I purchased Gwalior Formal Wear - Pack of 8 (4 Shirts & 4 Pants Fabric) Code: 5588664, the cost is 555, when i take this material to tailoring shop, the tailor said it is not even worth to stretch and totally not fine to wear and nearly waste, i learnt shop clues is 100% worthles..

    my name is mahaboob basha i purchase a sata to usb cable from shopclues.com i received the product 15.03.2015 i found the product is not working... i contact to customer care and mailed the same day... they told me to send the photos but the cable is internal manufacturing defect i take photos and send to [protected]@shopclues.com mail id that i have the product at good condition and informed the product is visually ok but internal manufacturing defects... i got a mail shopclues cant return the product from my address so kindly resend the product to shopclues network and they promised me they refund courier charges upto 300 rs as a cluesbucks i send the product through bluedart courier service i spend 310rs and i spend to scan the courier receipt 20rs i got courier charges but still i am not get my product amount 350rs... kindly take necessary steps to get my amount...i trust consumercomplaints website i attached invoice copy of the product, courier receipt copy and product photo

      You hole shopclues.Com selling fake items not replying to mails jerks shutdown your site instead of fooling people go and beg for your uncivilised ### god will really punish you to death and you will rot in hell.

      I ordered data recovery software order number is 43426363 date is 25 mar 2015, 01:03 pm i gave complaints regarding my product has not been delivered to me and suddenly today under order history the product which has not been delivered showing delivered what nonsense cheap people go and eat with your teams. Refund my cash 's.

        Order ID: 43750889 return ID:1135999 It feel disgusting, what kind of product shopclues guys deliver. The Sandal is used sandal with blood patches on it. I have ordered this product because i thought shopclues people will deliver me a good product second time but these guys are disgusting. Going forward i'll not purchase/order any product from them. by delivering this kind of product they have made me embarrassed. I don't know how these guys can run this kind of business. the kind of product these guys deliver is pathetic. Kindly take that product back and refund my money back or deliver me the new and good product.

          I had ordered MY TONE car perfume from SHOP CLUE on 21st Feb. 2015. My order number is : 38750369. They had comitted to give my product with in 5-6 days but after 10 days also it had not came. So I went to RED EXPRESS, the courier company, to collect my item. But it was damaged parcel so I hadn't collect it from them and they told me to return the parcel. I had booked a refund request for this on 5th March 2015. And RED EXPRESS courier company had sent return parcel to SHOP CLUE on 12th March 2015. The way bill number regarding this is : 04502812. I had sent emails to SHOP CLUE many times regarding this issue also I had called at customer care of SHOP CLUE many times. They always commite to solve the problem with in 48 to 72 hrs. But after almost a month they hadn't taken any action to solve my problem. Please help me to get my money back.

          I ordered a Kaspersky internet security 2015 3 users and 1 year (Id:[protected]on 21 April, 2015 and I paid online an amount of Rs 1100. But instead of the said product I received Kaspersky internet security 2015 1 users and 3 year (Id:[protected] on 29 April, 2015, which cost Rs 750. I didn't accept the product and told the courier agency to return it.However, till this date, I have not received any information about my refund.I registered a complaint but no response so far.

                I have orderd a original jabra voice wave bluetooth headset(price-1658/-) form shopclues.com on 26 Jan 2015, 01:29 PM (Order Number[protected]. Product is deleverd but wrong product. Again I have called customer care number [protected] wrong product delivered. then they arrange a reverse pickup and then they said we will check the product on our team whether the product is damage or not. its ok. after they checked the product then they return the money on clues buck even not return on my account. its ok. then again I order same product on higher price(2299/-) on 04 Mar 2015, 01:20 PM order number[protected]. they send me dtdc consignment number- A30674913 for tracking.They said the product is from roorkee and will delevre at my ghaziabad address. but the product from surat and deliverd to ALATHUR. every time call to customer care number, they said please wait 24 to 48 hours. 24 to 48 hours not comes till now...

