Dear sir, I am Vinod Chaudhary, i have purchased a product in shop clues through online shopping, order no[protected] but manufacturing defective product received and return this product by blue dart and receive product shop clues one month and total 4 month but I asked them to return my amount and they said within 15 working days your amount will be return but still now my amount is not return, and i daily asked and your daily one answer two days- two days and 48 hours but not solution please look the issue.order number is 32009311.       I Purchased 2 Watches from your Shopclues.com on 26 January 2015, Part of combined order number: 35263923 After lots of complain i received product on 16th February, 2015. But I Received only 1 titan watch in courier. Second Fastrack watch is Missing.From 26 January, 2015 to till date I complained too many times by call and mail. But not received my product yet.They said that Seller has no stock of fastrack watch. if seller has no more stock than why they not showing sold out? Shopclues.com always send law quality product or doing fraud with people.

IS SELLER FOOL, CANT THEY KNOW COLOR DIFFERENCE BETEEN ORANGE AND RED LEGGINGS. Please advise, I need orange color leggings, I dont require Red color in XXL size. Other sizes and color are OK but for this, I received another color product. Also please advise why you took delivery charges from me for below product as sizes are different but seller is one and I received all the below item in ONE PACKAGE.             I had ordered a carrier 1.5 ton superia ac paying Rs 40390 on the website on 2nd April 2015.The amount was debited from my account promptly and since the location was in Kerala I applied the pincode where they showed delivery is possible. On 3rd April I get the message against the order Order on Hold-Verifying Courier Serviceabilty.I thought they are verifying alternative means to deliver the material but when I called up their customer care I was told that they will not be able to deliver and a refund will be initiated that too within 72 hours and the payment will be credited to my account in another 7-10 days. After paying the amount on 2nd April were they sleeping till 9th April when I called up to find out the status of my order This attitude of shopclues.com compels me to believe that their intention is to take customers money and hold it for a month as they enjoy interest free funds. What is surprising is that despise their disability to service the order the same message is shown on the screen for one week as verifying courier serviceability. I would request the refund to be done in the next 72 hours and not in the next 15 days Regards Prakash Sasidharan

              Purchased 50 KG SPARE RUBBER WEIGHT PLATES WITH BUSH on 31 Mar 2015, 10:51 AM which was shipped on 1st April 2015 by safexpress courier Awb 42460179 but there is no information of Awb on courier website contacted safexpress they told shopclues have not handed over the consigment to them that's why no information of tracking no on safexpress website raised a ticket 2533469 on shopclues.com on 2nd April but they are not giving any satisfactory reply only telling we are following up with courier today is 6th day after shipping till today there is no information of mentioned awb no on courier website it show Error: Waybill No. not found. I need the delivery of product by promised date of 8th April or a compensation of Rs 5000 for misguiding and giving wrong information to me and for mental harassment and time I have to waste due to all this

              I'm Still waiting for the product to get delivered cant track the product on courier website till now neither anybody from shopclues contacted me When I contacted Shopclues over phone and talked with floor manager he was also unable to give any satisfactory reply I will take legal actions if I don't get My product by 13th April 2015

                  Sir, I received product broken/damaged condition 3 weeks before and I complained to Shopclues CC team but still no action taken from your end. Actually the handles received with product are not compitable and few are broken. I have sent the damaged product (5 Pcs Non-Stick Induction Safe Cookware & 5 Pcs Skimmer Set) image to Shopclues team but still no action taken. Please arrange the return pick-up or send the new 5 Pcs Non-Stick Induction Safe Cookware & 5 Pcs Skimmer Set to my doorstep. Please do the needful immediately. Because its already two week delayed because of their poor response.                       Shopclues.com is a No.1 worst site to shop online. It always has a bunch of fake sellers with fake china products. I just ordered a Sony 10, 000 mAh Power Bank on shopclues which showed an unbelievable rate of just 595/-. I immediately ordered it without a second thought, and what I have now with me is a fake china product with fake, cheap material. Fake outercase. Cheap USB Cable. No warranty details. No instruction booklet. The Model number given on the outer case of the product doesnt match with the model number given in the packing. I seriously want to sack all these bloody scumbags and make them rot in hell for fooling people. People... My serious appeal to you. Dont ever ever ever even think of buying a product in shopclues. Some sellers may be genuine, but you cant identify one in a hundred scumbag sellers. Seriously people... Avoid it In the pictures enclosed, you can see how the model number differs on the powerbank panel and on the package. You can also see how small and light it is being a 10, 000 mAh Power Bank. It proves to be a perfect FAKE Product.

                        Recently I bought a reebok watch from Shopclues.com and when I got it from courier I found a crack on the front glass. This was not expected from this site. So in return I want a new watch replacing this one. And I want this whole thing done within 3 days.

                                Hello, I have bought one product from shapeclues with order number #44607017 and i have checked delivery is available on my pin code -202001 but shopclue canceled this product with not serviceable area and when i check again for this product it is available delivery at my pin code and now its MRP is 5690 but when i ordered this product MRP was 5190 and he didn't refund back when order was canceled on 03-April-2015.                                       ORDER NO 39709149 we have send the product back to them by the merchant on[protected]. From that time we didnot receive the money back to us . That product was recived by them before so many days only. We have send three to four times the message and we called to them 3 time but also there is no use. They are telling that merchant is not available whenever we called to them.The reason is sending the product back that one is not fit to my local network. Even we have send return courier slip as a proof .There no use at all.So please understand my problem and refund my money back as fast as possible. Even I submit now to you my return courier slip and it is as follow.
