply mail from shopclues team.Also I have sent one remainder mail to shopclues customer care but still I am waiting for their reply. I want my money to be refunded to my bank account. Please do needful as soon as possible.Thank you. Thanks Akash Jain

        We bought philips mixer grinder online from shopclues and the same got delivered on 29th April 2015. The product is over two years old, which doesnt inspire any confidence in its quality. Also, finish of the containers is very shoddy in certain spots.Order Number: 47695083. Return Number: 1275421. Product: Philips HL7697 Mixer Grinder. After putting the return request shopclues picked up the same by 22nd May15. Now we have no update on the refund and no response to our mails. We suspect the organisation of some fraudulent practice and would like to report the same for an appropriate legal proceeding against them. Request your intervention.

          I purchased product from (beauty & fitness product) order no. 51350225 on[protected] was defective. Packing was already opened from innerside and found like as used & Poor quality. I did complaint for this on[protected] via mail, in reply they lodged complaint and asked to uploading photos of product. After passing 16-17 days complaining to them there is no action from merchant side. All mail conversations and product photos are save as proof. So requested to you take appropriate action quickly by paying attention to my complaint. Thanks

                Respected sir, 1. I have ordered online a Samsung 40H5100 40 Inches Full HD Slim LED Television from Shopclues, Gurgaon, India on 16 Feb 15(09:49PM) vide ORDER no[protected]. 2. The Samsung 40H5100 40 Inches Full HD Slim LED Television was delivered to me on 28 Feb 15. 3. There is manufacture defect that 10-12 horizontal lines coming on the screen of the said TV. 4. Hence, I raised the complain regarding the same. 5. ShopClues raised a Return ID 1340378 on 13 May 15. 6. The Pick Boy named ---Mr RANJEET KUMAR, Emp code -11980 of Ecom Express collected vide reverse pick up sheet no[protected] on 17 May 15 with undertaking that “TV IS IN RUNNING CONDITION AND PACKED IN UNDAMAGED CONDITION”. 7. The Samsung LED TV was sent to ShopClues vide Air way Bill no[protected] on 19 May 15, which was received by them on 26 May 15. 8. As per Policy of ShopClues, after 2 working days of receiving the product, they give intimation for refund or replacement. 9. It clearly means as per policy of ShopClues, lastest by 30 May 15, they must issue me Refund order. 10. After so many calls and mail, they neither issue refund order nor giving any resolution till Date. During a long conversation with Miss Ratana Dutta, Monica, Rahul and Ravi of ShopClues, the disposal of the product was pending with Samsung Merchant. 11. However, when I talked with Mr Vinay ([protected]), Samsung Merchant, come to know that the product received by his office in damaged condition and he has cleared that the Refund may be issued to the Customer (i.e. me). They are blaming each other ShopClues VS Sansumg merchant (3dgeneration) VS Ecom Express. But I am the main looser. 12. Hence, case make taken with ShopClues and help me to get me refund with full interest and compensation against the mental and physical harassment. Regards KUMAR GAURAV [protected]
                My God! What an ordeal faced by this gentleman. The online stores like Shopclues allow their merchants sell damaged, factory rejected items etc. at very attractive prices. Many times the damage or defect can not be noticeable to an ordinary customer. It will be always pinching for these merchants and online stores to debit their accounts with refund orders.

                In India, the consumer movement is still in infant stage and Indian Laws are not so stringent as to discipline these market places.

                I will quote one of my experiences with Amazon.in. I placed an order for a Philips Pop up toaster priced at that time at Rs.1, 844/- and the item was dispatched and was on the way.The very next day I noticed that the price revised to Rs.1, 649/-. When I contacted customer help centre for help. the person who answered my call told me that he cancel the order and book afresh. I approved this, the executive, cancelled the order then and there and informed me the money would be credited to my credit card account within 4 days and it is up to me book a toaster or not. To my surprise the refund amount was credited on the same day. I purchased 2 items of same model Philips Pop up Bread Toaster. I am of the opinion that Amazon.in ranks first, Flipkart ranks second and Snapdeal ranks 3rd in a situation like this.

