I ordered a product on 16th march 2015 which was Rs.200/-, They shipped it on 19th march 2015, It should have reached me latest of 26th march 2015. But when I tracked order which was through professional courier. The tracking number is GGN40034892. But it was forwarded from Chennai but it was not received at my home town Namakkal where I have to get the product. I gone there and cross verified with them but they said it was not received by them. So I contacted shopclues customer care through email with the problem of product not received. But they said that it was received. As actually it was not received even by the courier. So I directly contact them by call they asked me to wait but they were telling it was delivered. I have spent about Rs.150/- by calling them but they are asking me to wait as they will arrange the proof of delivery within 4-5 working days but it was about 20 days as they said me to wait and still now there was no proof of delivery and even no response. I have the whole proof like order details tracking details and the e-mail that i send them regarding this issue. So please help me refund my amount and take steps to claim me the compensation for troubling me and not giving me the product and even not providing my amount back and making late as it was about more than 1 month from the date i paid for my order.

    My order no. 46342373 was canceled on 13-Apr'15 (within 1 hour of placing the order) however the refund is still not credited into my account. I patiently waited for few days & still it was not credited hence I emailed them last week enquiring about the same, but they sent standard replies "Inconvenience regretted, the same will be credited into your Acct soon etc" Everyday, I receive marketing emails from them & then I visit their site to make the purchase; however unable to purchase since refund isn't given to my account. Now for those who are not aware, just to inform you CLUEBUCKS is their own rewarding pattern, which if required they can credit instantly (real-time) unlike transferring money back to credit card acc' which takes longer. I missed so many deals, because most of them are deal for the day which expires on the same day if not availed. I beleive if I've cluebucks in my acc' then why should I pay from my pocket. Cluebucks is again my right since they were in return to my cancelled transaction as a refund. Due to delays from their end, i missed deals. I called their customer-service team & spoke to the most un-educated agent "Reyazuddin" @ 4.18pm on 20-Apr'15 - who doesn't understand English. He failed to understand my query & kept on giving standard responses hence I've to ask for floor supervisor, with a hope that he will be better than this. After long hold, the call was transferred to some NAIEM AHMED. He said the same thing, there was a technical error in our systems hence cluebucks were not transfreed; wait for another 2-3 days & the same will be done..." I said cluebucks is your internal rewarding / refunding systems which doesnt rely on 3rd party, they should be able to credit on the same day itself, I'm missing deals from last few days due to this delay from their end. Even today i wish to buy couple of products http://www.shopclues.com/boston-bugs-polo-t-shirt-8-color-option.html & http://www.shopclues.com/designer-double-bed-sheet-with-2-pillow-covers.html & wish to pay 40 Cluebucks in each of the deal, but he said he can't do anything in the same. I asked him the name of guys who answered my phone before to him, but he denied giving his name saying it is confidential information. Being a floor supervisor NAIEM should know i wasn't asking for anyone's phone number or Address, i just wanted to clarify on operators name so that I can mentioned it in my complaint. Then I asked NAIEM for escalation matrix, email address for complaints / grevience dept's but again have any concrete information on the same. He kept on saying send email on same email from where u get marketing emails everyday. I fail to understand how come this sort of guys with least customer service knowledge becomes FLOOR SUPERVISORS @ Shopclues? I was already annoyed by this time. This is the same company who delayed Cluebucks credit in past for me, sold inferior quality complaints, gave pathetic customer service in the past for me - just check my account for number of returned products & complaints lodged. hence I paused buying from shopclues for a while however then thought now these guys would have improved hence re-started shoping with them a month back, but experience was not different. I don't think Shopclues deserve to be a Ecommerce website untill they come up with a good products & customer service dept'. I'm not going to except this sort of poor customer service & loss due to delay in executing the refund. I'll write a complaint to other consumer forums too. Regards, Sameer

This is very bad way to treat the regular customer like me with a mental & physical harassment. Pl. Arrange to refund my money back.

        i, kailash purchased air cooler, ORDER NO.42851447. afterchecking i sae defect in manufacturer. on next day i requested shopclues for REPLACE the product.REPLACE ORDER ID-1109935. from that day product was not picked up from my address. now they showing status return request closed. WITHOUT PICKINGUP THE PRODUCT. HOW THEY CAN WRITE THIS. THIS IS VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FROM SHOPCLUES, i called shopclues regarding pickup of product, since 20 days occured, no reply

