Myself Mahesh Dewangan. I have ordered silicon watch (order n0.[protected] on 17th march 2015. Its status is showing that it has been delivered to me but it hasn't been delivered yet. On same day i had ordered another silicon watch (unisex) with order ID 42429005 & it has been delivered. I got a call to come to collect order ID 42429001 in Supela area which is 10km far from my home. Then I told him that I can't come as I was out of station & he told me that he is cancelling the order & I agreed. But now no refund has been done & order status is showing that it has been delivered. Please do the needful.

    HI SIR sir, i have buyed a original new air max 2014 shoe on 4 april on shopclue.com but i find it to be duplicate . i had wear it for only 2 day and the third day i found it useless as it sole comes out . now when i call up the shopclue costomer care on 12 april they told me that they will change this product . now when i called them on 17 april they told me that there policy is just of 10 day, now it unable to change the product . so, sir i want you to take some legal actions against them so that they do not cheat other as they cheat me .

          Hi Team, I have ordered a mobile phone from Shopclues with the order number 45339553 on 7th April 2015. And it got dispatched on 08th April 2015. The seller have not provided the accurate courier tracking number. And the phone have not been delivered yet. The expected delivery date was 16th April 2015. But the phone did not got delivered today too. Its 2weeks from the date it got dispatched. I am really worried and frustrated on the service and trust on Shopclues. Please resolve and deliver my phone ASAP.

              Hi This is Saravanan My Order No is. 46444293, I have purchasd on 13 April 2015. I have recd the message that confirmation no that it has shipped on 15 April 2015 and i have recd the Safe express docket no against the order no. I have tracked the LR. No. it was showing Pending . i have called customer care no. they said me that it has been shipped on 15 April 2015. Last deliver date was 22 April 2015. for my location. but still now i have not recd the shipment and i have called Safe express customer care no, they have told me that they have recd pick up request on 22 April. Why they have to mention that it has been shipped on 15 April, how the customer will be happy about the service of the shop clue.after we paying full amount .if not reach in correct time why we have to face such problems. even i have purchased one more item.on 20 April 2015 Order no. is 47438791. once i booked online it was shown it has been confirmed . but still now it shows Quality checking when we can expect this two shipment. Pls Kindly do the needful...

                  Dear Sir, I made a prepaid online purchase of two items - (a) Wireless Mp3 Player (b) USB hub, on 06.04.2015 with order no:[protected]. On date :- 15 .04.2015, I received a packet on which details of both items were mentioned. But after opening it I found only one product (i.e. Wireless mp3 player). Packet did not contain USB hub. Packet was nicely packed and there was not any sign of tear. This order was shipped via Delhivery. The tracking number for this shipment was [protected].                     I purchased O General 1.5 ton AC vide order no. 43359413. After installation I went online to register warranty with O General directly. I was advised by them that they are not giving warranty for ACs sold online and the same is mentioned on their website. I have raised this issue with merchant and Shopclues and have yet to get a response. This is against their own policy mentioned on their website.

                      Hi, I have placed an order[protected] on 13th April 2015 and it was supposed to be deliver by 21-23rd April 2015. But i didn't received anything yet. I checked on shopclues.com and says that it has been delivered. Worst part: 1. I didn't received any kind of confirmation over email/sms regarding my courier details. 2. When i tried to track using the shipment number on Safeexpress courier partner, it says that shipment no doesn't exists. 3. Shopclues.com provided a URL in order to track orders and that URL is also invalid. 4. I also had a word with customer care of Safeexpress, that are also saying that shipment no doesn't exists. 5. I had contacted shopclues customer care, every time they are saying that they don't have any update regarding your order, we need another 48 hours. I have paid full money to shopclues.com and my order has been missed date of delivery and even i don't know whether it has been dispatched or not yet. Now i totally getting frustrated.                       Hi,

                      It good to know that after missing the date of delivery you are showing your concern for my order.
                      I can see the status now on your courier partner website. I just want to know that why there is delay, and since now it's get delayed, i need proper compensation for the same.

                      Please update me asap.
                      It seems that ShopClues has nothing to do, if they miss the deadline.
                      Not receiving even a single reply from their team after making so many complaints.

                      Now I am thinking that it's my mistake that I have choosen ShopClues for shopping.

