My order no. 46342373 was canceled on 13-Apr'15 (within 1
hour of placing the order) however the refund is still not credited into my
account. I patiently waited for few days & still it was not credited hence
I emailed them last week enquiring about the same, but they sent standard
replies "Inconvenience regretted, the same will be credited into your Acct
soon etc"
Everyday, I receive marketing emails from them & then I
visit their site to make the purchase; however unable to purchase since refund
isn't given to my account. Now for those who are not aware, just to inform you
CLUEBUCKS is their own rewarding pattern, which if required they can credit
instantly (real-time) unlike transferring money back to credit card acc' which
takes longer. I missed so many deals, because most of them are deal for the day
which expires on the same day if not availed. I beleive if I've cluebucks in my
acc' then why should I pay from my pocket. Cluebucks is again my right since
they were in return to my cancelled transaction as a refund.
Due to delays from their end, i missed deals. I called their
customer-service team & spoke to the most un-educated agent
"Reyazuddin" @ 4.18pm on 20-Apr'15 - who doesn't understand English.
He failed to understand my query & kept on giving standard responses hence
I've to ask for floor supervisor, with a hope that he will be better than this.
After long hold, the call was transferred to some NAIEM AHMED. He said the same
thing, there was a technical error in our systems hence cluebucks were not
transfreed; wait for another 2-3 days
& the same will be done..." I
said cluebucks is your internal rewarding / refunding systems which doesnt rely
on 3rd party, they should be able to credit on the same day itself, I'm missing
deals from last few days due to this delay from their end. Even today i wish to
buy couple of products

& wish to pay 40 Cluebucks in each of the deal, but he said he can't do
anything in the same.
I asked him the name of guys who answered my phone before to
him, but he denied giving his name saying it is confidential information. Being
a floor supervisor NAIEM should know i wasn't asking for anyone's phone number
or Address, i just wanted to clarify on operators name so that I can mentioned
it in my complaint.
Then I asked NAIEM for escalation matrix, email address for
complaints / grevience dept's but again have any concrete information on the
same. He kept on saying send email on same email from where u get marketing
emails everyday.
I fail to understand how come this sort of guys with least
customer service knowledge becomes FLOOR SUPERVISORS @ Shopclues?
I was already annoyed by this time. This is the same company
who delayed Cluebucks credit in past for me, sold inferior quality complaints,
gave pathetic customer service in the past for me - just check my account for
number of returned products & complaints lodged. hence I paused buying from
shopclues for a while however then thought now these guys would have improved
hence re-started shoping with them a month back, but experience was not
different.
I don't think Shopclues deserve to be a Ecommerce website
untill they come up with a good products & customer service dept'. I'm not
going to except this sort of poor customer service & loss due to delay in
executing the refund. I'll write a complaint to other consumer forums too.
