I placed a order[protected] on 5 march and i have not received it till now. Manyatimes, i have called on customer care number also, but they are just consoling me by saying that i would get the order in few days. Even the tracking no.[protected] is showing incorrect by the Redexpress (site from which my order supposed to be parcelled to me.)

    i tried to order a sunglass and as i tried to order it via a debit card, i was taken through the payment gateway, and the due amount was debited ; but the transaction failed ; i lost the money without any proof to show for it . please rectify the mistake and help me get my money back.

        Hi, This is regarding my Shopclues smartphone order with Order ID: 37823815. I have ordered Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4501 Dual Sim from Shopclues on 14th Feb, 2015. It was supposed to be delivered to me on 25th Feb. I haven’t received the product & after taking so many follow-up calls & email with Shree Maruti Courier I came to know that shipment (tracking ID[protected] was lost. Now this order has been cancelled from Shopclues & I have received mail from Shopclues that my refund get initiated. But now after 15 days after that I haven’t got my refund yet. I have registered many complaints & called them more than 25 times but they only give false commitments regarding refund that it is in process & there are some technical issue. I am really frustrated with this type of e-commerce business. I have sent more than 30+ mails & called more than 25 times to shopclues but customer care executives just give false commitments that wait for 48 Hrs. But nothing happened neither in 48 Hrs nor in 15 days regarding my refund. I will request respected consumer court to look after this issue & help me in getting my refund amount ASAP. Do I need to do complaint against shopclues in police station also? Expecting early help from consumer court! Thank you, Best Regards, Samir Joshi

          I had ordered "Kewl Instyle Stylish Men's Black Formal Shoes" shoes under order No."39607447" by advanced Payment making through my bank account from Shopclues on 27 Feb, 2015 by [protected]@Gmail.com email I'd and the product delivered by Shopclues (Through Red Express, Courier Company) is entirely different and very bad product (or shoes). I had ordered shoes with lace and the delivered shoes are lace free and even they are in very bad condition, They are somewhat like used one.                   Dear sir my order no.35889995 my refund request regitered date is:-25/02/2015 but sir mujhe abhi tak mera refund prossed ni kiya gya jab bhi me shopclues me call karta hu to mujhase bol diya jata he ki 24-48 hrs wait kijiye refund prosses ho jayega or I received mail from Shopclues saying that "We would like to inform you that the refund for your order is in process. You will shortly receive an automated update with the payment details.This may take upto 2-3 working days.". But I didn't receive refund hence I again called/mailed Shopclues and then on 13th March I received mail from them saying that "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and as per your concern regarding refund, we would like to inform that due to some technical glitch in the payment gateway refund process has been delayed.". I followed up with Shopclues many times via call and mail but every time I was given wrong commitment that my complaint has been escalated and my refund will be processed in 8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours (every time new hours). I am tiered up with this follow up, Please help me to get my money back from this kind of fraud company. Plz contect me by email:- [protected]@gmail.com please help me sir

                    Order Id:39679493 Lotto Tremor Running Shoes for 699rs I ordered On 28 th February its been 15 days and i contacted them and cancelled the order and after 1 week again i contacted them since i havnt got the money but here with out my concern they reordered the product that to the day when i cancelled the order and since now i hvnt got the product and money and the worst thing there is no cancel option in web page and the hillarious is even though you called the customer care and ask them to cancel the order they will say sir we dont have cancel option. Please Guys Dont go for Shopclues

                      I ordered Micromax Canvas A1 mobile from shopclues on 23rd Feb 2015 via order no 39248085 But I didn't get it till date. My order has been kept on hold by saying that "Order on Hold - Procurement Delay" till date. I called and sent mails to Shopclues several times but everytime I was told that my order will be shipped as soon as Merchant will provide mobile to shopclues. All of sudden, on 10th March, I received mail from Shopclues saying that "We would like to inform you that the refund for your order is in process. You will shortly receive an automated update with the payment details.This may take upto 2-3 working days.". But I didn't receive refund hence I again called/mailed Shopclues and then on 12th March I received mail from them saying that "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and as per your concern regarding refund, we would like to inform that due to some technical glitch in the payment gateway refund process has been delayed.".                         Hello All, DO NOT ORDER anything from Shopclues.com. I saw many TV commercials for this company and noticed samsung power bank they were giving for Rs 359 (with original price of more than 2K). When I did not get order after 10 days, I called ShopClues customer care (calling itself and reaching customer care is a big challenge) and they said your oder is delayed and wait for another 4-5 days. Finally after 13 days, when I called them, they informed me your order was cancelled.But my money that I pre-paid via Credit card was not refunded... To get my refund back, I called customer care again and they said, you will get your money backin next 15 days...They said Merchant could not deliver the product so it was cancelled by Merchant and shop clues also tried to make this product available for me but they did not get it. They said more than 1000 people are ordering same product at same time... (This is what customer care said). This indicates for 999 out of 1000 people, order will becancelled after 15 days and it will take another 15 days for them to refund money... if they will. Their website is pethatic.Strange thing: Still on their website you can see more than 1000 such same products available and also from same vendor. That means another 1000 customer willcause inconvenience.I asked them why are you not blacklisting such vendors as it is spoiling your website reputation. Customer Care said that you can give feedback on our website... I said can't you see how much inconvenience it has caused me and you still want me to give you feedback... can u escalate this matter and remove such vendors automaticallywho cannot deliver products...?Moreover, when I tried to give feedback about their order, funny part was, they do no allow us to give feedback for cancelled orders. So we cannot give feedback also.They are simply fraud...only one customer care number to reach and that also has waiting time of 10-15 minutes minimum. They just list out the products with70% to 90% discount those are actually never available and collect money from you/customer and earn interest on that money. After 15-30 days, order is cancelled..See the business idea they have... in few days they will earn crores by just collecting money from you and cancelling orders after 15 days, , , They are BIG FRAUD... do not go for their TV Commercials... So in short:- Never order from ShopClues.com- Even if you do by mistake, do not make pre-payment via credit/debit card. Always use Cash on Delivery with such frauds.- If you are getting product with 70% to 90% discount, do not expect original stuff as no one can offer such discounts on original stuff... it is nehru place/gaffarproducts.- Regret if you order from them...

