hi, i have ordered Pack of 3 Slim Fit Formal Trousers for Men from shopclues.com on 26th oct and is not delivered order no :73504137, ticket no:4931564 please send courier tracking number

I have purchased a spy key chain on shop clues and my order no. Is 28904767 but this product does not work . This is not good for your company . Pls do something otherwise I will complain in cosumer cell . My conact no. Is [protected]

I had ordered for one White Cotton Dupatta from shopclues (ORDER NUMBER[protected].
I have not received it yet but the status is showing delivered.
Resolve this issue immediately.

I had returned three product on shop clues on 21st February after few days i had received refund of two products only then 25 days passed and still i had not received the payment of 3rd product then i called shop clues customer care about the refund of my product they told me that they had not received the product so for that i had to send the docket number given me by the delivery boy who came to receive the product . I had also send the docket number to them but still they had not refunded my remaining balance and their customer service is also very poor no one receives call until you call them 5 to 7 times. Please refund my amount as quick as possible.ORDER NO:[protected] and 35381185 its a blanket they never send the product they show.

I ordered Samsung 48H5100 48 Inches Full HD LED Television Joy Series on 21 March 2015 (Order No:[protected] .I received the product on 26 March 2015. I did not receive remote, power cord and user manual inside the box. It gave a picture that they had given me display TV model, claiming as brand new.Hence i raised the return request on same day and asked for the Refund.

They did not worked on my return request even after number of call (Contact No:[protected] and mails. I am giving details about the Ticket No which was generated by shopclues support team. Here are the details chronologically:

Please do needful at the earliest.If not, I will be forced to go to consumer court for the same.

shopclues team i received a rpl at 3 pm today from your customer support and they are still giving me the same rpl that the money has been credited in my account, though i had provided my bank statement, i had even spoken to my bank twice but the money hasn't come yet ... if you people have refunded the money then share the transaction details along with a screenshot.
