i have purchased a "casio edifice" wrist watch- EF-535BK-1AVDF-Code2527248 vide ORDER ID:26707365 but it's other gadgets except main hands displaying the time do not work.When I complained to merchant "Best Buy2014, 2390, Kothi Nawab Loharu Bazar, Balli Maran, Nw Delhi -1110006 he asked me to press some buttons apart from main button meant to adjust the time.But none of the buttons and display gadgets except main time display responded. When I conveyed this to merchant he asked to call on toll Free Number which never responded except putting me on hold for several minutes. Ultimately I decided to return the product on Nov 25 quoting "not happy with product as it did not come true to my expectations and requirement" and mailed it on line. Meanwhile I went out station and did not open my mail account. On return when I tracked my complaint I read message dated Nov 26"We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. However, we are unable to understand your concern which you are facing with the product. Hence, we request you to kindly explain the issue of the product, so that we can provide you the appropriate resolution on priority basis and another message dated Nov.28 "This is with regards to our previous communication, kindly share the required information to proceed your request .Please note we would require the information within 48hrs, failure which we will be unable to process your request" and matter was put on hold .
In view of the circumstances narrated I again request that my grievance may please be looked a fresh and redressed failure of which will force me take refuge of Consumer Forum or other remedial platform available under law as the the product carries a WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR against any defect provided not caused by mishandling or tampering.