                    Respected Sirs, I have ordered for two remote control cars (monster hummer rc with lights 116) order no a43415371 and 43424661 worth 999 each. on receiving the order i find that both the cars are totally different from the one shown on the website infact nothing compared to it. i was not happy at all but human curiousity, i had to try them out to see their functions and when i did i find that one is okay and the other is not functioning n a little broken. This shows that the company in all aspects is not customer centric. They only sell for the money and not for customer satisfaction.                       I returned a watch a month ago for which I requested to gave my money back in form of clues bucks but they they dnt recieve my calls only the computer message is there n they disconnect the phone, they did this more than 3 times n now more than a month is passed away n still I have not got my cLues bucks but the watch has took away from me with the bill ...i ordered it on month of January, the order came on time was also took back on time but now iam getting frustated n will not tolerate thIs non sense anymore...i ordered that watch to gift someone n after gifting I took it back n returned to shopclues...very poor service, plz help me in getting my clues bucks as soon as possible

                            I booked 32 gb memory card on 07/03/2015 and paid the amount in advance and the order no is 40679357. While forwarding the item i ordered, 16gb card was forwarded to me. I brought the matter to the notice of company through email before the item was delivered to me. Even after the complaint, the wrong product was sent to me. Thereafter i request for return of the item on 25/03/2015 and attach 3 images of the parcel.in turn the company send me a mail asking me to send images of the product. I forward the images five times as reply to the company's mail and confirm the receipt of the required images on telephone. The company representative told me on phone on 30/03/2015 and 31/03/2015 that the return request will be sanctioned and the amount will be credited to my bank account. Today i received once again a mail asking me to submit the required images within 48 hours. I donot understant why the company is asking again the images and feel that the company is not ready to return the amount to me. And this is just cheating with the customer. The company has charged amount for 32 gb card and send 16 gb card.

                            I HAVE CHECKED THE RETURN REQUEST STATUS WHICH SHOWS THAT THE RETURN REQUEST IS CLOSED. I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN ANY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AND THE RETURN REQUEST IS CLOSED. I HAVE PAID FOR 32GB CARD AND THE COMPANY HAS SEND ME A 16 GB CARD, WHICH IS NOT MY FAULT. THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE ACCEPTED THEIR MISTAKE AND IMMEDIATELY REFUND THE AMOUNT. INSTEAD THE COMPANY IS ASKING ME TO FORWARD IMAGES OF THE PRODUCT. THE IMAGES HAVE BEEN ALREADY BEEN FORWARDED TO THE SHOPCLUES FOR SIX TIMES. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE ACCEPTED THAT THE IMAGES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED ON 31/03/2015 AND THE REFUND ACTION WILL BE TAKEN SOON. THE COMPANY AGAIN SEND ME A MAIL ON 02/04/2015 ASKING ME TO SUBMIT THE IMAGES, WHICH IS NOT UNDERSTOOD. THE COMPANY HAS CHARGED RS 1099/- FROM ME TO SUPPLY 32 GB CARD AND SUPPLIED 16GB CARD AND THE COST OF THE CARD IS RS 550/-. THIS IS CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER. AFTER CHECKING THE STATUS OF MY RETURN REQUEST AS "RETURN REQUEST IS CLOSED" I CONTACT THE COMPANY ON THE LANDLINE NO GIVEN, BUT THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR FURTHER 48 HOURS. AND NO SATISFACTORY REPLY IS GIVEN. I DONOT WANT THE COMPANY TO APOLOGISE FOR THE WAY THEY ARE BEHAVING WITH THE CUSTOMER, I WANT THE GARBAGE THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE BACK IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND THE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