                          I have ordered 3 mobile power banks of MI 10400 mAh on 06 March 2015, 02:37 PM Order Id: 40618379 from shopclues.com Before placing the order I've confirmed from the Customer Care of ShopClues that the product is genuine. Still today 13 March 2015 I received all the 3 Power Banks as NOT Genuine. There's no hologram and QR Code mark on the box/pack, as it's there in an Authentic product. Moreover if the power bank is original, you will be able to charge the power bank and phone at the same time, using one AC socket; whereas the product I've received doesn't support that.So I'm convinced that the products I've received are NOT Genuine, even after they claimed so.

                                  This is regarding my order no 37583321 booked on 10/02/2015 and delivered on 17/02/2015. The product is a handheld massager, which when arrived was damaged and defective. Basically a useless piece neatly packed, parcelled and shipped. When i called up the customer service dept on 21/02/2015 to book a complaint about the product, it was yet another horrible experience, Firstly the reps dont speak english and even if they did i could hardly understand what they were trying to say. FInally i kida understood that im supposed to be raising a return request on their website when an email and a call will not suffice. OK hell with that, i tried booking a return on their technically lame site. For some reason at the point where it asked me to upload images, it just wouldnt take any. Tried and tried and tried and it was never ending.(other customers have complained of the same issue in this site) i did everything i could possibly do. I sent them an email explaining them the issue and sent the pics attached with the mail, but as one would expect, there was no respose. Later, the next evening i called up to find out if there was an issue with their website and explained to the agent about the entire shabang from the beginning. He thought i must be using oversized images and asked me to confirm the sizes. I checked and told him it was 3 and 4mb. He said anything above 5 mb will fail the upload. so according to his dumb judgement, my files were within the limit. But my never ending tries kept going that night too but then i realised may be the site accepts files way too small than what the guy told me. So i shrunk the size to KB's and tried, waahla ! it worked !. so now i was asked to wait for 48 hours. Not just recieving a damged product was getting to my head, but having to wait to return and the countless efforts to complete the process was driving me crazy already. After shooting a few emails to the never responding email account, on 5/03/2015 i recived an email stating that my return cannot be processed because i have booked the request after a 2 day period. This was the shock of my life. I told the crack on the other end, every time i called the IVR kept telling me that i covered under the 'buyer protection program' which meant im entitled for a coverage and total replacement if the shipped product is of a Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Style, Wrong Quantity, Missing Parts/Accessories, Defective, Dead On Arrival, Damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (attached is a screen shot) i quoted this and also the return polcies which state the same, any product can be returned within a 10 day period which falls under one or the other criteria mentioned above. I was only loosing my patience to him and frustration started peaking up. He kept on saying that i have to report the issue within 2 days, So i asked him what about the policies that talk about a 10 day return period. He had no answers to that. Disappointed and dejected, realising that im being conned, i hung up the phone and wrote a stern feedback and send countless feeback mails for which, as expected, never got a reply. A few days back on 8/03/2015 i called back and asked for a supervior, spoke to a lady, gave a gist of the issue and asked her pass on the phone to a higher authority. Akrithi who claimed to be a supervisor came online and i had to do the rigmarole. surprisingly akriti had no answers to any of my questions and accepted that the policies state what i was demanding and the lines mentioned in the bottom end contradict the very stem of the provision. She said she will do her best to get this resolved and assured me a response within a 2 day wait period. Yesterday 10/03/2015 i recieved an email stating nothing different, but a copy paste of the old email that they had send me ' your return request could not be accepted'. My question is this. Do you expect a customer to keep his front and rear shut when you send sh** in a box ?? Does shopclues think that they can get away with cheating peoples money ?? I was not available the few days following the delivery as my mother-in-law was admitted in the hospital. Do you think my first priority was calling your [censored]g company ?? and not attending to people in the family. The product was intended to be a gift to someone and that someone came back saying the item is damged. what a shame. Just because theres no governing rules for e-com websites don't think that you are not within the books. What you are doing is fraudulence and an act of perjury under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 191, 415, 416, 417, 420, 425. This is my last attempt to see if my issue will be resolved. I demand an explanation to the misleading attitude of shopclues and the willfull intention to cause loss of money, exploitation of time and emotional stress. I will proceed as per books if i do not get a proper resolution. From A devastated victim of shopclues NOTE: this review is my experience with shopclues and is intended to be an eye opener for neophytes and a caution to be aware of the hidden deception awaiting to prey you.

                                      I have ordered(Order ID[protected] fitness tools on 23 feb 2015, i have paid the amount for both product and shipping through net banking.Even that product also arrived in my nearest location and i get the call from courier who told me to pay rupees-264 affair charges to deliver my product.Then i have spoken with shopclues customer care, they answer me as, no need to pay for courier and they rise ticket for issue to their concern department.But still I am not received my product.After that too many time i had spoken with shopclues customer care but they are telling story only.And they updated the product status as delivered.
