Dear Sir I have ordered Samsung Mobile Power Bank and Received damage product. I complained Customer care but they not replied after lots of mail and Call finaly they are ready to Return back. After One Month In March Product Returned I have received confirmation but not yet amount is setteled in My accounts... Again I call customer Care and mail also but results is nothing and for that i have paid more on Airtime than the product cost. They are completly irresponsible person and Never Care of Consumer...

I have ordered a product (product id: 5919841) from shopclues.com on 3rd of April 2015, on completion of which I was ensure to receive 2% of my order amount (Rs. 750) as cluebucks. I already confirmed details regarding this, from the customer care before placing my order and was ensured that my cluesbucks will be transferred to my account within 10 days of product delivery. After not receiving the clues bucks even after 10 days, I logged a complain with complain no: 2747635 on 26th of April 2015 and was told that "the reason for the delay is that we are facing some technical issues and you will surely receive your cluesbucks and I am logging a complain on your behalf." Today (2nd May 2015) when I enquired regarding my complain status, they told me that my complaint is invalid and we are sorry that you were provided with wrong information but we cannot give you your cluesbucks. I will be grateful if you resolve this issue soon, as I have been cheated by official representatives of the company. I also have the recording of the conversation with the customer care executive regarding this issue.

Sir, Please solve my issue with shopclues.com i purchased protoner weight lifting package 20 kg worth rs. 1198/- & same amount is deduct from my saving a/c no.[protected] also order is booked successfully massages is confirmed but after 20 days went we complaint on shopclues & try to find our order but no record is shown by site but they give us satisfy answer as that time after that they call us that the consignment is on safeexpress & all fault is safeexpress they give us not satisfying answers so please help us my mobile no. I order the product from shopclues by accident I selected the different size. I realized that its the different size and immediately wrote the E-mail to shopclues to alter the oder. They came back telling it cant be done. The order got shipped later, now they are refusing to replace the product with different size.

i ordered Zebra LX180 Lamination machine on 28th march 2015, and i received the item 3rd april.opened the box i was shocked inside the bos having duplicate zebra lamination machine(they sticked Zebra Sticker top of the product). i inform to shopclues customer care the same day and i want refund my money back to me. they come and collect after lot of mails 14 days. after received still shopclues not refund my moeny, they doing online fraud business. they have return policy totally waste.dear friends don't buy anything from shopclues, they said 100% genuine & original products, but arriving item the same my complaints.

Hi, This is regarding the order from Shopclues.com (order no .[protected] and Bluedart Tracking no. [protected]. After the world class customer support offered from your end (hope you understand the sarcasm) and getting no reply after complaining thrice, all I got was these ticket number for complaints- 2719413 & 2755105. I thought since you guys are so tied up doing I don’t know what, I contacted the bluedart directly with the tracker number and order number. Turns out – the number you provided isn’t there on the system at all; that means the number is incorrect – which I believe is not the case. So only conclusion I get to is that it is not yet shipped. All I need is the estimated time and date of delivery, though you state that the product will be delivered by April 29th (FYI today is May1st) – is it too much to ask from world class customer support or they are too busy raising complaint ticket numbers which are never addressed. Hope atleast now the required steps are taken... Regards Hemant Pawaskar

I had purchased the above mobile online on shopclues.com on 16/4/2015 and it was delivered on 20/4/2015 The phone was dead on arrival and never switched on. Hi Team, I have ordered a mobile phone from Shopclues with the order number 45339553 on 7th April 2015. And it got dispatched on 08th April 2015. The seller have not provided the accurate courier tracking number. And the phone have not been delivered yet. The expected delivery date was 16th April 2015. But the phone did not got delivered today too. Its 4weeks from the date it got dispatched. I am really worried and frustrated on the service and trust on Shopclues. And now the status of the product is DELIVERED. II HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AT ALL. I am planning to proceed legally on this due to the mental torture I have gone through. Please resolve and deliver my phone ASAP

we are a merchant we have supplied the materials and the customer received the materials and paid cash 3030/- on delivery. now shopclues say the order was cancelled and the payment could not be made. our merchant id 146363 order id 44800967 order value 3030/- these online website do this to run their business and fake discount

I order two power bank from shop clues in February, my order No.39433717 amount of Rs. 2000/- plus 300_- courier charge, I found one of them defective and other not charging well, I return both power bank address given by shop clue in march, I also give my Bank details for refund they want but there is more than One month and make call more than 20 times but no response and no refund still yet. My total refund amount sis 2300/-. Please do favourable for my refund.

I am awaiting for my order since 13th April but still my order has not been delivered to me.I have called customer care on 17th April(ticket number 2666951)and representative said we are working on it and your query will resolve within 3-4 days but after 10 days also no updates from shopclues and again i called on 27th and 28th April and the customer representatives conveying the same message irrespective of the customer concerns and queries. Kindly make it as priority and try to deliver to me as soon as possible. Really dissatisfied with your worst services.

Dear Sir, I order one of you product from your website Order is Is 47434724. In this produce you offer combo of 2 towels. But when i got this product. I get only one piece. Please look this matter otherwise we stop purchasing from your site. It is a bad service from your sie.
