My order no.3273166 placed on 03 May 2013, 02:46 PM I received this product in a non working condition and when have complaint about the order within a weeks time there was no resolution from shopclues.com and now today I received a call from shopclues.com for this complaint just to inform me that this order was placed long back and as complaint was still opened from my end so call was to inform me that the executive cannot help me now and believe me it was in a threatening way he was talking to me and after he saying he himself disconnected the call by his on wish. REALLY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

    I ordered a Mens Leather Jacket (black with red stripes on arms). The Order number is 29206119. This was shipped through BlueDart courier on 19 Dec 2014, at 12:45 p.m. The jacket I received is a brown nylon (rain coat material). The zipper of the hood attached to the jacket is also broken. Totally a false and defective product by Shopclues.com Below are the attached pics of what I oredered and what I received.

      I have ordered a blackberry Z1mobile through shopclues.com I received the product which was not having any wawarranwarranty so I returned the product back through the courier arranged by the company itself ..I have not received my Money yet ...Im trying to call the customer care but no response from there side ...im fed up waiting I want to get the money back but Im not able to understand what to do...feel cheated from the company

        I ordered a gym gloves for my weightlifting competition on 29th November. They said the order would be delivered on 9th of December. But today my competition was over and still I didn't get my item. I tried cancelling the order but the shopclues website said they wont be able to cancel still it is in shipped status. They asked me to reject the courier and get my refund. But I didn't get any updates on my order from the courier 'First Flight'. I want my amount refund.           I have ordered a Casio Edifice watch from Shopclues.com Found that it was a duplicate and didn't even work. This happened on Mid of November. Submitted a refund request immediately after receiving the product. I had been contacting them for the past one month and they say we have not yet received the product from the courier people. Wondering which courier is shipping for more than a month. They delay the refund purposefully to gain interest from bank. F. !! Hell with shop clues.
          I have checked the courier service's website and found that the returned product got delivered to ShopClues on 10th Dec itself. But the customer care at ShopClues say it is not updated at their end.
          I seriously ******up myself with shopclues . . . :(

                  OREDR NO : 27338569 I think ShopClues is taking customers' as they wish. If someone books 100 orders on COD and if they do not take, what will be the fate of E-based online suppliers. heavy loss will be there and even companies may go to bounce. Why 100% payment is insisted from customers by Shopclues first of all ? it is just not to take any chance of cancellation of order. Keeping faith in Shopclues, placed the order. One thing you should bear in mind is - If stock is there only you will give a special price and accept the payment. First Read the mails fully and hear to the customer fully. Remember customers' are not fools just to accept whatever you say. You cancelled the order without even informing customer and sent message Refund order will be initiated if not supply by 8th Dec. Then why you have taken the advance. Just to money laundering is it and enjoy the fund liquidity. Really Shopclues caused me mental agony for which I can not accept the refund of your money. I want only for the specific performance of the order and not even the alternate product suggested by me now. I have given enough option but Shopclues are taking it very light just giving information like a recorded one which is not at all tolerable by the aggrieved customer, who ever it may be. With how many people you had done like this I do not know. Every recordings spoke to your personnel are with me. I know every log records will be kept in your custody. Even now I insist on the product but not the money. Hope you will not loose your customers... If you still want, i will attach all the log files and send to you. An action from your end is highly appreciated.

                        I had ordered led tv from shopclues.com and my order no is 28330745. On 11/12/2014 it got delived.when i opened the tv box i didn't find remote control, warranty card and manual of the tv.on the same day 11/12/2014 i had filed return request and also spoken to customer care.they told me that it would be resolved within 24-48 hours.but after 7 days of filing complaint the status is still same and they have not provided me any kind of resolution to the problem.in the period of 7 days i have spoken so many times(around 10 times) to customer care and each time they had given new time period(another 24-48 hours) to solve my issue.i need it to escalate this issue to media as well and higher officials of consumer protection department so that i can get proper resolution for my problem.

                          I bought a samsung 32H5500 LED TV by paying 31000 from shopclues.com with order id 27344557 on 21st nov 2014, and got it on 09-dec-2014, i.e. after 19 days. While buying the product it was clearly mentioned in their website that the product has 1 year of warranty also they mentioned they have 10 days of money back policy if customer is unsatishfied. Once I got the tv I found that it do not have any warranty and same was confirmed by samsung india that TV do not have any warranty. I have been calling them for past 10 days and writing them mail to take back the product and return my full money but they are not replying anything to me and in their website they have mentioned the issue as closed.

                            Dear Sir/Mam, I have ordered Multiple items from Shop Clues online portal on 26.10.2014 & 29.10.2014. But, some items are showing delivered, even the product is still to be delivered, some are delivered at wrong address and some are delivered damaged. I logged the various complaints on their customer care but still no action is taken by them. I have also requested for refund my amount. But they are also not refunding my amount. Every time they are keeping them side by saying sorry, we will assist you shortly. But it is really the height of frustration. Almost 2 months is going to be over but my all products are still to be delivered. After logging the complaint they even don't bother to call me to inform about any updates. Today, I tried to contact Customer Care (Mr. Manish Tripathi) again to enquiry my product. Initially they talked for a while after that they disconnected my call when i asked them to transfer my call to senior person. I tried again and this time i had a words with (Mr. Joseph) and he committed me that my senior person (Mr. Manish Tiwari) will call you by evening 5:00 PM as all senior persons are busy right now. But they failed to contact me. I am filing this complaint after getting frustrated with this Fraud Organisation. Also, my request you to please take serious action against them as soon as possible an d also if possible, kindly shut their organisation. My various Colleagues also facing same problem.                               Order No[protected] On 16th Oct 2014, I had ordered "hard rock pack of 5 premium cushion filler set of (16 x 16 inch)", for Rs 207, from www.shopclues.com. But till now I have not received this order nor my money has been refunded yet. When I traced this order in Dtzot courier, it's showing product delivered, but I have not received the product. I got a reply from shopclues that, I have already received the product. In this way I was cheated by shopclues and it's associate courier. Please do the necessary ASAP, so that at least I can get back my money.

                                    This complaint is regarding my online purchase on shopclues for order number#29435027. I have ordered Samsung galaxy core 2 mobile phone on shopclues on 11th December 2014 under 'Great Indian shopping festival scheme' and got a discount of 50% on this mobile phone. I did a successful online payment of Rupees 4074 using SBI net banking. After 2 days of my purchase I got an email from Shopclues that there is slight procurement delay of this product from the merchant and you may need to wait for more days. I was fine with that so today (16th December 2014) morning I called in their customer care and requested them to deliver it when the product is available. Few hours later, Shopclues changed the status of the order as 'cancellation initiated'. This is very unfair of shopclues and they are cheating the consumers by ill trade practices. even in past they have done similar frauds, they woo customers by displaying the discounts and keep the payment for multiple days with them. Later they initiate the cancellation on their own and refund the amount after long wait. I do not want this order to be cancelled by Shopclues. I want Samsung Core 2 mobile phone to be delivered to me as soon as possible, I have already have made the payment so I want my product to be delivered by them. Failing on which I will fight a legal battle with them by filing the case in consumer forum and ask for the appropriate compensation against the problems I have faced and the fraud they are doing with me.