          I recently bought a symphony diet 35i cooler on shopclues.com via order number 43700253 on 28th March 2015 for approx 8.5k that was the first big ticket purchase on this website. Product was delivered on 2nd April in evening. I unpacked it on 4th on weekend and first thing I noticed was - Manufacturing batch date was June 2014 - One year old outdated product. Still I thought if it works I will be fine, but I was wrong. After filling the water and starting the cooler, I noticed No water is coming in Ice Tray area nor the back panel gets wet at all. I thought may be the water pump has some blockage. I drained all water n repeated this again in hope of cleansing, but it never worked. Finally I gave up hope that it will work, hence I raised a return request 1150903 on 5th April on shopclues by providing them all pics as applicable and as the product is outdated as well as having Manufacturer defect. Rather then 48hrs of response as per shopclues policy they never responded. I sent repeated emails also called them and one rep told me to return product if it is past warranty etc dates. Finally on 9th April I saw status as "RMA Auto Approved". I felt relief that shopclues is responsive to customer plight n had approved return. However in night I saw status as "Return Request On Hold"; No idea why? Anyways, Today I got a SMS that return request disapproved as per shopclues policy. Now can someone explain what kind of policy is this? First approved n then hold n then decline? Without providing any valid reason. First they sent an outdated defective product n now they don't want to refund as well. I AM SERIOUSLY PLANNING TO TAKE THEM TO CONSUMER COURT, ADVICE TO ALL BUYERS - NEVER BUY BIG TICKET PRODUCTS FROM SHOPCLUES. I WANT FULL REFUND N WILL SEE IT THROUGH CONSUMER COURTS.

            I have procured 3 bed sheets alongwith 6 pillow covers vide Order No.43659793 paid Rs.599/- through net banking. But Sorry to say, this product quality is very very poor and when it was washed, the colour of bed sheet gone out and also spread the colour to the others cloth. I would request you to please arrange to return this item immediately and return and amount alongwith my persoanl pain taken by us. Please send me sms or speak on [protected] immediately.

                Dear Sir, On 5th April, 2015 I placed more than ten orders. However, my complaint is for two orders bearing nos.44086051 and 44086059. Shop Clues sales products through Sunday Flea market. I placed orders for more than ten products. All in one number quantity however for the above two orders I asked for two quantity as these products are to be used individually. While I was updating my cart the total was shown Rs.1450/+ I used the services of BuyHatke an online service applies coupon codes for discounts and while finally making payment through net Banking the amount shown was Rs.1950/-+. I did not cancel the order as I thought that company will refund the excess amount charged as I am a very old customer. And immediately after placing the order I requested for refund the excess amount for which I was told to wait till the product is delivered. When the product is delivered I did not open it and request for the company to charge for one and second set I will return. Despite my continuous company finally rejected to refund or return request. I also discussed the matter over their helpline with the executive who again lodged my complaint but against company refused to honour it on the plea that I should have ordered only for one quantity the second item has been charged for full. Though no where in their website or while placing order it was indicated. To day I opened my packet and found that instead of two items of 3 in 1 Travel "Set has been supplied to me. Now this is the case of clear cheating. I have all the documents / computer screen print out to substantiate my claim. Please help me. Mukesh Kumar Dubey [protected]

                  i have requested for a return request for my product and it was proceeded successfully but further action was not taken.i had applied for the replace option but it was considererd as refund complaint but still i haven't got my return payment if refund is not possible then replace it with another bluetooth speaker of same price.please do take some action as there are high hopes from this company...

                      Hi, My name is Antony i have made a purchase with shop clues with order no 45346939 on 7th april 2015 .from the next day i got a message that "This order is shipped via Delhivery. The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]" and expected deliver is 13 th april..but this tracking number is invalid.They just fooled me for that i complain to customer care to provide me a valid tracking number for that no reply and response from their side.after i am waiting for few days expecting this delivery by 13th its not delivered.today is 18th april till now its not reached its just showing that its in shipping mode ...while talking with customer care people they are telling they dont know.they dont have the option for cancel also.Shopclues is just try to make people fool.
                      always they giving me the same reply from the last 2 weeks..

And soon after receiving the product, kept a return request with Id:1062847. And they didn't respond till date, besides mentioned that 'return request closed'. Please consider my complaint and take a serious action on this.