                        Sir, I have booked order in 23rd march 2015 and paid online RS 890 through debit card website gives me the delivery date 3rd April but product was not delivered at that day after that I enquired to customer care no. in 9th april so they told me it will take some more time and immediately next day on 10th April they updated my product status to Delivered But still it is not delivered to my shipping address I asked them about this and inform them about this incidence . I asked them to show any proof of delivery and they told me within 7days they will send me mail sir 7days are over they are not showing any proof not delivering my product so please do which is possible. But suddenly very next day on 09.04.2015 my order has been cancelled. After that everyday I am chasing to refund our paid-up money. But people in Customer Care are unable to update me why this much of time for refund process. Several times I have mailed Shopcles customer care, having ticket numbers accordingly. Kindly refund our paid-up amount immediately to close this chapter with Shopclues. Do not cheat any customer further. Need necessary action soon.                             This is in regards to the order number 45806761. My order is in returned status as the delivery address is in non delivery zone. I have spoken to the courrier company "shree maruti courriers" and they have informed me that the order is returned. The courrier office is hardly 3 kms away from my residence and i can collect my order from the office. Hence i request you to deliver the product so that i can collect it from the courier office. I received only 1 double cot bed cover and 2 nos of pillow cover. I was really upset for placing order with shop clues. kindly send me the balance 3 double bed cover and 6 nos pillow covers. otherwise I will file a complaint with consumer court as I got your bill as 4 double bed cover and 8 pillow cover.                                     I have ordered "Leather Belt" from Shopclues.com on 24 march 2015 (prepaid). On 30th march I have got a sms that order has been shipped from Delhivery. But still it didn't delivered to me. I also contact customer support (e-mail &amp; call) but they didn't give exact reply, only making fool. From Shopclues I am getting the message that, "Your order has been shipped by Delhivery Courier Partner on 30 March 2015." But still I didn't get any information from courier side (no sms, no call, also could not track through website). Even I have already contact Delhivery Courier Support and got the answer that, "we are unable to locate any details of your shipment with the information provided. We request you please contact the merchant (ShopClues) in this regard. My Ordered package is traveling from 30 march 2015 to present and still I have no information about that.                                       I ordered a product on 16th march 2015 which was Rs.200/-, They shipped it on 19th march 2015, It should have reached me latest of 26th march 2015. But when I tracked order which was through professional courier. The tracking number is GGN40034892. But it was forwarded from Chennai but it was not received at my home town Namakkal where I have to get the product. I gone there and cross verified with them but they said it was not received by them. So I contacted shopclues customer care through email with the problem of product not received. But they said that it was received. As actually it was not received even by the courier. So I directly contact them by call they asked me to wait but they were telling it was delivered. I have spent about Rs.150/- by calling them but they are asking me to wait as they will arrange the proof of delivery within 4-5 working days but it was about 20 days as they said me to wait and still now there was no proof of delivery and even no response. I have the whole proof like order details tracking details and the e-mail that i send them regarding this issue. So please help me refund my amount and take steps to claim me the compensation for troubling me and not giving me the product and even not providing my amount back and making late as it was about more than 1 month from the date i paid for my order.

                                        My order no. 46342373 was canceled on 13-Apr'15 (within 1 hour of placing the order) however the refund is still not credited into my account. I patiently waited for few days & still it was not credited hence I emailed them last week enquiring about the same, but they sent standard replies "Inconvenience regretted, the same will be credited into your Acct soon etc" Everyday, I receive marketing emails from them & then I visit their site to make the purchase; however unable to purchase since refund isn't given to my account. Now for those who are not aware, just to inform you CLUEBUCKS is their own rewarding pattern, which if required they can credit instantly (real-time) unlike transferring money back to credit card acc' which takes longer. I missed so many deals, because most of them are deal for the day which expires on the same day if not availed. I beleive if I've cluebucks in my acc' then why should I pay from my pocket. Cluebucks is again my right since they were in return to my cancelled transaction as a refund. Due to delays from their end, i missed deals. I called their customer-service team & spoke to the most un-educated agent "Reyazuddin" @ 4.18pm on 20-Apr'15 - who doesn't understand English. He failed to understand my query & kept on giving standard responses hence I've to ask for floor supervisor, with a hope that he will be better than this. After long hold, the call was transferred to some NAIEM AHMED. He said the same thing, there was a technical error in our systems hence cluebucks were not transfreed; wait for another 2-3 days & the same will be done..." I said cluebucks is your internal rewarding / refunding systems which doesnt rely on 3rd party, they should be able to credit on the same day itself, I'm missing deals from last few days due to this delay from their end. Even today i wish to buy couple of products http://www.shopclues.com/boston-bugs-polo-t-shirt-8-color-option.html & http://www.shopclues.com/designer-double-bed-sheet-with-2-pillow-covers.html & wish to pay 40 Cluebucks in each of the deal, but he said he can't do anything in the same. I asked him the name of guys who answered my phone before to him, but he denied giving his name saying it is confidential information. Being a floor supervisor NAIEM should know i wasn't asking for anyone's phone number or Address, i just wanted to clarify on operators name so that I can mentioned it in my complaint. Then I asked NAIEM for escalation matrix, email address for complaints / grevience dept's but again have any concrete information on the same. He kept on saying send email on same email from where u get marketing emails everyday. I fail to understand how come this sort of guys with least customer service knowledge becomes FLOOR SUPERVISORS @ Shopclues? I was already annoyed by this time. This is the same company who delayed Cluebucks credit in past for me, sold inferior quality complaints, gave pathetic customer service in the past for me - just check my account for number of returned products & complaints lodged. hence I paused buying from shopclues for a while however then thought now these guys would have improved hence re-started shoping with them a month back, but experience was not different. I don't think Shopclues deserve to be a Ecommerce website untill they come up with a good products & customer service dept'. I'm not going to except this sort of poor customer service & loss due to delay in executing the refund. I'll write a complaint to other consumer forums too. Regards, Sameer
