I bought a Solar LED tube light from Shopclues.com.But they delivered a cracked tube light.I have complained many times to return this product and return my money to Shopclues.com.But they does not response. Please help me. I am attaching the picture of packed product and also unpacked product

      My order no. 21846201 & i have order one product on dated 05.10.14 with a value for Rs. 75/- only through credit card. & now status is showing order is cancelled but till date i did not recd any money in my card account from shopclue. This value is just a very less amount but if this value is very big how much i frustrated from this type of error. I have contacted so many time with shopclue customer care on that matter every time they assure me your money will be credited in your card account within 24 hours but till date i did not recd my money from there. So it is my humble request to everyone never order any product from shopclues site because this site is very very big cheated site. Their customer service is very very disgusting & very poor service & your have to atleast waste your money on their phone bill because customer care no. is not tollfree paid no. thanks suresh [protected]

        Order number : 20847039 I had the following bad experience with Shopclues. 1) Delayed Delivery due to non availability of product. 2) Wrong product delivered 3) Password recovery service not working. 4) Refund not processed. 5) Public comments on the product not displayed. This is my experience with Shopclues. I ordered this product in September 21, 2014 which cost Rs 279. Upon the delivery date, I received E-mail saying the product is not available. The mail also suggested that I switch the vendor and get the same product. So I followed up ( Order no:[protected]. Finally, after missing two more delivery date. I got a delayed delivery of the product on October 15. On opening the package, It was found that the delivered product was wrong one. Whatever was delivered was clearly not worth the money I payed and it was not what I was looking for. SO in order to raise a refund request, I tried logging in. But, I had forgotten my password. The option to recover my password did not function for at least 4 days. And calls to the Non-Toll-Free customer care also did not help. So after four days when new password was set, a refund request was raised. Since I had changed the vendor earlier, my order ID was changed and product cost less than what I spent originally. The refund amount mentioned also was less than what was spent. I again corresponded with Shopclues customer support, where in they assured me that the request will be processed in two weeks. The time expired long time ago. I called a couple of times to the customer support again to no avail. I still have not received the refund, where as they sent mail saying that the refund request is processed. I tried raising a comment on Shopclues website to inform others from falling into the trap. The comment did not surface on the website. I want to raise a complaint against Shopclues and want the refund of money spent(Rs 279/-) and losses incurred due to the dealing with Shopclues.

        Shopclues did a refund of the money although delayed, this is more than what I hoped for. They did not pick up the product, considering the product was clearly not worth the transit. My evaluation of the product, it would cost around 50 Rs and Shopclues clearly understands that pickup of the product is not cost-effective. I hope Shopclues does not repeat this.

          Dear Sir, I was very disappointed by service with shop-clues. I was asking for replacement since 2-3 days. I didn't received any feedback from shop-clues. Also my return request was closed without asking any feedback by me. My cell phone was faulty n not working good. So I checked with directly mobile dealer Golden Mobiles, Secunderabad. I sent Mobile using professional courier. Now Dealer was telling for Refund amount as stock is not available. Now shop-clues taking much time to refund this amount. Please help me to get my money back as early. Hoping positive response. Vijay [protected]
          I buyed NEXUS 5, Product was faulty. I applied for replacement. Since a week i didn't receive any feedback Every time we need take follow up. Customer care service is also worst. Most cheating online shopping site. Never buy anything from this site.Be aware.

                    Dear sir, I am s.praveen kumar buy a product in shopclues through online shoping, the product Sai Arpan's Premium Door Curtain - (4x7) .Product is not delivered to my address but in the site status it is showing that the product is delieverd, when iam keep on asking about the issue they are saying that, We regret to know that you have not yet received your order. However, as per the courier website, the order is showing in transit and we have got the confirmation from the concerned courier that the product is already delivered to you. Based on your emails, please be assured that your concern has been forwarded to the logistics department for further investigation. The matter will be followed up with the courier department and will share the proof of delivery within 7 business days.and my request number is 1655002 and after 7 working days they are saying that We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. However, we have received a latest update from the courier that the product is delivered to your shipping address successfully. The product which we received from the product which is advertised is totally different, its illegal. The seller is really cheating the customers and doing this deliberately. We need the refund for the product or we will raise it to consumer court and file for high reimbursement Thanks

                                  Sir, I had purchased two 13 fins Vox oil filled heater model no X-OD-13 TF Oil Heater 2900w. One of the oil heater has the complaint of breakage in the thermostat and switch plastic body, cord storage part and fan is making a lot of harsh sound due to some manufacturing defect.The order no. is 30867383 and transported by Gatisurface.                                     I have purchased a 360degree rotating cube from your firm worth Rs.340. It costs me Rs.370 at the time of collection through courier. When I opened it and inserted battery in it, it was not working. It was not at all rotating as it was described in the website.                                       I have ordered Canvas Knight A350 black on shopclues with order number 32086001. Yesterday shopclues website shows order has delivered. But it does not delivered to me. The product page and seller page now redirecting to home page. Seller provided courier number[protected]. But does not provided which courier it is. And i cannot track the item. I need refund for the same.

Then i pluged it for rechrge the battery. No siganl display in screen. Also i kept for 30 minutes it wontbe charged. So i request you refund the money. Thank u
