I have ordered Canvas Knight A350 black on shopclues with order number 32086001. Yesterday shopclues website shows order has delivered. But it does not delivered to me. The product page and seller page now redirecting to home page. Seller provided courier number[protected]. But does not provided which courier it is. And i cannot track the item. I need refund for the same.

    Yesterday i recived josh mobile the order no 32029615. This time packing is good afetr opening the pack cell was not going to switch on. Then i pluged it for rechrge the battery. No siganl display in screen. Also i kept for 30 minutes it wontbe charged. So i request you refund the money. Thank u

      I have ordered jacket on 17th December 2014 ORDER NUMBER 30325945. Till today every time I call they give me ticket number raised a complain and wait for 48 hours wait for 48 hours. Typical dialogue. I can even say that dialogue now. I am raising an urgent complain you will get response in 48 Hours. It is so irritating. I must complain to higher authorities or the government.

            I ordered Combo Of Microfiber Duster Cleaning Brush Tool 1 Pc + Car Cleaning Cloth 1 Pc. on Dec 8th 2014. The order Number is 28427883 and the shipment is shipped through Ecom Express trackin Id is[protected]. Till date the shipment is not delivered. I raise a complaint to Shopclues through mail, they replied as the shipment is delivered to my address but actually it is not delivered. I contact the ECOM Express with my tracking Id They told the shipment is not traceable and its not reached to local hub (Chennai). Kindly help me to solve this issue.

                Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud Companyyyy I had bought Fila shoes from Shop clues on 8th Dec 14 worth 1050Rs and within 15 days both the shoes teared down (broke) from front . I had asked shopclues to repair/replace the product as it's just 20 days passed and I got a response from Shopclues that we are not able to replace / refund for the product as "we would like to inform you that you have registered a complaint for product after 10 days. As per Shopclues policy complaint is accepted within 10 days of delivery which is already over. Therefore, we may not be able to fulfill your request as per our return policy" I don't understand why i had got such a stupid response from them. Don't buy anything from this company as they are very rigid and don't give you any response for your query. My case id is - Manufacturing Defect[protected] Pls do the needful asap. Thanks Paresh

                    I had ordered for a nicer dicier chopper in the month of November 14, the item that i received was packed neatly but inside it was damaged, and since then i have been trying for my refund, they have got my order picked up from my place in mid December 14 and i have given my bank details till now . I have not got my refund. They don't even think of responding for the problem but try telling that it shall take 6-7 working days for refund, i have got this mail twice from their customer care, there is no follow up done /no back tracking team to help resolve these refund cases. Atleast after this i suppose they might reply me or call me

                          I was loyal shopper of shopclues.com, However now I am no more fan of shopclues, due to wrong size and color product delivered recently. i had ordered the size number 8 sleeper with blue color but received size looks like either size no. 3 or 4, it's too small even unable to fit into my child legs and color looks like jocker kind of thing. Very difficult to manage with this small size and peculiar color order, Hence requested for return the shipment and deliver correct one.But shopclues should accept this and either replace or refund, but they are not accepting the return request at all.I filed return request multiple times. Each time they closed it without giving any reason. Worse is that shopclues do not have any contact number or customer care number. Even i dropped the mail to shopclues that will escalate same issue to CCI, but they are not giving any response and claiming that they have delivered correct size and closed the without any information. They have delivered light green color one, but i ordered blue with size 8. Attaching the image together with other size no. 7 sleeper.So that you can get the comparison in size. However now I am no more fan of shopclues, due to one damaged product delivered recently.It's ok, many product got damaged in transit. But shopclues should accept this and either replace or refund, but they are not accepting the return request at all.I filed return request multiple times. Each time they closed it without giving any reason. Worse is that shopclues do not have any contact number or customer care number. They insist on mail system/online log system and thier executive are not trained to handle customer queries. Also they do not have any grievance addressal system. Not sure where to escalate this, shopclues is following wrong business practice and taking advantage of its dominating market position Should I write to CCI?

                              This is regarding my refund pending for 1 complaint from past 15-20 days(earlier, return took 15 days) & other 2 from a week. Every time customer care gives an excuse that we were unable to process or technical glitch or gateway issue. This way Shopclues.com is spoiling their own reputation. I will never ever recommend this shopping site to anyone. You guys are not able to resolve the issue despite 100 times follow up. Your competitor shopping webs like Snapdeal/ Flipcart etc are brilliant in response. Of course, you are competitive in price but not in services. I am frustrated because approximately 20, 000 INR is pending at your side & no positive response heard for this.                                         I have ordered Brand: Duke Model No.: Z5936-Black for Rs.535/- Order Number: 28167571 Return Number: 658315 Product: Men Jacket In Black Reason: Wrong Item Delivered Action: Refund the seller has sent a local product jacket which is completely different then the ordered one as per the advertisement of the seller moreover it is not 'L' size it is a small size jacket. shopclues always deliver a different product from which is advertise. after complaint i was advised for return. i spent Rs.135/- for return courier charges and the item was 16.12.2014 . after expiry of 20 days i have not received my amount paid for the jacket as well as the return courier charges.
