I ordered Antivirus from shop clues but the CD was blank and was not working So i requested return and refund They took product from us but its more than 15 days i didnt get my refund i called them more than 5 times no proper service from them.

      I have ordered 2 LED bulb (Order Num :[protected], When i opened the packaging i found, One bulb was already fused, and when i try to use second one, Just after 2 Min that one also fused.

      I have raised return request and selected Shop Clue collect that product and give me refund, after almost 7 days Now i got the confirmation that i suppose to ship that product to company and bear that shipping charges.
      Shopclue.com mention something else on their website and selling something else.

      Please take appropriate action against it as am facing very inconvenient from last 10 Days due to this.

        I purchase a samsung battery at order no 33350783. This battery Is work only 1 to 2 hours. So please book this complaints and replaced my samsung battery.

The order has been shipped on 15 Jan 2015 but from that day the status is showing 'Shipped - Possible Delay in Transit', or nor it is been able to track at your courier partner's website. On their website it was shown the item delivered on 27 Dec 14 to SO Model colony in Mumbai via indian post. I ordered the item to be delivered at Air Force station bhuj Gujarat. The order no. Is 31259247. I made several mails and phone calls to them. They have not resolved the complaint yet. It has taken more than one month and i dont require this product now.                           I had ordered mobile cell on 17/10/2013 with ShopClues.com per Order # 23637629 and paid Rs. 6598/-. As I found the mobile ordered was not suitable for me, as per their policy I asked for cancellation of the Order. However I was informed that I should refuse the delivery and on receipt of the product by the seller I will get the refund and gave me Ticket # 1540721. However now more than three months have passed and on one pretext or other they have not refunded my money. They firstly informed me that they have refunded my money on 29/11/2013 per Bank transaction #[protected] which in fact was tr. # of my payment to them as it can be seen that the tr. is preceded by date of tr. On pointing out the same they asked for statement of my account which I submitted on 18/12/2013. After receipt of the same they informed me that they have remitted my money. I waited for about ten days and then asked them to submit Bank tr. number of the remittance to which they replied that they had in fact not remitted the money and asked for details of my account to enable to remit money. I promptly submitted the same. But I have till now not received the money.

I want to register complaint with you regarding my cluebucks accounts balance. I had some 1240 cluebcucks point in my account, on 21stJan 2015, I wanted to order few things and when I saw my clue bucks accounts it was showing just 5, to my surprise when I called your customer care, and spoke to Mr Aditya, floor supervisor, He talked to me very rudely and inform that they got expired yesterday, when I asked them that I did not received any mail or notification about expiry of said clue buck points, he did not answered and keep Saying it expired. After that I requested your floor superisor mr Aditya, to release my earned shop clues for one day at least to utilize them but he said nothing can be done now. I am your regular customer and expect a courtesy that some one will look into my genuine request to release those points for atleast one or two days so that I can utilize my points.                                   I had ordered a Sony KDL 32R420 LED TV from Shopclues.com on 27th Dec 2014 Order No. #31428857 and Order Amount: INR 22, 698/- (Incluing delivery charges). However, thy have delivered me a wrong product (Sony KLV 32R426B). Now, it's been 4 weeks but I haven't received my refund yet. Despite of my repeated Complaints / return requests through their call center (return id # 760553) as well as the merchant (Contact no. [protected]), no action has been taken to resolve my issue. Also, whenever I call to their call center, either they are mentioning as "we are in progress to contact the merchant" or "we are making this as high priority, please wait for next 48 hours". This is now bordering to consumer harassment. Please help me in getting my refund the money.

                                    I ordered “OPTIMUM NUTRITION 100% WHEY PROTEIN GOLD STANDARD” from Shopclues while ordered I have some doubt regarding product thus I asked to merchant and he ensured me that product is 100% genuine but when I received product it was 200% fake. Product box was duplicate, no lot number, no mfg. date no hologram sticker. It was clearly showing packed by someone locally and paste a On 100% protein sticker I contact to OPTIMUM NUTRITION help desk they also confirmed this is a fake. So guys be alert while you order something health relating product online because these kind of fake product directly dent your health for long time. Be careful when you order online these kind of item. Confirmed your product from manufactured website. I observed Shopclues never verify their online counterpart what they are selling they simply are just playing with health to sourcing such a fake product. Be care full.

It is 13 fins oil filled radiator of Havell's make.the item was delivered on[protected]. After opening the parcel, it was found that one castor wheel is broken.                                         I have ordered " ZTE S160 CDMA Phone Mobile Tata /Reliance /MTS /BSNL (All other CDMA Sim work)" from shopclues.com vendor "e9mart (Mumbai, Maharashtra)" and my order ID is "33398365". But they have delivered defective mobile phone which is not working at all. I am very unsatisfied with the merchant product. As I have paid additional shipping charge Rs.49 only because this merchant has written that they are offering manufacturer warranty. But device do not have any Bill / Invoice with it and I will not be able to claim the warranty without the bill. Also more is my time which got wasted as I was waiting for my product since 5 days. Please try other ecommerce website instead of ShopClues.com. I tried Shopclues.com first time and my first experience was just pathetic. Also shopclues is not taking any actions even though I am under buyer protection policy. Also the merchant is selling price over the MRP.
