        Dear sirs I place the order on 20 th APRIL 2015 for combo deal i got the confirmation mail that COD order 47348451 and the amount for that is Rs. 233 + Rs. 19 for shipping but there is mistake in total and that was Rs. 282 in place of Rs. 252 but still i don't get the item which i ordered and now company shows me technical errors for completion of orders

          The final date to deliver the product with order number[protected] is over, yet the product is not delivered to me. You people said that the product is already shipped but when i contacted the first flight people, they said that product is not been booked yet from where the product is coming. If it is COD then you people deliver the product very soon, since i have already paid the money for the product so you people are harassing me right? Once customer paid money after that you just neglect us. I don't want your product, keep it with yourself I just want my money back.

But I didn't get any of the item.please refer and give me the item otherwise please refund my amount. And I think so there were a some mall practices happen so, please refer and give me the product thank you.

                Hi, This is the third time m writing to u I have had it enough Its been more than 4 months. N they r not refunding my money... They always mail me back after 10days that within 3 days it would reflect in ur account but nothing has happen Last time when I had sent u a complain they called me n took my account no. N said they will close my complaint soon but nothing has happen till date I want u people to plz help memy complaint no is 31206199.plz help me

                  I have ordered SONY 10000 MAH POWERBANK Code: 74707864, My order No is 47801761. I have received the order. The product I received is totally fake product. Its a first copy product is shows 10000 MAH but it is not even 2000 MAH. The quality of the product is very cheap. Please anyone do not buy the product is not the product shown on the website of shopclues.

They said that the product is not available in the market and will refund my amount on 12th of April. I have not yet received my amount kindly help in the issue. My complaint number is 2587071.                       I ordered 2x pair of Sony headphones on 13 Mar 2015 @ 01:52 PM through ShopClues.com under order# 41688061. Order details: Sony Ex088 In Ear 3.5Mm Jack Earphone with MIC (QTY:2) Cost: INR 300 (each) Total payment made: INR 600 (QTY:02) Issue: My wife accepted the delivery on my behalf, after next 3-4 days. When I returned from office and checked the parcel, I found to have received only QTY:01 in delivery box where on top of the box it was clearly mentioned as QTY:2 and as well payment details showed INR 600 payment made. I logged a complaint with ShopClues, who confirmed that the missing item will be sent soon; but after 3 days when I called up ShopClues, they informed I need to apply for cancel dispatch as there is no option for "ship the missing item" directly. By that time my wife had already started using the received 1x product. Then I received a call from someone who came to my home to pick the previous item. I wasn't at all aware that I need to ship back the old item, which never needed any replacement. I only needed wanted my missing item now. The guy returned without the old item and mentioned that the cycle will continue if I ask for return again because I do not have the old item to be returned now (why do I need to return anything as it is clear the shopkeeper should send the missing item... nope?) End result: I have received only 01 item while I paid for 02 Qty and thus outcome is that I am left cheated/robbed off by "ShopClues.com" in sync with their vendor called "Ecom Express". It will be much appreciated if you can kindly help me to get my missing item, or to help me to get refund of my remaining unused INR 300. Thanks and Regards, Amit Kumar

                              I ordered a 32 gb memory card on07/03/2015 from shopclues and paid 1099/- through netbanking in advance. The company send me a 16gb memory card. As the product was not as per my order, on 25/03/2015, i request for refund and to take back the 16gb card. The company asked me to submit 3 images of the product which i sent through email for 8 times, every time the company say that they have not received the images. So i send the images through my alternate email id on 06/04/2015 and the company representative confirm on phone that the images have been received. A mail has also been received and the company assured that the problem will be solved within 3-4 days. After a long waiting the company ask me to return the 16gb card and the courier charges will be bear by the company and i have send it through first flight courier. Now the company has send me a mail stating that the company will refund me a sum of rs 610/- (And not rs 1099/- + rs 170/- for courier charges total 1269/-). This is cheating with the customer.

                              THE COMPANY HAS REFUNDED RS 610/- ON 01/05/2015 INSTEAD OF RS 1269/-. THIS IS CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER. THE COMPANY IS ONLY GIVING ASSURANCE BUT DOING NOTHING. THE REPLIES ARE SYSTEM GENERATED AND HAVE NOT ACTIONED AT ALL. VERY POOR SERVICE BY THE COMPANY AND CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER.

                                I am felling Sorry that i have purchased a product in shopclues... i have never seen such a worst customer service from any online store... " On 1st of April, 2015 i have placed a order (Kids foldable Scooter) Order number:44544001" and i received the product on 8th April, 2015 and paid the full amount but unfortunately i received a wrong product, now the worst part is that i have raised a return request (request number :1147097) and the product was picked on 10th April, 2015 and after wards no update... daily i am calling the customer care.. and till now i have spend more then RS.400 mobile bill.. but end of the day no result ..for a RS.760 product.." all tho i have paid product price Rs.749+delivery charges Rs 100+COD charges Rs 30+Rs.400 mobile. There is no proper updated as of now .. i have spoke with the below person in customer care.. Excellation Desk: Pritam singh... Joshep gabriel... Tarun Team Lead: Sandeep Yadav Floor Manager: Deepak Vhavesh but till now nothing happen... i am really frusted.. with the shopclues customer care respond... after paying my harden money...i have got nothing...                                   i have coupons of yes bank which i have tried to redeem but was not able to redeem them. called up customer care of shopclues and spoke to shrishti at 2 pm approx on 25/04/2005. she gave few excuses but no complain number and no satisfastory answers. i have been shopping at amazon, rediffshopping and snapdeal regularly but bever had such problems. first time i have tried shopclues and the response is pathetic especially from the girl on customer care.

                                        I had order Phillips trimmer with Order Id # 44970833, But I got used product with accessories are removed by merchant, Shop Clues was not responded about my return request & no one bother to give me any details yet, when ever I called with high charges customer care service same replay wait for 48 hours. Today I got message disapproved my request, when I called for reason for rejection they don't have any answer. Kindly help me to return my money, The product is no use of me without missing blades, and its almost 20 days have been passed.
