I brought a track pant from shop clues .com (order no[protected], but I got the different product .then I returned it to shop clues for refunding my money but I haven't got it yet.the company has taken 1 month process for that, but I haven't got my money refunded ..(complain no 2104487)

    I have ordered(Order ID[protected] fitness tools on 23 feb 2015, i have paid the amount for both product and shipping through net banking.Even that product also arrived in my nearest location and i get the call from courier who told me to pay rupees-264 affair charges to deliver my product.Then i have spoken with shopclues customer care, they answer me as, no need to pay for courier and they rise ticket for issue to their concern department.But still I am not received my product.After that too many time i had spoken with shopclues customer care but they are telling story only.And they updated the product status as delivered.

      This is with reference to our order No. 38835885, booked on 22/02/15, , Ordered Tupperware Water Bottle Set Of Two (1000Ml) Code: 7216676, priced: 280/-.

      We received wrong delivery on 05/03/15, of some local brand plastic bottle named "Icy Blue"MRP:79/- .

      We instruct you to immediately process for replacing it with correct order or refund our money back.
      what kind of service do you have?Don't you check properly, what the customer has asked for..Your employees have eyes or what...i asked for what and i got delivered what.
      Now i am not in a mood of doing shopping with SHOPCLUES...3rd class services...

      i ordered Aviators Sunglasses and what i received were surely not aviators .

                i have purchased an item 15 day's back and the dealer given an update that this item is shipped and provided tracking number. When i check this tracking number it seems that is invalid and not showing any details.

                So i want my money back or item to be track and deliver soon. There is no further communication from the Dealer or from Shopclues till today. Both are irresponsible and there is no action taken till today.

                I've ordered on shopclues with order no 55621731 on June 7, 2015. Till now the product is not delivered and I've been enquiring with them from last week and they are not responding properly.

                When i contacted them today(22 jun, 2015) they are saying that the tracking no for courier itself wrong.

                I found one more interesting that, the seller is from banglaore and they are taking nearly 15 days to deliver with in bangalore.

                I've been contacting the customer care in phone as well as mail from last one week. following are the e-mail conversations

                It is worst experience with the customer care of Shop clues. I called to know the status of my order. The person who spoke to me said that he is transferring the called to senior executive Mr.Sunil Yadhav(If i am not wrong) and what happened is not know, in 5-10 sec the call got disconnected.

                The person who spoke to me also, says only 2 sentences that we will raise a request if the product is not delivered in 48 hours from now. I asked him to check the status of my courier where it is, he says the tracking ID provided in shopclues account is not valid.

                So, Shopclues are cheating the customers by giving the wrong courier details?

                As i can't even track it online.

                You are charging for shipping cost and not even delivering it on time.

I was being promised that someone would update me regarding my order within 48 hours however no one even bothered to send me an email or call me regarding my order.It was my first and Iam sure would be the last order with shopclues as its really shocking that teams working at shopclues are so incompetent that they are not able to track the customer's product and even after reporting the problem no one is even ready to take the accountability.Service which I experienced is pathetic and Iam sure that your product quality would also be pathetic like your service quality. Iam a regular online shopper as I have a busy schedule and don't get much time to go to market and explore things. Iam a regular customer of Jabong, Snapdeal, Flipkart and Amazon and honestly speaking their service is much better no matter if it is related to customer service or product quality.I would like someone to look into it. Kindly cancel my order and return the money which I have paid to shopclues of Rs 199 at the earliest to my credit card account from where it was being paid.Thanks, Puneet Chityal

Then I sent that wrong product to the company & wanted to return my money as soon as possible. But the company taken my product & did not refund my money in my bank account.                           Can I know why this order[protected] is in Processing status from past 6 days.really I am very much frustrated because I log a ticket on march 7 (Ticket No #[protected] and I haven't receive any update regarding this and i am the one who buy products regularly from this site.This is the first time i am facing this problem, if it is not solved with in 2 days, i want to cancel this order and switch to other site.

                            The above tracking number of ecom shipped by shopclues has not been delivered yet. The shipment is not traceable by ecom though the shipment number is that ecom. they have refered the name of shopclues the shipper, ie refer to shipper kindly do the needful A.srividya

                              Shopclues is the worst online store ever...Everything they sell is duplicate...First i received a fake belkin car charger which stopped working in 2 days..and then a xiaomi power bank which is disgusting...everthing is fake...they are not even taking the product back..Ban this site from selling goods..

                                This is to inform that i had ordered for nokia3120 orignal body cover with complete pannel.
                                I regret to inform that i have received the cracked body. At the same time it seems that it is not of orignal quality. The quality sent is very poor. When customer is paying the amount asked the customer should also get the item asked for.
                                Therefore it is humbly requested to immediately send the orignal unbroken item at the earliest.

                                  I had ordered for Whey Protein form this site vide Order No. 38640923. Shopclues.com has sent a counterfeit product. The packing is fake. There is no hologram which is standard in genuine packing. The climatic seal is also fake. A low quality paper stuck with cheap industrial glue. In fact, the product is stinking of the glue. Upon reporting this fraud, their customer support simply denied my request for return. They did not even bother to verify any facts. Very sad and disappointing experience.This site perhaps run by people of questionable ethics.

                                        I brought 3 products one by one from them because they only refund on their clue bucks not in bank account. All 3 products were totally fake and defective and now i ordered one last product which I paid with the clue bucks, now the order is cancelled automatically which refunded me nothing.
