I received one package on 21/0/2015- said to contain ACS LED Bulb -12W- 5 pack. When i opened the package ( I attached a few photos with the return request ) - The boxes are opened and the upper cover is removed - and the light is small in size and no where there is mention about it is a 12W led bulb. Further it is not ACS brand bulbs.
To my utter disappointment I received the following -
BANGBANG Small led bulb - 5 boxes which are open -no upper cover. I found one upper cover inside the pack which says it is a3 w bulb .
The seller cheated me by sending a useless / different / worst item.
I don't want it. Fed up . This is the second time I was disappointed with your seller sending defective / different item. Please take back the same and refund my money.
You closed this claim - which I feel is wrong . I will post about this in websites - so that others will be careful.
If I don't get a positive response I will stop buying from you. .

How you act to protect your seller who cheated me.
Try to understand customer claim .
I enclosed five pictures to prove how I was cheated.
Still you say the seller sent the correct item.
Then what protection a regular customer will get.
Your intention is to protect a erring seller and not helping a regular customer.
Saw in their face book profile same return request for this same item sent by another person.
Sorry..please read the subject as " ShopClues.com - Seller cheating the buyer and SHOPCLUES not helping to solve the problem but supporting the seller who cheated the buyer.

    i placed an order for xiaomi mi 10400 mah powerbank at shopclues on[protected] for Rs 679 (order#[protected] but i never ever had imagined that what i had recived on 22 dec 2014 and gifted my cousin would turn out to b a fake and duplicate one. today 22-01-15 afternoon i came to know it was fake when my cousin (whom i had gifted the package without even checking and opening what was inside), told me that his powerbank does not charge and is slightly different from the one i was carrying. u cant imagine, how much embarrased i felt . same time so much angry on SHOPCLUES .. had i not been lured by the offer i wud never had purchased it... better IF added few more bucks and bought it from the genuine seller FLIPKART. SORRY to say SHOPCLUES, but my first time experience is very bad with u ... tried to call so many times today but ur pathetic cc kept me waiting for hours until it zeroed my mobile balance.     I shopped for Mi 10400mAh on shopclues.com.
    Turns out its a fake. It failed the pass through charging test, also the cable is fake and the Mi logo on the chassis of the standard USB port on the power bank.
    So very disappointed.

      sir i have sent the order back around 18days back but they are still not refunding my order...i have sent them the courier slip also...still they are not responding to any of my messages! they are showing that the order is retuned already...as you can see in the picture! i paid 300rs courier charges also and sent the slip already!

              I have ordered (order No:[protected] for KLV-40R472 Sony LED TV from SHOPCLUES.COM online on 8.12.2014. TV was delivered to me on 4.01.2015. I received the TV after 27 days of my order. Photograph of TV with cover is attached which shows that there is not packing defect or damage due to transport. I requested Sony service center to install the TV (Service ID:[protected]. They came on 09.01.2015 and opened the TV, there was no defect physically (Photo attached). When we switched on the TV, we found that there is a display problem in the TV(Photo attached). On 10.01.2015, I informed to the Shopclues through their website and telephone ([protected]). They agreed me to replace the TV within 48 hours. It was not replaced. I called again on 12.10.2015. Again, they agreed me to replace the TV within 48 hours. It was not replaced. On 14.01.2015, I reminded and the TV was not replaced. 13 days (22.01.2015) are over since I have made complaint about the defect in TV. Totally 43 days are over since I placed the order. They keep dragging the issue without taking action.

                I've placed an order of 3 LEDs . the order has been received, the cost (including shipping charges Rs19) is 509. But the MRP printed on the box of each LED comes out to be Rs129 .Means overall cost including COD charges is Rs. 406.That means ive been charged of extra Rs 103.

                    I had ordered for the Magic Cleaning Mop in Dec 2014 and got to know that product was missed by the shipping agency ie GATI .Now i asked for refund of money for Shopclues and they are telling this is still in Process and till today I haven't got my money. The Customer support hasent called me back at all.I have ordered more than 4 products from Shopclues only with this oredr I am facing issue..Please give back my money...

                      No one has come to collect my defective phone its been a month i call customer care daily, daily they raise new complaint and give me new ticket number.i don't know how long will it continue but by reading other complaint I understood that this site is usless fraud and has fraud merchants.. Its better we all go against them and file a case. If though they collect the product refund is not guaranteed.. I request go to other site.. Amazon is superb in that i got my refund back in 3 days.. But shopclues yuck..

                          I have ordered for a Sony MDR - XB30EX Earphone for Rs. 299/- (which is actually worth Rs. 2499/-). I have heard so many rumors about ShopClues cheating customers by sending fake products and not refunding back. Then I thought, I should not judge a website by hearing or reading about them and foolishly purchased this item with Order No: 32898929. Since there was no COD option, I had to pay online and knew my money was burnt on fake product then itself. But had a little hope that I will be proved wrong. Ironically, I received a product Sony MDR - EX85SL Earphone(made in China) which wont be worth Rs.50/- in grey market. If I had received atleast a decent product, I would have adjusted with it. But I got a worst imaginable product. So when I placed a request for Refund, ShopClues insists that I received what I purchased and rejected the Refund process.                           Did u get the refund or replacement?
                          Even I have made a mistake like u by ordering through shopclues. Order 69772200. I didn't expect a genuine product as u know that the original price of MDR XB30 headphones is around 2000; but here I was getting it for ₹411. However the sound quality of the phone is not even worth that of ₹200. Clearly it's a fake product but it's not even first copy. Now that I have requested for return, the status is showing as return rejected by seller. Shopclues boasts of buyer protection. Is this the buyer protection they provide?

                                      I ordered men leather jacket on 6th January 2015. I kept waiting for the delivery and today on 19th January 2015, I received very means very late delivery. So it was very disappointing late delivery service...Main thing what I ordered I didn't receive that and instead some low quality of jacket is delivered by the courier man and the cash on delivery is paid to the your courier man. But now after opening and watching the item I received is completely opposite of what I ordered. So now I kindly request you to replace my order by the one which I ordered or else I want my money back. Photo which I have sent is the one which I had ordered and which I didn't receive.                                         For the refund of my order 28585931 I returned the product as per instructions (return ID:670001) to shopclues through professional courier on Dec 27, 2014 (http://tpcindia.com/Tracking2014.aspx?id=IXM[protected] and it has been delivered to them on Jan 05, 2015 and I am still waiting for refund of both the order and courier shipping charges (Rs.75).Have raised many tickets (1686421, 1791302, 1844382,[protected] but no proper response then no reply at all.Please help me to get refund for the order plus shipping charges ASAP.
