Hi Friends Please do not buy any thing in the website WWW.Shopclues.Com As the site is a no:1 fraud site I ordered a headset Samsung Bluetooth mono headset HM1100 from their site as it was displayed with an offer for 390/- it was delayed much by the courier company later i got this and was shocked to see that as it was an old product with scratches, rust in ear piece, no serial number, no IMEI number it didnt charge and was waste so i took that to nearest samsung showrom but they told that they wont take as it lacks serial number and IMEI number i got my door closed from shopclues and samsung

my order no is 26372143 its watch which is not work means defective and not yet replace. another order no 23266589 is not delivered and after one month waiting my money is refund by lots of call. and order no 27333813 was still not not receive its being one month too. so now i will never buy on shopclues and review that for all that never buy from shopclues its fraud company. filpcard is better.

Hello, I have ordered one Genx Leather Wrist Watch For Women from shopclues with order number: 27874609 and order date: 27 Nov 2014.I received the product on 6th of December, applied to return policy on that day only. Its very disappointing that shopclues is not responding to customer's satisfaction. When i am complaining about the leather quality and colour of the product, the customer care is closing the request, knowing the fact that they did send a watch with light violet color which is not there in the site, neither the leather quality is good. I wanted to have either refund of my money or else provide me a different color product which is mentioned in the site. Kindly respond to my request.I am getting frustrated with this issue. If a site is providing return policy for a product and if customer is not satisfied with the product, then its their responsibility to get in touch with the customer and resolve the issue. But the shopclues customer support is closing the request without paying attention to the customer's satisfaction via email.This doesn't happen with the other online shopping sites. Kindly assist.

Guys Never Ever shop on shop clues, Its a Big fraud Buying cheap Products and selling with 10 days on shipping I ordered and money deducted from bank still order not received they said we are processing Rs 2000 went unnecessary I tortured for 15 days and then I thought fine I relaxed and thought that money gone never comes back These guys are Big Fraud they buy cheap from china they established their godown in Gujrat but never return your money think twice I called more than 20 times mostly My one month bill goes 720 High My friend got Broken piece and they too never refund his money also, Never Ever Buy on SHOPCLES

I says again & again for my Refund. Your courier Partner Not Contacted to me. & You showing the status of pickup is Pickup Attempted - Buyer Not Available " very Bad ... there are no solution. You are not want to refund the Money & showing a foolish status " the Buyer is not available" . After 20 days lapse there are no any movement. Very difficult to take a refund from shopclues. I purchased a adidas woolen cap from ShopClues.com as I thought they are giving a huge discount on it selling it for Rs. 188 but when the product was delivered, It was a cheap, unbranded product with even changed brand name written over it which seems like a cheap product which are often sold on roadside shops . Hello, I placed an order from shop clues.com on 11 Nov 2014; 05:26 PM order no is.26459367 and today is 7 Dec 2014. . I did not t my product yet. I did this thing and they responses like this 1. I tried to call customer care but after 30 min holding on line they did not response me and that call was not on toll free no. 2. I went to Courier Company so many time to check my order even they also resister a complaint but they also dint get any response. 3. I registered complaint on shopclues.com site on 3 times but still they dint reply me.\ They neither that are giving my money back nor product...

I am one of your customer i ordered 2 products from shop clues and they send the SMS that your courier will be delivered by blue dart on Friday the courier boy came for delivering the product he neither called me nor wait for me and ran away by showing his attitude that we don't wait for anyone. I received a msg from blue dart to select the date n time of delivery and i did it and specially mention the msg that i live on 3rd floor please call me on [protected] while delivering my order and send it. Today 5 minutes ago i received the call from my land lady she told me that somebody came for your courier and quickly i went down but again he didn't wait for me n ran away. I cant jump from 3rd floor you are service provider teach some manners to your delivery boy how to behave with the customer. Thank you Priya keshari [protected]

Sir i have ordered a product(Trackpant) from the site www.shopclues.com with ordered id 27785309 of 'M'size but they have sent a very short one which is suitable for small boys.I have contacted them they did not listing my words and rejecting that.so i want to complaint on that site for not changing the product and sending wrong products so please get me the refund amount or exchange the product.

Dear shop clues team, this is too much, i have not received the product delivery, and you people are sending me this mail, you are showing my order status is complete. This is really ridiculous. Hie, i had ordered a samsung galaxy s duos GT 57562 on 3rd of november 2014 . The money was deducted from my Account bt i didnt receive my order in the given time . 4159/- where deducted from my debit card and 2540/- were deducted from cluebucks as i had purchased a samsung t.v earlier.as per your rule of cancelling the order if the product is not deliverd in specefic time the Order was cancelled in bluedart. i got a message of refund in few days after cancellation. But the refund hasnt been transfered to my account yet. My total amount of 6, 700 has been stuck in this transction . Please do the needful ..soon as possible. Thankyou
