Dear s c team please revert and update or i will say mr. Rishi, amrit vikas asif, prakas you all dont have words to commit fake dates because all you have been proved lier. And liers can not survive long in any field of life. Shop clues a beg market place where any on line buyer (Of shopclues) can be cheated. More than 21 days passed of my order but still it is not showing courier web site shopclues also taking time and time and so on and showing in ability in finding the product where it is now, they are also unable to refund as they have shipped material in air by using their boot less foot a product shipped from gurgaon to allahabad and it is un treaceable still after 15 days ha ha ha its a beg marketing place is now ready to close and pay the penalties to customer they are still cheating and using their money for their salary. Please dont buy any product from shop clues avoide cash on deliver also, they can send expired, broken, damaged and useless items please please plase share it further also.

    I ordered a bedsheet, a wall clock and couple of power banks from shopclues during google's online shopping festival. all of them were absolutely hopeless. Bedsheet looked like a very cheap used saree cloth and not at all matching the photo shown. Wall clock was also not matching the pic shown, defective, broken. This is absolutely cheating. power banks also were not working as mentioned. When I tried to return the orders, the web site asks to upload photos. And the photos never upload. I tried over 100 times and wrote to support team. Support team sent me the same link againt o return the request. They are absolutely hopeless. PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPCLUES. THEY ARE CHEATS. ABSOLUTE CHEATS. ONCE BOUGHT, YOU CAN NEVER RETURN YOUR GOODS. FOR SURE, YOU WILL GET DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS ONLY THROUGH SHOPCLUES.       I ordered this product during GOSF, It took them around 15 days to ship the item, when they finally did ship it, they sent it through the most unheard of, most ridiculous courier company they could have found. The product came to my city but was never attempted to be delivered. It was then sent back to shopclues. I called shopclues to reship it and the customer care person said they'll send it back once they receive it. But then I get an email from them saying that since the product was a deal, they can't ship it again! I honestly feel harassed by shopclues, they took almost 20 days, I was patient and waited for the product to arrive but all in vain! Let me also tell you that along with this item I had also bought 2 other items that were very ardently promoted by shopclues, but they cancelled it! I wasted my time and money and they cancelled the order! I want them to reship the item that has been returned to origin by the unprofessional courier company. Please arrange for it, I'll thankful.       Don't just apologize for your fault, do something about it. I have again sent an email to you, I have also raised a ticket. Please arrange for it to be reshipped as soon as possible, I don't want to drag this matter any further, but if the item is not shipped I am going to do everything I can to make sure you guys get to understand that you should not take your customers for fools.

          Sir/Madam, I, Tejaswa Kumar residing in PUNE, have purchased a product from online shopping site www.shopclues.com, on 29th oct, 2014, with order ID: 22649745. They told it will take maximum of 10 days to deliver the product to my address, but they failed on their commitment. I contacted them many times via mails, but their response was very poor. We had many conversations but they never stick on to their commitments. Finally when they failed to deliver my product, I requested them to initiate my refund on 06th Nov, 2014. They agreed and initiated my refund process on 11th Nov, 2014, with T&C of refund process, which states that credit card refund would take 15 business days. It is more than a month today and till date neither there is any kind refund from their end nor any response regarding the same. I request you to help me regarding the problem mentioned.                 Guys don't shop from this site... Its a fake site. I had ordered for a body fitter and they sent me socks. There is a vast difference between the two.. I had placed this order on 5th Dec. but till 30th Dec i have no clue of it. I had asked for a replacement but still didn't get it. everyday I call the customer support and the answer I get is we will forward the request. But nothing like that happens. Also the customer support executives are trained to just say one sentence, " We will talk to our mailing n dispatch team.." They don't say anything apart from this sentence.. I think the site is full of illiterate people as they don't know the difference between the products.. i have spent double the amount in calling these people and wasted so much time and money over them... I would rather go out to the market and buy the product.. I generally do online shopping from almost all sites, but i have never faced a problem with anyone. This the first time when I m following up for almost everyday... Also the customer support executives suck to the core as they don't help the customer, they confuse them... I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone... Rather I would like everyone to help me close this shopping site as it is just harassing the customers.. Plz guys help me with it.. All those who have faced a problem with this site plz lets come together and file a complain in the consumer court... So that we all get justice... I want your support...

                  Hi Sir, I am Akmal Hasan i have purchased Samsung Led from ShopClues. they send me defected piece when i request to return back they accept it. But still they did not answer my mail where i get my money back. Is this a genuine website or some fake marketing website where they cheat the client every day. If then i will go against him, media, social media and if possible then go to Court against the website. It is totally harassment website.                       I ordered a Honda civic car cover worth 849 on 24 Nov 2014, 06:36 PM Order no 27670775, I got call from shopclues few days later stating that the product is not available with the dealer and they will place the order with other dealer. New order placed by shopclues on 05 Dec 2014, 12:15 PM order no 28614350 worth 700, after few days I called shopclues for the product status, they said they are not able to track the shipment. After few days I got a mail stating that the product is not delivered and its back to shopclues ware house. Now they are not shipping my order they are paying me back 700 rs. But I paid 849.                             This was the complaint I raised against Shopclues (on their support channel) on 17 December 2014. ticket number 1620647 Shopclues has charged me multiple times for a single order! And now they're not even bothered to respond to this complaint nor are they bothered to return the excess money they charged my card. Its been over 15 days now & I'm still waiting for their FIRST response!!! Rupa ============================================================ Mail to Shopclues: Guys - it's ridiculous how your site functions. On 7 December 2014, I placed my order worth Rs.686/- and the first time it got declined. (Whereas my credit card was charged). So, I tried again with the same credit card this time also my card got charged for Rs.686 (again) And guess what? Instead of rubbishing the "declined" payment/order - you guys are looking at this as 2 different orders!!! My credit card is charged twice - thanks to your faulty site/payment gateway And now, I'm getting duplicate order delivered! Why would I need exactly TWO same orders???? Shouldn't you have "removed"/"Trashed" one of the two exact same orders worth exact same amount of Rs686??? That too, because one of these 2 orders showed "Payment declined / transaction failed" from your side. Please fix this asap. I've also raised this as a flag to my credit card company. Lastly, for God sake - have a telephone support, if you wish to be in business of eCommerce... instead of hiding away from your customers! Thanks

                              I Sultan Shaikh Ordered USB To SATA IDE Cable from Shopclues.com. But in that Product Power Adapter was missing so I was Complained About to take that product from me and Give my Cash Back . After 1-2 weeks, they take his Product from me and told that money will come in your account in 4-5 days. But, more than 4 months ago, The money was not transferred in my Account. When requested for return, but they declined my return request.                                     Hi I ordered Men’s T-shirts - Pack of 7 from TSX Store .Product quality is too worst and i want to return back.. even size is also not as per the standards... XL size fits for the size 36... my size shirt is 42 i ordered XL but its too short to fit...I requested to change the size of delivered T shirts but no response from shopclues as well as from seller.

                                        REMINDER

                                        Dear Sir
                                        I am not receive my refund money till date. i was pay online payment an amount Rs. 499/- against your order no 27895387. but i received wrong consignment it was totally different from order product. hence we raise return request and approved my return request. and product return at your shop. Kindly refund my money back. this issue pending before 4 week.
                                        Can i take further action regarding this issue.
