Sir/Madam,
I, Tejaswa Kumar residing in PUNE, have purchased a product from online shopping site www.shopclues.com, on 29th oct, 2014, with order ID: 22649745. They told it will take maximum of 10 days to deliver the product to my address, but they failed on their commitment. I contacted them many times via mails, but their response was very poor. We had many conversations but they never stick on to their commitments. Finally when they failed to deliver my product, I requested them to initiate my refund on 06th Nov, 2014. They agreed and initiated my refund process on 11th Nov, 2014, with T&C of refund process, which states that credit card refund would take 15 business days. It is more than a month today and till date neither there is any kind refund from their end nor any response regarding the same. I request you to help me regarding the problem mentioned. I would be very thankful to you.

I would like intimate you that the above mentioned doc no is showing invalid on your tracking site where as shop clues says they have booked my parcel with you vide abv mentioned docket and its yet not traceable (since it is booked).
Can you talk to shop clues and confirm me the status of my consignment ? Its more than 10 days shop clues people have kept me in dark saying that please give us some more time.
Please help me by replying that you have not received any parcel bearing docket no[protected] from shop clues.

I have takes several times to shop clues and once to e com also but e com says we did not receive any parcel and shop clues says its un traceable ans sufferer is ME. I will present all recording and mails as and when and where required.