                Snap deal announces a lot discount on kitchen items say 30% and 40%. I ordered a Milton Stainless Steel Thermos Flask at 30% discount. The item supplied to me was dented at the bottom. The Customer Care Centre, when contacted, asked me to send photographs of the said item for further processing my request. Subsequent to this, a return pick up was arranged and a replacement is sent to me. Surprisingly this one is having dents at the bottom but less in number.

                Flipkart also arranges reverse pick up and replaces the defective item.

                An important feature of Amazon.in noticed by recently is this. You can have a live chat with the help centre of Amazon.in regarding a product or on anything related to their service. The entire chat will automatically goes to your email and form a record for future. This is how one can gain the trust and goodwill of a customer.

                Items sold in Flipkart are priced more compared to Amazon.in.There will not be any issues with these two online giants.

                    sir i ordered a sony power bank of 10000 mah but they provided me 5000mah so i returned this product on 26 march but still i didnt get my money back they didnt refund my money and whenever i mail them and ask them for my refund then they replied sorry sir but u will get a mail by our team and they ask about bank details and then i mailed the all the details but still i am waiting for my money more then 10 times i called them but they just said sir you will get a conformation mail...sir please help me because they are waisting my time and money they are giving mentally pressure to me...

                      This is regarding my order no. 53751107 ordered on 25th May. Displayed on site that despatched on 1st of June with shipping ID 82122737 through safeexpress. Could not track the product till 4th on safexpress as the waybill no provided by shopclues shows wrong in safexpress site. After a lot of complaint and followup finally showed on safexpress website that the waybill generated on 4th and since then there is no update either from shopclues or from the courier about the delivery of the product. Where other online sites are competing for better customer service, a product bought from shopclues despatched from delhi could not reach kolkata even after 8 days.                           Don't even think about buying from here - they will have deals but once you have paid for product that's when the drama starts. Booked something on 26th May, they said shipping in 1-day and definitely delver by 3rd Jun. shipping was delayed and then courier company Gati which shoplues normally uses misses 3 delivery date by 3 days and still no clarity when I will get the product. Gati is showing out of 2 packages, 1 package is in city and other one is still in Delhi/Noida. Pathetic logistic people shopclues uses. Further to this. They have marked the product as COD when it was pre-paid. COD was not even available for this product and now courier people are not ready to deliver till we pay the full amount.

                                I had returned the order very soon since 2 months I Have not received my product. why is this discrepancies, when I had ordered for sony 10000mah power bank, I got sony 7000mah power bank, is this my fault or yours. such a cheap and fraud site it is, my money and product is wasted. I will file in the consumer forum so that other people are aware of the cheap product and fraud people cheating around. I really want my money back or the correct original product of sony else with the your receipt, I will file the case and sue you people.

                                    I had placed an order 51709113 on shopclues.com for ladies swimming costume on 15 may 2015. But i have not received the product which is showed on the web site.Please refer the below web link for product details:

                                    I have received the product with short leggings whereas on web site it is mentioned as 3/4 leggings. Please refer the attached photos.

                                    Also on shopclues web site in display image of this product you have mentioned that "print or color will be different, as clearly written in listing, but style will remain same, pic is given for idea purpose" but if you compare the product which is mentioned on your web site and the product which i received is totally different.

                                    Shop clues is fooling to the customers by selling wrong products. In spite of sending many emails now they are not responding to my query. They are simply ignoring the emails.
                                    This is not matter of 350 rs, this is the matter of faith on shopclues. Shopclues might be thinking that their customer will ignore such kind of issues. But i am not going to do that
                                    I would like to highlight this in consumer forum to make sure that the same thing will not happen with anyone.

                                        I have purchased a product with order id 54657671 at shopclues.com on 31/05/2015. Today i received a mail from shopclues that my order has been delivered to me with order ID 54657671. I contacted Ecom courier service with which this order is supposed to be delivering to me. They are saying that your is still in transit and has not even reached to the branch office of the city where i live. According to me sending false mails and false messages regarding any delivery status/statement which has not completed and is showing as delivered is illegal.
