Order no.[protected], order dt.- 21 feb 2015. They sold me something very old tata swach with someone other's name in the invoice.. Then i requested for a replacement, and returned it, Still the seller is selling the item but they said due to unavailability they r not able to replace, then then they said refund is in process... But not refunding ... So, what they r simply doing is running business on my money... Please do the needful..
I have also returned three products my amount is also not refunded by them. Fake website worst service.

    It has been more than 30 days and I am yet to receive my product. Beware of Shopclues.com. They are highly inefficient and incompetent. I ordered a spectacles frame on 27th of February (order ID[protected]. In the world where e-commerce websites are delivering the product in a single day, shopclues.com delivered the product in 10 DAYs!. The product got delivered to me on 8th March 2015. And on top of the delay, they delivered me the incorrect product. I called them for the return of incorrect product and for delivery of correct product, but they said they need to check whether the product is actually incorrect and asked me to send an image of the product. I sent the image on 9th March morning which got approved in their system on 12th march. The product was picked up on 13th March 2015. For next 12 days, they said that we cannot process the delivery of your correct product as the product has not reached our warehouse. I dont understand that in what world it takes 12 days for a product to reach its destination. It's 28th March and I am yet to receive my product.

    I ordered product value 250 Rs from Shopclues.com . It was electric socket., Within 2 days product got failed and was useless.
    After that I requested them to pickup it for return but no response
    till 10 days, after 10 days I called them and they informed me to send
    it to their address and was informed that I will received amount refund,
    I did same through DTDC they charged me 150 rs. After that shopclues
    told me you will get this amount in terms of clue backs not in your bank
    which is totally ridicules. No one can use them after such a bad experience and I will never use them.

      Hi, I had ordered a Sony KLV-48R482B Television (QTY:1) from ShopClues.com on March 16th. ORDER NO:[protected]. I brought the product as it was available "In Stock" after verifying the details. I dropped an email from the website to the merchant asking him questions such as the genuineness of the product and the contents of the package, installation support, extended warranty details and there has been no response at all. I called up the support team and they said that the product is not available and there is a delay and will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Their answers were neither satisfactory nor making any sense. I demanded for an escalation when I inquired why the product is still available on the website for purchase even though its not in stock. This made me furious and I was declined a telephonic conversation with a supervisor/manager. I reached out to several times and an agent named Deepika said that the supervisors are busy on other calls which did not sound right to me. I requested a callback which was promised but never delivered. I reached out and was put on hold and disconnected many a times. I have raised a request for cancellation and want my money refunded as soon as possible. The behaviour of the customer service staff and the people in ShopClues is not acceptable and is demeaning. I have lost trust and faith and have found similar cases that resemble to mine on other consumer forums. Please ensure that you take appropriate actions and ban/sue this website as soon as possible as its fraud and not legit. I had to spent several hours on the phone and have got no assurance or clarity as to whether the merchant has the product or as if it can actually be shipped. Looks like they are playing ball and buying time. I want my entire money refunded to my bank account soon.           Hi, My Complain Number is : 2431310 related to OrderID 42880757. When I placed order it was showing me that payment failed although payment was successful and amount had been already deducted from account. As I required that item, I again ordered which successful and it has delivered to me. Now, I already put complain regarding failed payment and I also mentioned that as I have already ordered again I don't require this order any more. Suddenly after 2-3 days I got to know that Payment was successful and your Order is ready. And So I again put complain explaining above case within half an hour so that Order could be stopped from further process. And after that I am not getting a single reply from Shopclues on any of the mails/message. I have complain 3-4 times so that Order Processing can be stopped and still Order has been delivered to me today. And as no one is now replying to any of the mail sent or complain, I am losing faith on Shopclues specially in the case of pre-payment.

              I purchase two badminton racquet from your site vide Order no. 42686743. At the time of receiving the same from your side, it is found that the frame and wire is very low quality. I requested for returning the same, but you declined the same. As per your return policy, it show clearly breach of terms and conditions. I purchase the product under “Buyer’s production clause” and requested for refund within two days, hence it cannot be refused by the Shop Clues. The quality of product is beyond expectation with lot of quality issue. You yourself inspect the quality once you get the product return back. It is therefore requested to arrange to return back the product immediately and refund my money

                EgiI am smita roy. My registered I'd is smitaroy.[protected]@gmai.com I have placed 9 orders total on 27/1/2015and on 28/1/2015. Out of which I got only 5orders. But 4orders were cancelled by the company itself as they have problem wth their courier partners. The Oder no of the cancelled orders are 35551149, 35590065, 35590057, 35590053. I have paid the shipping charges which are extra for all products. I have got massages that refund procedure of three orders have been successfully done and money will be transferred with in 10days. But it is almost 2 months. I have not my money back till date. The company is not giving information about one product that is a kids shoes order no. 35590053. I want my money back with shipping charges as soon as possible

I placed an order for Jockey mens vest pack of 3 of size L with measurement 100-105 but I received a fake Jockey product of size XL with measurement 95-100. It's a very cheap copy of Jockey neither product quality nor size is up to the Jockey mark. I report this matter to ShopClues and they told me to make a request for return and I did the same but merchant rejected to replace fake product. This is very serious matter they charged us full amount of original product but delivering fake products. I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.                           I ordered 50 KG CAST IRON WEIGHT LIFTING HOME GYM WEIGHT PLATES WEIGHT PLATES CASTING IRON from www.shopclues.com vide order No. 37306343and received the order on 19th Feb, 2015. But the quality of the aforesaid product is not matching with the quality shown on your website. The plates are having following quality defects: 1. Rusted Plates 2. Not properly painted. 3. Not properly molded. 4. Quality of Iron is not up to the standard. I am attaching the pictures of Iron plates for your ready reference. I am not happy with the aforesaid product and i want to return the product. I, therefore, request you to arrange the pick up of the aforesaid product and refund the amount to my credit card account. The aforesaid complaint was registered with Shopclues.com with proof of defective material vide email dated 21st Feb 2015 but till today material is yet to picked up and amount to be refunded. I am getting assurance only for the same despite rigorous follow up through emails as well as calls. I have attached all the photos of defective material as required by Shopclues.com

                                  I bought the TV on special promotional price. A defective TV was delivered. A week later the TV was taken back on the assurance of replacement. 4 weeks passed NO TV... NO MONEY. The call center guy says the merchant doesn't want to give TV as the price was too low when i bought it!! SONY meanwhile contacted me desiring to exchange the TV but i dont have it as the shopclues/merchant took it back. Sony is calling me everyday saying they have my TV but i am helpless.

The bluedart branch at imphal also has no information on the consignment since it didn't reach Imphal. But the shopclues customer support is insisting that i have received the product and refusing to refund my money. They are not able to give any proof of the delivery also. What do I do now?                                         I have ordered Philips SPA1100 Portable USB Speaker on 09 April and received, after opening the box speakers doesn't produce good sound and vibrating and some noice, i have requested to return the product but it has not been started after 3 days of delivery; i am very disappointed they doesn't respond fast.

                                        They Should have respond within 24hrs after but never get faster. Even sometimes delivery is very late they must be fast enough for respond.

                                        ShopClues delivered again damage product - i have orderd Car Air Compressor order id[protected] on 19 Apr 2015, received this item after a long time 30th April, packing was not proper just wrapped with soft plastic bubble sheet of very thin layer, after opened this box I got car air compressor, Meter of Air Compressor was broke down then plugged in pump so see it's working condition it didn't respond anything.

                                        I took some pictures and send back to shopclues.com request a return complaint again this product but non of return process has been initiated yet.
