    i ordered a pair of action denim shoes worth rs299 and cash on delivery payment option was not available on this product. so i paid the amount through debit card. after the order get placed and was procssing... i received an email stating that the product is no longer available with the merchant and that the order is cancelled. on visiting my account and my orders history.. i learned that my paid amount is refunded in the form of clues bucks. but on checking my clues bucks i got to know that no amount has been refunded as clues bucks. also it is enquired that why was the product on sale if it was not even available with the merchant.. it should have been in the 'no stock' lis. also... i didnt cancelled the order.. the shopclues site itself cancelled the order... so my paid amount shoul be refunded back to my bnk acounnt instead of clues bucks! i am very disappointed with the shopclues service. i feel like i have been fooled by this site. t is my humble request that you either send me the product i ordered.. or refund my paid money of rs299 back to my bank account!

          Hi, I use to order every time in shopclues & last time they sent me all cheap products . This is the way i opted for refund. Instead of reverse pick up they said they will provide refund, Its been more than 10 days & when i asked them they disabled my account completely & not provided any refund. This is really a worst service by www.Shopclues .com How they will disable my id without my permission and what about my money ?               I ordered Formal shoes in shop clues. They delivered product late which is wrong model one and even product is very low quality, looked like it cannot be used more than a week because of its quality. I kept request for shop clues asking to reverse pickup. I sent images thought website but they asked more images including box so I sent mail of all types of pictures with cover box they sent. I don't why they ask such silly things, don't they know which box they sent and even if they don't know, what they will do by knowing these things.Now after sending all images they denying for reverse pickup and in return they said they are going to provide me 60 shop clues bucks which are worth of zero value as I decided not to buy things from this site. Hope issue will be resolved ASAP.

                    Hi, I have ordered Air pillow and Car sunshades of 2 pair. The ordered cancelled and give some wrong reasons and payment deduct from my account on 16th March 2015. It's already been 3 days but I have not recieved my payment back to my account. India government should take steps against such kind of web site and stop to trade. I have also message from shopclues that my order has been cancelled but they have not return my money. Let me know when can I get my payment back.

                      I have ordered Bajya Quantum Health Analyser Extra Large. But seller sent me AE ORGANISM ELECTRIC ANALYZER(small size). This product is available in Rs6000/- in our local market. I have paid Rs9000/- for my above order why should I pay Rs 3000/- extra? I would like to inform you that I have seen in shopclues market the above delivered product AE ORGANISM ELECTRIC ANALYZER(small size) product is available in Rs6500/- only. So kindly take return back and exchange me with Extra Large machine. Kindly remember I got this product after too delay after giving complain to shopclues. At last I got the wrong product.                         I ordered a Real Kitchen Mixer Grinder, not only the product looks second hand and has scratches all over the surface, the jar delivered is damaged and leaks. I have been unable to use the product till date. I would accept a quick replacement for the same on priority as the product was ordered online due to immediate need.

                          I feel sad to inform that 1) The order delivered was absolutely unaceeptable as I have booked Combo of Helmet, Sandal & Key chain. but I recvd only Keychain 2) After that when I called the customer care its was hilarious treatment lot of voice coming from background as some local DSA/Callcentre operates. Then When I asked to transfer the call to the senior it took ages from them to transfer and then after transferring the call there is no one talking to me. Although I could hear only the conversation of the other guys as they have not kept on mute. This is so un professional and sad.

                                    i have raised a complaint with shopclues for 12th March 2015 and from that date no response till today and no reply. Issue :- -------- i have ordered an item with shopclues about 20 day's back and order number is 39587369 part of that Shopclues given track number GGN40024932 Via PROFSNL-BJW later some day's status showing item is delivered but actually this item is not delivered to me . Shopclues is not taken any responsibility for this item until i raised a request even then shopclues support team is not responding to my mail's. i want to could any one suggest how can i get this fixed. Seems Shopclues is nog good enough for online purchasing.

                                        i have purchased a "casio edifice" wrist watch- EF-535BK-1AVDF-Code2527248 vide ORDER ID:26707365 but it's other gadgets except main hands displaying the time do not work.When I complained to merchant "Best Buy2014, 2390, Kothi Nawab Loharu Bazar, Balli Maran, Nw Delhi -1110006 he asked me to press some buttons apart from main button meant to adjust the time.But none of the buttons and display gadgets except main time display responded. When I conveyed this to merchant he asked to call on toll Free Number which never responded except putting me on hold for several minutes. Ultimately I decided to return the product on Nov 25 quoting "not happy with product as it did not come true to my expectations and requirement" and mailed it on line. Meanwhile I went out station and did not open my mail account. On return when I tracked my complaint I read message dated Nov 26"We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. However, we are unable to understand your concern which you are facing with the product. Hence, we request you to kindly explain the issue of the product, so that we can provide you the appropriate resolution on priority basis and another message dated Nov.28 "This is with regards to our previous communication, kindly share the required information to proceed your request .Please note we would require the information within 48hrs, failure which we will be unable to process your request" and matter was put on hold . In view of the circumstances narrated I again request that my grievance may please be looked a fresh and redressed failure of which will force me take refuge of Consumer Forum or other remedial platform available under law as the the product carries a WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR against any defect provided not caused by mishandling or tampering.
