I ordered men leather jacket on 6th January 2015. I kept waiting for the delivery and today on 19th January 2015, I received very means very late delivery. So it was very disappointing late delivery service...Main thing what I ordered I didn't receive that and instead some low quality of jacket is delivered by the courier man and the cash on delivery is paid to the your courier man. But now after opening and watching the item I received is completely opposite of what I ordered. So now I kindly request you to replace my order by the one which I ordered or else I want my money back. Photo which I have sent is the one which I had ordered and which I didn't receive.     For the refund of my order 28585931 I returned the product as per instructions (return ID:670001) to shopclues through professional courier on Dec 27, 2014 (http://tpcindia.com/Tracking2014.aspx?id=IXM[protected] and it has been delivered to them on Jan 05, 2015 and I am still waiting for refund of both the order and courier shipping charges (Rs.75).Have raised many tickets (1686421, 1791302, 1844382,[protected] but no proper response then no reply at all.Please help me to get refund for the order plus shipping charges ASAP.

          My order no 32167203 is filed up for return on 10 jan 15 and request for return approved on 15 jan15 but they are not arranging return pick up as address is same where it was delivered and from where it will be picked up. Please look into the and solve the same soon.

            sir mene ak product shopclues se 27 NOV 2014 ko order kar tha. jiska order no.27867249 and cost rs1673 tha.due to some reason(ghar par koi v nahi hone ke kaard)product is not received and product is return back to surat.product is delivered to surat at 19 jan. 2015, but shopclues is not refund my money and said that order is complete. i am register my complaint 6 dec. 2014 but my complaint is not solved. i am add the courier report.

                I have booked a Saree from Shop clues bearing COD number 32934625 and shipment number[protected].The article was delivered by Ecom Express on 18th January, 2014.The Saree was badly damaged.There are so many cuts in the Saree. I feel this is clear cut case of cheating.In future this is not possible for me to purchase any article from Shop clues if the trend is like this. SK Singh

                  I ordered a mens blazer from shopclues.com. When it arrived, wrong product delivered as well as It was a defective piece. Then I contacted shopclues. They accepted my return request. The courier person came to my house took the product. After some days, shopclues refund the amount in the form of cluebucks. But I requested them to refund amount in my bank account. And there was no reply. i did't want to purchase any thing from this website so kindly refund my amount rs542 in my bank account. shopclues refuse to refund my amount and also not contacted me.

                      As i ordered the product :UFONE/HiBeats Power Bank Mini Portable USB Charger 2800 mAh on 14 dec. 2014 and i got delievery on 22 dec. 2014 . as i saw the product that was defective. i make return request the defective product within three days the courier man came and took that product and i make call to customer care he told me that within 7-9 working days they will refund my amount but today around one month is going to be completed and i didnt got refund . i want my money back order no.[protected]

                            I ordered 2 pieces of Carpoint Bike Cover for Bajaj Pulsar 135 on 9th January, 2015 with a payment of Rs. 231/- through net banking. But, when i open the pakage there is only one bike cover instead of 2. The size of the polythene bag is 10' x10.5" which is not possible for 2 bike covers. If necessary I am ready to send the polythene bag

                                  ionedear sir I placed my order online by shopclues for no of two quantity shoes when shopclues courier boy came to me. I checked box than I seen into the box only no of one quantity shoes was there. I returned that parcel to same courier boy and same time. i written on the paper parcel refunded against of receiving sign and i am attaching of that file below.because i took photo of that paper where i written parcel refunded.i talked to shopclues customer care after 30 minute of this case they given me complaint no. 1686943. Afer one day i got a mail with a link click this and write your complaint within 24 hour.i clicked that link and followed all rules when i was sumbitting request than i one thing was coming that select the option for return your product. When i choosed option pick up by shopclues courier boy.but i was in shocked when pick up boy came to me. I refused to him i dont have product.i did not receive that i returned on same boy and same time. I got call from shopclues that you received your product.i said give me proof where i did receive sign they cut the call. Because they don't have any proof. But I am having proof that I did not receive. So please sir get refund my money and please stop this kind of compneis . You can see also about this company many complaints are there . I did not receive product and I returned same time same courier boy.but they are not returning my money.I returned product due to wrong quantity.but i took a photo of that paper where mentioned parcel refunded against of my sign. I am attaching that copy.but they dont have any proof that i received.because i did not receive. When I said give me proof they cut the call.so please get returned my money please.

                                      I ordered Sony mobile headset as per Order #30900173 on 21st Dec 2015, but still I didn't receive the shipment. But as per the portal of Shopclues i.e. Track order showing shipment has been delivered. Multiple times I sent mail to ([protected]@shopcluescom.zendesk.com), but they are replying with their system automated reply that "As per their Courier partner, the shipment has been delivered". They are not looking at my complaint mail that I already informed them that my shipment not delivered. If their courier partner is telling that the shipment has been delivered, then please show the delivery receipt. But they are responding with their automated reply system.
