I purchase the order on November 1, (AXON V-183 Handy Hearing-aid w/ Ear Hook - Black (1 x AG13)), till now no proper reply from Customer care, simply saying 24 to 48 hours you will receive the refund. Per call I spending nearly 10 to 15 RS for getting an update, I call more than 25 times but now proper response. Courier team says that the product was lost in the transmission so we will refund the product. But Shop Clues saying that (We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Our courier partner has tried to deliver your order at your address but unable to do so. The order is returning back to us. However, the product has not been received by us, so once we receive the product then only we will be able to proceed further. It may take upto maximum of 7-10 business days to reach our warehouse, depending on your location. ) Courier team mail: We regret to inform you that the Shipment (AWB Number[protected] is not physically booked with Dotzot. You will receive your refund amount. Kindly check the issue and do the needful. Order #25345637

    I Have rejected the order 26509903 at the time of delivery by Blue dart. I have a proof also from blue dart tracking website mentioning that consignee refused to accept. Still after some days the status of my order on shop clues website is showing completed and delivered. I am calling them and sending mail daily but not getting positive response when i will get refund. I have email also from shop clues team where they mentioned that please refuse the parcel at the time of delivery.

      Product which we have received not as per the expectations, only single bra inside the packet and the quality is very low, it seems that bra sent by road side shopkeeper. I have already logged complaint written and verbal both but still no feedback received from Shopclues team.

              I had purchased 3 items from during GOSF. Till now 2 out of 3 are canceled with reason "Delivery is not available". Don't know about the 3red one. Well if delivery is not available then why don't they warn/inform me before the transaction. My friends also have the same experience with shop clues during the GOSF period. Simply they were cheating us in the name of GOSF discounts only for their publicity.

                Hello, I purchased a washing machine on ShopClues.com on 12-Dec with order number[protected]. The payment was done through their payu gateway with payment id[protected]. The amount deducted instantly from my account. But still after more than 26 hrs its showing status as payment failed. I tried contacting their customer support, but no one is picking up the call. I was on line for more than 10 mins.

I have ordered an Exotica Watch (EX-51LW) from Shopclues on 6th December 2014 with the order ID 28702303 and made the payment of Rs. 380 on that day by net banking. But my product is still not dispatched. I mailed them many times and they replied "WE ARE SOON DELIVERING". But they are so irresponsible that they are harassing me in many ways. Now I want my money back. Please take some immediate action.

                      Sir/Madam, I ordered a Cotton kurthi on 20 Nov 2014, 05:16 PM which was not delivered and I complained on 02 Dec 2014 to shopclues for not receiving the product, on 5 Dec they told me that it will be delivered within 24-48 hours. I didn't get any parcel till today (12 Dec 2014). I have been following them so far but yet there is no action taken for my request and there is no response from them. I don't want to loose my money. Kindly help me to get my parcel & I Request you to take a strong action against Shopclues, I hope my complaint will be resolved very soon.

                          I have ordered a product a product from your site and have cancelled it also immediately because I found my self being cheated, In spite of that the product got delivered, I was not in my office and the currier boy delivered it to my reception, without any intimation to me. I called to your customer care they were very rude to me and didn’t even spoke properly. I request you to please return this product otherwise I will take this to several customer forums & to media also.

Product picture shown above is very different from the actual product delivered. Its a cheap china made film that should not cost more than 10 Rs. I have spent 209 Rs. for this sit. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE ONLINE SHOP PORTAL DOES NOT VARIFY THE SELLER PRODUCTS. I AM VERY SAD TO SEE THE PRODUCT ITS INDIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE SHOWN above, ITS LIKE A THIN CON*** FILM THAT EVEN DOES NOT PASTE INTO MY KEYBOARD. I HAVE 70K LAPTOP AND I CAN'T STICK MY KEOBOARD WITH THIS TYPE OF SIT. TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY... Is there anyone who can help me to recover my 209 Rs. from shopclues?                               I placed an order on ShopCLues.com on 01-Dec-2014 for Rs. 3998. Order number 28367683. At the time of placing the order I informed shopclues in customer notes that I will NOT be available at delivery location after 08-Dec-2014. Again on 04-Dec, 05-Dec and 08-Dec I called them and informed the same thing. I was informed that order will be delivered on 08-Dec. I did not receive delivery till 08-Dec-14. Then on 08-Dec, I told them to cancel the order (Complaint ticket number 1562894) since I will not be available at delivery location after 08-Dec. I wrote an email also asking the same thing. Instead of cancelling the order ShopCLues informed me that order will be delivered on o9-December. I responded that I will no longer be present at that address but instead of listening they shipped my item to the invalid address. Now they are saying that item has been delivered to me, but I dont have the item and they are not refunding the amount.

I buied a rubiks cube from the category of sunday flea market.The product costed 299 but With discount plus shipping the cost of the product became 63 rupees but the product which was delivered to me on 11th Dec 2014 was not worth of rupees 10 in the market the plastic quality D grade and it was broken also. I am regular customer of shopclues and I have never expected this type of bluffing service from this site.                                     Hi, I have ordered one JBL pulse from Shopclues on 16th October, Order No: 23477021. For quality reasons I have placed a return request and the same was returned to them by Nov 3rd. Return request id: 535753. The status of the return shows as "Return Request Complete'. However, even after 40 days there is no refund done yet! I have written to them multiple times, but there was no response on when I would receive the money. I feel cheated. There is no customer support number given on their site too, to call them up. Please help! Thanks, Preetham.

                                    The amount has been refunded today. I am glad its finally done but not happy that it took 45 days! Never got any response from Shopclues about the reason for delay.

                                    Additional Information: The refund is supposed to be done on my Credit Card through which the transaction was done.
                                    Its really sad that the refund has not been done even after 40 days!
                                    It has been refunded today. However, I strongly believe it should not taken 45 days for refund. Never going to Shop again with Shopclues.
