      Items not delivered but company saying it is delivered. i requested for POD to match the signature but shop clues team is closing the request without investing this thing. This is really a strange behaviour which is faced by me any of ecom team. Please help to close this case asap.         I had ordered one vegetable cutter from your shopclues.com (Order id[protected] on 17th December and I didn't get any response from your side till 28th December. On 28th December I got a call from your side that item is not in stock, we will provide you alternative or refund, I told your customer support guy that i don't want refund. Please provide me same item or alternate item. After couple of days I had called customer support team and ask for the order updates, they told me we will refund and then they had not provide me any alternate item also. I had asked them that same type of product available on your site but they told me that merchant are different than we can't provide you alternative. Then they had started refund process.

          Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Sunny Mahor of Ghaziabad (U.P). I have placed an order i.e[protected]HTC 8X C620E Black Code: 3036654) on Shopclues on dated 30 Oct 2014 at 11:47 PM of amount Rs 16029. I have got it on 8 Nov. From the same day to 9 Nov i found that the product is not up to the mark & I have found some defects like as follows:- 1. Rough back side of phone like as it already used before. 2. Volume control button is slightly loose. 3. Camera is getting lighter yellowish pic in day & dark yellowish in night by using flash. 4. Not in genuine packing. 5. There is no bill provided. So that, I can be able to manage with service centers. As according to given above details they finally approved my refund and during refund process they asked for bank details, as I have already given on 10th of Nov 2014. They also got their product back but still they are not refunding my money on given time. The refund has to be done within a week. But still not done yet. they again ask to bank details on mail. Total 3 times I have given all bank details but still there is no response. I just want my money back. Now a days, I need those money very much. So, Kindly do something needful for me and I will be highly obliged to you. Because there is no one to hear our voice & complaints. They just simply ignore us.             I placed an order on 26th December, 2014 for a get one buy one belt. But, there has been no response and reply to my continue mails to customer care services. I had an amount of Rs. 518 left in my account, using which I ordered for the same. Seeing the response and delay in shipment, I cancelled the order but till date, the order has neither been dispatched nor cancelled. It has been 10 days now and this site is harassing. I want the order to be cancelled and the amount be transferred to my account.                 Myself purchased online Sunflame Innova 60 Chimney Autoclean with Oil Filter Code: 3229036 Merch Ref: Innova 60(Order no.[protected] on 10.12.14 at their offer price Rs 9600/- with shipping charges extra, but later order was cancelled by shopclues without giving any reason after 15 days, which is a big concern of the reliability of that website.

                  I have problems with 3 orders which I placed on shopclues.com site last month. First order no. Is 29273443 which I placed on 10 Dec 2014, 04:21 PM. I placed this order when this product was in stock but after confirm order shopclues cancelled my order after 5 days and gave reason that the product is not available at the seller.why shopclues accept order if it was not available? I want my order in any condition because I placed it in GOSF period.I want to know why shopclues did this fraud with me? Second order no. Is 30238381 which I placed on 17 Dec 2014, 01:44 PM.this order is not delivered to me till now and shopclues shows the status of this order as delivered. They gave me tracking details as "Your Order is shipped by Other.Tracking no is- MEE[protected]".what is other? I searched many times but I couldn't find my order tracking details and now they are showing as delivered. This is fraud with me. Third order no. Is 31222783 which I placed on 25 Dec 2014, 12:28 AM. In this order I received only 4 cables.this is totally fraud with me. Please see this matter as soon as possible because I am very very disappointed from last month and I want justice. Deliver my all orders described above as soon as possible.

                  One problem of 30238381 is solved. order no 30238381 is delivered today by shopclues. i think shopclues will solve other problems soon.

AND I PAID THE AMOUNT ONLINE BY MY DEBIT CARD, SINCE CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION IS NOT THERE. THEY R SHOWING ON THEIR SITE THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND WILL BE DELIVERED TO US, BUT THE SHIPPING ID THEY PROVIDED TO US ARE NOT ABLE TO TRACK. REGARDING THIS I COMPLAINED TO THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT THEY ARE NOT LISTNING TO US PROPERLY. FROM 14.12.2014 I AM COPLAINING THEM THEY ARE ASKING US TO WAIT FOR 48 HRS IT WILL BE SOLVED, BUT TILL DATE THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED AND THE PRODUCTS ARE ALSO NOT DELIVERD TO US TILL NOW.                       Dear Sir I had ordered a wireless mouse on 28th of December 2014, I browsed for the product in shopclues site and selected the Technotech Sleek USB mouse as I applied the filter for wireless mouse. During the purchase I went through the product description and it was mentioned wireless interface. So, the attractive price attract me to buy the product. But unfortunately, i had been delivered with a wired usb mouse which is of no use to me on 3rd of January 2015. To support my complaint I had a screen shot of the web page I encounter during the purchase. My point to you is that sir, I don't bother about the money I had invested, however during the conversation with one of your customer assistance, I lost interest to the company. Being a consular he should try to sort out the problem instead he questioned me which it seem to be a mark of disrespect from their side.                           I had ordered for a PC Game 'CALL OF DUTY-GHOSTS' vide order no 31393985 dt 27 Dec 2014 I received a pirated CD of with the name "Call of Duty" which turned out to be "Modern Warfare' which does not have the necessary files to open.                             Shop Clues is a cheater... they just know how to collect money from the customer using wrong means. They are just filling their own pockets... Even after repeated mails n calls these people don't revert back with proper help.. Loosers they are.. If any one can help me out with the contact number of the senior most person hired in shop clues or the director of the company than it would be great...                               I have Order Adcom X12 Mobile on GOSF on 10th December 2014, Order id : 29297169. On 2nd of Jan 2015, I have received that parcel but when I opened that parcel, instead of receiving mobile, I have received 1 marathi Magazine of Rupees 20. I have called to customer Support for same, but after listening to my query they just cut the call. This is not the first time it was happened. Last time I order two products and both was cancelled by ShopClue it self. but I still not received my money back. And even one more my product I have received Wrong size.

                                Issue with 16+ orders - Escalation desk also unresponsive - Pending from 6+ months

                                I have placed "n" number of orders on Shopclues, and they have turned out to be the worst online shopping website and their customer support including Escalation desk is worst.The day I received shipment, if there was any issue, I used to open a customer support ticket. They don;t respond for days and weeks. Don't speak to customer and do whatever they feel like. I have sent aropund 40+ mails to them as followups but they are just sleeping...

When i contact to shopclues they told me that "We express our inability to accept your return request as we have sent you the standard quality product as per the description mentioned on the website.
