My SHOPCLUES.COM orderID 21429403 worth amount Rs. 52606/-
(paid thru net banking) was delivered on oct 02, 2014 around 4.50 p.m. My
Return / Refund Request ID 480687 wasfiled on same day around 5.59 p.m. I
received a defective piece for HP laptop with a dent in the middle at the front
side near the touchpad. When I opened the parcel, I found that the laptop was
pressed in the front side and then I did not even start windows os to check if
other things were fine or not. Immediately within an hour on the same day, I
packed up the laptop in the same way it had come and filed return request for
refund along with pictures of defective laptop. Till date I have not received
any concrete reply regarding reverse pick up & refund.
Their customer care service is very pathetic and slow. Their
phone call gets connected only after you wait for about 20 minutes. I must have
wasted atleast 200 bucks since oct 02, 2014 in phone calls, with only one reply
that 'you must wait for 24-48 hrs, our team is working on your return request'.
They also hardly communicate properly thru emails, so far they have only sent
me reply mails twice (without any proper answer) despite of the fact that I
have sent them atleast 7-8 mails and given 10-12 phone calls regarding the
matter. Till date my issue has not been resolved and even reverse pickup for
laptop has not been done even though their return policy suggests 10 day
replacement / refund.
I want an immediate action on this matter with refund/replacement
process to be initiated at the earliest possible. Why a customer should suffer
and wait for so many days, when shopclues sends a visibly defective product and
when customer has immediately filed a return request )just after opening the
parcel?
This is my second complain as for my first complain, there was no response from shopclues.
