AND I PAID THE AMOUNT ONLINE BY MY DEBIT CARD, SINCE CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION IS NOT THERE. THEY R SHOWING ON THEIR SITE THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND WILL BE DELIVERED TO US, BUT THE SHIPPING ID THEY PROVIDED TO US ARE NOT ABLE TO TRACK. REGARDING THIS I COMPLAINED TO THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT THEY ARE NOT LISTNING TO US PROPERLY. FROM 14.12.2014 I AM COPLAINING THEM THEY ARE ASKING US TO WAIT FOR 48 HRS IT WILL BE SOLVED, BUT TILL DATE THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED AND THE PRODUCTS ARE ALSO NOT DELIVERD TO US TILL NOW. PLEASE HELP US And SOLVE THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL BE GREATLY OBLISED. WE ARE HELPLESS NOW WE PAID AROUND 19, 000 RUPEES FOR OUR PRODUCT, BUT DIDNT GET THE DELIVERY TILL DATE
