    This is regarding my order # 42840353. From the day I booked the item (Air conditioner) it is showing that it is in processing and there is procurement delay from the merchant. Till today it has been 10 days shwoing this status. It is constantly showing IN STOCK on the shopclues website with the same merchant. It looks like shopclues is letting customers book the item and keeping their money with them although the product is not available with the merchant. Contacting the customer care I always get to hear that they do not have much information other than what is displayed in the status of the order.

As there has been a breach of contract and cheating and misrepresentation I am entitled to a refund of the sum I paid. I believe they will process a refund and that shopclues.com will make arrangements for the item to be reverse pick up and don’t compel me to approach other method. I have already written to them that I am value, loyal and devoted customer of shopclues.com but I was greatly upset with the last product that I purchased from shopclues.com. While I have maintained a healthy business relationship with the company, it is now extremely strained as a result of this latest product, which I think you will agree is not up to your regular standards. I do not like complaining about things at all, but something definitely had to be said in this situation because if this level of quality continues, I will no longer be able to continue this relationship. I can also speak for other people who have recently conducted business with shopclues.com, as they have not been happy with their recent business dealings either. The fact of the matter is that your company is beginning to slip and, therefore, something needs to be done about it. I don't know the specifics of what is going on behind the scenes there, but something definitely needs to change internally within shopclues.com if they wanttheir customers happy. While I wish to stay loyal to their products, as I have done throughout the years, they need to understand that I expect a certain quality in return for my money and you are no longer providing this for me. I have purchased more than 33 products from them, it is not the service I expect from them. By simply refusing to return they cann’t slip away.       It is already 11 days since i reported the matter to shopclues.com regarding my return of order no 42877875. The shop clue support team on 2nd april 2015 mailed me that they will solved the issue within 4 days and maximum 6 days, but even till now i don;t receive any soulution from them. How long they took to resolved the issue.

        Dear Sir, I have placed online order for Book Name The Secret whose order no is 42625305 on 18/03/2015l. As per their website it must be shipped by 25 March. They has put fake shipment reference number[protected] in website as its shipped.I confirmed the same from there shipping partner Ecompress and they told me that the tracking no given to you by shopcues is not generated yet . I have been contacting with customer support of shopclues continousley to provide correct reference no but they not giving me the status of the order. Request you to help me out on this.                     I have ordered(order[protected] for "Davidoff Coolwater Men Deodorant Spray - 200ml" on March 16th. After about 12 days(28th), I was surprised to receive a mail saying that my order is finished and that they would like to hear from me about the product review. The reason for my surprise is because I don't know when the order was finished because I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT!!! Then I have contacted the local courier service in Hyderabad and according to them they haven't received the package yet from ShopClues. I then wrote a mail to their support and I received an automated mail saying that they will try to get back within 48 hours. It has been two days and I haven't received any response from them. In the meanwhile, out of anguish, I have decided to write a review about my experience, so I clicked the product link in the mail which surprisingly took me to "Davidoff Coolwater Women Deodorant Spray - 200ml". In the mail it says I ordered for a Mens Deodorant, which I did, but when I click the product link, it takes me to womens deo!! This is not the first time that I experienced a problem with shopclues. Therefore I sincerely request you sir/madam to please take necessary action and bring the culprits to justice.

                        I had ordered a Xiaomi power bank 10400mAh from shop clues for 899Rs excluding shipping charges, the product i received was a total fake, and was not the real thing, it didn't even work properly couldn't charge my phone completely once also, while is should have been charging it 4 times. I requested for a return but the merchant (tiny store, surat, gujarat) rejected the return and there is no further way to contact the merchant and ask for a refund, I am actually stuck in the hassle and i want a refund as soon as possible. Then i requested for a replacement, and returned it, Still the seller is selling the item but they said due to unavailability they r not able to replace, then then they said refund is in process...                               It has been more than 30 days and I am yet to receive my product. Beware of Shopclues.com. They are highly inefficient and incompetent. I ordered a spectacles frame on 27th of February (order ID[protected]. In the world where e-commerce websites are delivering the product in a single day, shopclues.com delivered the product in 10 DAYs!. The product got delivered to me on 8th March 2015. And on top of the delay, they delivered me the incorrect product. I called them for the return of incorrect product and for delivery of correct product, but they said they need to check whether the product is actually incorrect and asked me to send an image of the product. I sent the image on 9th March morning which got approved in their system on 12th march. The product was picked up on 13th March 2015. For next 12 days, they said that we cannot process the delivery of your correct product as the product has not reached our warehouse. I dont understand that in what world it takes 12 days for a product to reach its destination. It's 28th March and I am yet to receive my product.

                              I ordered product value 250 Rs from Shopclues.com . It was electric socket., Within 2 days product got failed and was useless.
                              After that I requested them to pickup it for return but no response
                              till 10 days, after 10 days I called them and they informed me to send
                              it to their address and was informed that I will received amount refund,
                              I did same through DTDC they charged me 150 rs. After that shopclues
                              told me you will get this amount in terms of clue backs not in your bank
                              which is totally ridicules. No one can use them after such a bad experience and I will never use them.

                                Hi, I had ordered a Sony KLV-48R482B Television (QTY:1) from ShopClues.com on March 16th. ORDER NO:[protected]. I brought the product as it was available "In Stock" after verifying the details. I dropped an email from the website to the merchant asking him questions such as the genuineness of the product and the contents of the package, installation support, extended warranty details and there has been no response at all. I called up the support team and they said that the product is not available and there is a delay and will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Their answers were neither satisfactory nor making any sense. I demanded for an escalation when I inquired why the product is still available on the website for purchase even though its not in stock. This made me furious and I was declined a telephonic conversation with a supervisor/manager. I reached out to several times and an agent named Deepika said that the supervisors are busy on other calls which did not sound right to me. I requested a callback which was promised but never delivered. I reached out and was put on hold and disconnected many a times. I have raised a request for cancellation and want my money refunded as soon as possible. The behaviour of the customer service staff and the people in ShopClues is not acceptable and is demeaning. I have lost trust and faith and have found similar cases that resemble to mine on other consumer forums. Please ensure that you take appropriate actions and ban/sue this website as soon as possible as its fraud and not legit. I had to spent several hours on the phone and have got no assurance or clarity as to whether the merchant has the product or as if it can actually be shipped. Looks like they are playing ball and buying time. I want my entire money refunded to my bank account soon.                                     Hi, My Complain Number is : 2431310 related to OrderID 42880757. When I placed order it was showing me that payment failed although payment was successful and amount had been already deducted from account. As I required that item, I again ordered which successful and it has delivered to me. Now, I already put complain regarding failed payment and I also mentioned that as I have already ordered again I don't require this order any more. Suddenly after 2-3 days I got to know that Payment was successful and your Order is ready. And So I again put complain explaining above case within half an hour so that Order could be stopped from further process. And after that I am not getting a single reply from Shopclues on any of the mails/message. I have complain 3-4 times so that Order Processing can be stopped and still Order has been delivered to me today. And as no one is now replying to any of the mail sent or complain, I am losing faith on Shopclues specially in the case of pre-payment.

                                        I purchase two badminton racquet from your site vide Order no. 42686743. At the time of receiving the same from your side, it is found that the frame and wire is very low quality. I requested for returning the same, but you declined the same. As per your return policy, it show clearly breach of terms and conditions. I purchase the product under “Buyer’s production clause” and requested for refund within two days, hence it cannot be refused by the Shop Clues. The quality of product is beyond expectation with lot of quality issue. You yourself inspect the quality once you get the product return back. It is therefore requested to arrange to return back the product immediately and refund my money