                                      I had placed an order (id:[protected] on Shopclues.com on 26th Feb, 2015 which was meant for a gift. On 28th Feb, they emailed me stating "We are sorry that the delivery of your order 39545053 has been delayed since the product is not available with the merchant". On 2nd March, they again emailed me, now stating "We want to inform you that your refund request has been initiated and Order Number: 39545053 has been initiated for refund as the item is not shippable to your address"! Please note, I sent no request for refund as they stated, and no apology was mentioned in their email. They took my money, kept it with them for 4 days and then they tell me "item is not shippable"!! In Amazon, Flipkart, etc., we can immediately check in the checkout page if the item is deliverable to some pincode and whether to proceed with the transaction. This tells me, at Shopclues, they decide if an item is deliverable to an address 4 days after receiving the payments for the same and after giving false hopes to their customers that the transaction has been made and the item will be delivered securely. THIS IS SERIOUS FRAUD!! This is not just a simple case of making a payment and then getting the refund back for some issue. This is the case of mental harassment, loss of time, loss of money in the form of phone currency trying to speak with a customer care representative, and also fraud. I show you in the screenshot attachment that the item still shows deliverable to my pincode, today on 1st April, 2015. You can see towards the bottom of the page "Delivery: Between Mon 13 Apr and Tue 14 Apr to 781011". Just like me, there will be thousands of customers who will place an order just to be informed later that item is not shippable to their addresses. I see online that many other Shopclues customers had this exact same issue as me. I also see some of them here on "consumercomplaints.in". Shopclues now may say that they're working on this error on their end but trust me, they will never!! I request you to take strict measures against them and cancel their license immediately as they're harassing the customers mentally as well as economically, so that other clueless customers won't have to suffer as me.

                                        I had placed an order (order ID[protected] on[protected] and had paid using netbanking as 'Cash on Delivery' was not available. They informed that item will be delivered between 6 Mar and 9 Mar and gave me a 14-digit tracking no. that does not work (SpeedPost: CK[protected]IN). However I found that it must actually be a 13-digit no., so I tried removing one '0' on either side of the no. but that didn't work either. Till date i.e 1st April, 2015, I haven't received my order nor any information on it. I followed up with Shopclues Customer Care via email and calls about 10 times requesting them to provide me the correct tracking number and it's over a month now but they won't deliver the item nor would they provide me the correct tracking no. They keep sending me their same ready-made templates that they will inform me when they get any updates but they will never inform. They finally said that item has been delivered on Mar 21. But I still haven't received it!!! I asked them proof of delivery but they won't give that too either. I have been under serious tension since the past 1 month as I have already paid for the item but they won't update/inform me about anything until I email them and then they'll send me their exact same ready-made template again &amp;amp; again. ShopClues.com is totally a fraudulent shopping site. You can find numerous amounts of complaints and grievances online against them. I see online that many other Shopclues customers had this exact same issue as me. I also saw some complaints stating that Shopclues deliver fake items. I request you to take strict measures against them and cancel their license immediately as they're deceiving &amp;amp; harassing the customers mentally as well as economically, so that other clueless customers won't have to suffer as me. Please let me know how I can lodge a complaint to the highest authority in the government. I will take this case to wherever possible to make them suffer.

                                        So true. I also ordered the product on 9th Mar and today it shows that it is delivered to me. But I have not received it yet. Also the in the site of courier partner, it is not yet delivered. I think shopclues has got a dream that it is delivered.

                                        Feels really good to see another nice familiar ready-made template from Shopclues once again! And I am actually surprised to see Shopclues team responding to a complaint here so fast. To my emails, otherwise, they take at-least 3-4 days to respond. And as I said, these are just templates they copy and paste from their snippets. There are no words as "Immediate", "resolve on high priority", "will get back to you", "will update you" in Shopclues dictionary. People, please don't take it seriously, they actually don't mean it.
                                        Also, I forgot to mention that one of their representatives responded on 23rd March stating that they're arranging the proof of delivery (POD), which will be sent to me within next 7 business days. Well, 7 business days have passed by, but no POD to be seen anywhere!! Also, it's 1 month and 8 days now since order was placed, but I still don't have the correct tracking number!!! They purposely give us a wrong/invalid tracking number since they don't want us to find whatever they're up to. This is India. This is the only reason such fake, fraudulent shopping sites are still functional!