                          Hi All, I have ordered Linen Cotton Full Sleeve Shirt ( White ) on shopclues on 4th April. On 8th April i received update that your item is shipped via Delivery and the tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. Till today 18th April i do not receive my order and tracking status of order is not updated on shopclues. On 15th Apr i contacted support team on telephone and they triggered mail on my behalf. On the same day i received mail from shopclues team that they will update me the status. Thereafter i chased them via mail on 16th and 17thApr for update but they did not reply me and still i am waiting for reply. For this order i have already paid the money but looks like that shopclues team do not respect customer. If anyone from shopclues management team monitor this then i request you to fulfill my order.                           Hi ShopClues Team,

                          Still no progress on my order and this time delhivery team is saying that order is pending due to shopclues team. Since last two days delivery status at http://track.delhivery.com/p/[protected] for my order[protected][protected] is "Consignment Manifested". Today i had call with delhivery team and they are saying that they have received the item but shipment address is not updated on item and they asked me to contact shopclues team.

                          Can you please update what is the issue and why my order is not processing. I made order on 4th of may and today is 24th and still i am chasing with you on mail and telephone. As i said earlier i already paid money for this item and if you are not capable to deliver this order please refund my money. Also i request you to loop your management team in this mail trail.

                                Hi, I booked HTC Desire 820 (Order Number:[protected] from Shop clues on 13th April (Monday), and it is showing the Expected delivery date to be 17th April, but when I try to track it via Red Express, it is showing invalid tracking Number: 15395994, I called Red Express and got to know that the product has yet not delivered to Red Express. This is really very Humiliating as I made the payment of Rs 21499 Online. I am a old customer of shop clues and was not expecting this thing from such site. Please return my amount and do the possible thing for Such Humilation. Thanks!

                                  I ordered shoes from the shopclues... they said that it will be delivered with in 1 week... i kept a mail to them for their delay... they said we will resolve for ur inconvenience we will get back to u with in 48 hours... but after 15 days they changed the status to delivered... i was checked with courier point also.. they said we didnt receive your item... but the shopclues cheaters told... the courier people deliver at your shipping point... they didnt even call and confirm to me... bhakvas site... bekhar site... DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE

                                    My issues is regarding order no 36888639 Shopclues delivered me defective and damaged product. I told this issues to them and they told me that they have arranged reverse pickup and they will refund the paid amount. But It has been more than one month Since I raise the issue but they didnot fulfill the promise. I have been contacting them constantly but they are not responding to my issues which is very disappointing. Due to thier defective item There was short circuit resulted in fire at my home And lost around the electric appliances of 5000 rupees. They are responsible for this. I need the whole amount refund with all losses I have suffered

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, My order number is 43985949 Issue No 01: KAMACHI WEIGHT BENCH- 003 (MULTIPURPOSE WEIGHT LIFTING BENCH) Code: 7248282, Under the parts List as per manual Item Number M: Bolster Holders 02 Nos are missing. Issue No 02: Under the order for 100 KG SPARE RUBBER WEIGHT PLATES WITH BUSH (Code: 1429800) one number of 10 Kg weight is damaged and need replacement for the same. Its a very big safety issue. If the same breaks during workout it will be so dangerous to life itself. I also made a online request from the shop clues website whose details are as follows.                                         As per Shopclues policy: "You are completely protected. ShopClues offers a 10 day return guarantee for all such items. We get it picked, Or You ship and we refund." I ordered a product from them and found that the quality of product delivered is HORRIBLE, material defective and damaged. It is "Significantly different from the description given by the merchant". Does not come in the category of "healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products". I have contacted them within an hour of delivery. Now they are refusing to collect the product and give a refund. Not sure what is this practice to sell defective products online and then refuse a refund.

                                        I have opened a ticket and have been sending mails to you twice every day for over a week now. Yet, you are not willing to pick the product or process a refund. I was only getting automated mails from you with the exact same text every time by the name of "Supratim". Mails have stopped after I posted a complaint here.

                                        I have also noticed that the "customer reviews" I had read before I purchased this products are FAKE. You don't accept reviews that are less than 200 characters length. The 3 reviews posted for this product have the exact same text and are much less than 200 characters length. The review I have submitted is not posted on your website since it blew the lid on this SCAM.
