Hi, I have ordered Roti Maker from Shopclues.com on 9th Dec, 2014 and is not delivered yet. Its been 20 days. I received an email on 11th Dec, 2014 that i will receive the order by 14th Dec, 2014 . But yet order is not delivered and i can not even check the status via courier partner. Do you guys make fool of the people like this only. I had ordered 4 blanket set on sunday 21 december 2014 with order no. 30910063 and as per process i made the payment.But, shop clues's saying that transaction not confirmed but money was anyway deducted from my account and i have a bank confirmation and transaction details, saying that money has been transferred to shop clues account. I have given up this issue and never ever trust Shopclues.com

I have not received it yet but the status is showing delivered.

I ordered JBL T100A In Ear Earphones on 9th December, 2014 at 11.55 pm. I received a confirmation email as well as a text message confirming my order. It was suppose to reach me by 17th December. But the site still shows that there is a procurement delay from the merchant due to which they are unable to process the order. This is the status of the order from the day I have ordered the earphones. They even took two days extra time from me and told the order will be delivered by 20th Decembe, 2014. But still I didnt get a response.

bought a mobile of 1400 @ 299 in GOSF sale from shopclues. They kept my money for some days & then cancelled the order stating no inventory but are still selling that phone at higher price. They are just accumulating customers money & earning from the interest. My order ID is 29377613 BSNL Champion SQ 181. And don't say that you refund the money

I had returned three product on shop clues on 21st February after few days i had received refund of two products only then 25 days passed and still i had not received the payment of 3rd product then i called shop clues customer care about the refund of my product they told me that they had not received the product so for that i had to send the docket number given me by the delivery boy who came to receive the product . I had also send the docket number to them but still they had not refunded my remaining balance and their customer service is also very poor no one receives call until you call them 5 to 7 times. Please refund my amount as quick as possible.ORDER NO:[protected] and 35381185 its a blanket they never send the product they show.

I ordered Samsung 48H5100 48 Inches Full HD LED Television Joy Series on 21 March 2015 (Order No:[protected] .I received the product on 26 March 2015. I did not receive remote, power cord and user manual inside the box. It gave a picture that they had given me display TV model, claiming as brand new.Hence i raised the return request on same day and asked for the Refund.

They did not worked on my return request even after number of call (Contact No:[protected] and mails. I am giving details about the Ticket No which was generated by shopclues support team. Here are the details chronologically:

Your request has been logged with ticket number 2475691, please use the same email for further communication. We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days.

I had placed an Order Id :29473673 on Dec 11, 2014. Shop clues had promised to deliver the order till 19 december 2014. But today is 20 december 2014 & my order is not shipped till today. I had tried to contact shopclues many times on their helpline number & via email also but they are just saying me to wait & wait. They just said that my order will be shipped soon. I had already paid required amount Rs 398 via Debit Card. This kind of behaviour is really not expected from Shop clues. plz help!...

Hi team, i am facing some really serious issues with shopclues, i had ordered for a product (order is[protected] on 6th november and the same hasn't been delivered yet, i even checked with the courier people but as per them the shopclues team has taken back the courier from them instead of sending it to me, i have sent across many mails to them but they aren't responding to any . I have one more issue with shopclues, as i ordered for a product (order id[protected] on 16 nov and on receiving the same i found it to be damaged and hence requested for return/refund, they accepted the same but the money hasn't come back to my cr card yet though its has been a month. in both the above cases i have sent atleast 15-20 mails but haven't received any revert.

shopclues team i received a rpl at 3 pm today from your customer support and they are still giving me the same rpl that the money has been credited in my account, though i had provided my bank statement, i had even spoken to my bank twice but the money hasn't come yet ... if you people have refunded the money then share the transaction details along with a screenshot.
