my order no: 22460537 of shop clues was a betrayal. i got the after 11 days although shop clues promised for the same in 2-3 days. The quality of order is very bad, no spec meets what they promised on website, Now when i filed for return, website says no return is possible on this order, however during purchare they said for 10 days hassle free return. i got the product on 18/10/2014.

        faulty item delivered and cheated me, customer support is too bad. Order Date and Number:-10 Oct 2014, 11:05 PM 22585281 Product Name:- Aluminium Casing POWER BANK 10400mah For XIAOMI Samsung Mi3 POWERBANK SILVER OEM (QTY:1) Return Number and Date:- 508965, 18 Oct 2014, 08:04 AM Status :- Return Rejected by Merchant requested sir/mam, i order this product(as mention above) from shop clues. it is totally worst product. 1. they game wrong Color product. i ordered silver they gave me golden. 2. According to their specification product capacity is 10400 mah so, 2000 mah mobile should charge for at list 5 times but i am not able to charge even 1 time full charge sometimes it charge 3 times but most of the time it charge only 1 time. i delivered this product on 15th oct and Return and Refund is requested by me on date 18 oct but it gives the status that return is rejected by merchant. i tried lots of time to call the customer care phone number but not able to contact them.Really very poor service from shopclues. Very Disappointed. I haven't paid a money for such type of faulty product. waiting for Positive Action

        Requested sir,
        my return requested date is 18th oct 2014. and after requested above complaint shopclues picked up my courier. and they gave me return tracking number. But with return tracking number i am not able to track it gives error. Moreover, i mailed to shopclues customer care and tried to call lots of time but asusual i am not able to contact customer care.           I buy a Beats by Dr.Dre Studio / Mixr Headphones Special Editions OEM on 6th Oct, 2014 at 2:50 pm through online shopping by shop clues and make the payment online but till now I did not receive the product and cannot track it also. It show last detail of 9th Oct, 2014 and it was told that I will receive the product by 16th Oct. When i complain about it they are providing me a ticket number and telling that they will get back to me within two working days but I am getting no positive response. Product details are Product: Beats by Dr.Dre Studio / Mixr Headphones Special Editions OEM Order number: 22096379 Tracking number: [protected] Cost: Rs 449 + 19 shipping charge. So kindly help me.

          Now they are telling that my product is lost after two weeks. I have order it on 6th Oct and on 20th Oct they are showing the product is lost.

              Hi, I have ordered a momy poko pant, Order# 22249123, My payment has been successful, transaction#[protected], amount : Rs 524/- but shopclues said order not completed. I have emailed them 9 times to solve the problem but the did not respond on my email properly. Bank reply regarding the issue is this: "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX2696 for a purchase worth Rs524 on POS [protected] at Clues_Network_PayU txn#[protected]". Its a kind of harassment they are doing and the worst customer service from shopcluses

              please resolve my issues . payment debited from bank account but shopclues is denying any payments .this is insane even after 3 days .

                hello, I had ordered a flip cover, but the quality is very very poor, even the cover which are available near by road side are much better than this, i complained the customer care executive, but he said that nothing can be done about the quality, I again complained online, but they refuesd saying that the quality is good, am highly disappointed by their behaviour.

                  I received the packet for order# 22132653 with no ear plugs in it.Packet was intact and seal was not broken.Only things that I found in the packet was the bill and the instructions leaflet.It appears your dispatch team of shopclues has forgotten to put the ear plugs in the packet.Want the item to be redelivered or refund my amount ASAP.

                    I would like to share my feelings with you, that i had done shopping first time with shopclues on request of my friend, that this site is also very nice, and i have placed an order also having order no. 22392605 & 22395775 but till date i had not received the sonsignment & upon query found that the order number & courier tracking number which was sms to me does't exsist. apart form this i had loged complain also having complain no.1207934 but result is ZERO.                         I have ordered samsung galaxy grand 2 phone but they have delivered me after a long days duplicate product and that s defective, I did a complaint but they said we will do the replacement but till the date they didn't did that, it is 1 month crossed, every time they are saying me a lie. is there have any way to fix the issue?

                        This is with reference to your request received for return against the order no. 20120073. As per my request, the request has been approved i.e. To Replace.
                        and alos you people said that "reverse pickup has been scheduled and one of our courier agencies will reach you in next 6-7 business days."

                        after that lots of time I have contacted to you via phone and via your support option that you are saying the same. and it is almost crossing the month.
                        and since yesterday I am trying to contact you via phone but its not accessable. Not able to connect via phone by your website mention no. i.e.[protected]

                        every times you people said to me a lie. Your executive and supervisor every one said me a lie.. not for a single time.., every one says give me 2 days time.. I have given to your executive.
                        but no response.
                        have receive lots of time mail... but those are useless.

                          Respected Shopclues, With reference to My Order: 22503731, the order has been shipped on 11-Oct-2014, but from that day the status is showing 'Shipped - Possible Delay in Transit', or nor it is been able to track at your courier partner's website. So i request you to please cancel the order if you are not able to deliver the product. Really this is third class service from you, because with reference to my combined Order: 22503727, out of three item you are just able to deliver only 1 item. Really very poor service from shopclues. Very Disappointed.

                              Hello, On 21st Sept-2014 I have purchase a product from shopclues.com, order no 20760351 and they sent me invoice on the same day and also mentioned that the product(2 legher belt) would be delivered with in 29th sept to 1st oct-2014.As per there status the product had came in Goria Bluedart office.The did not contact me and update that they did not trace my house.I talked with bluedart on 7th oct and give them near location and details how to come my house if they unable to do that I can collect the product.They confirmed me that the product will delivered within 9th oct-2014 and suddenly i got a mail that the product return to origin. I called shopclues regarding the product return and they told me that the product re-send me again.On 14th oct they mail me that the product could not delivered due to deal close and refund me the amount with in 2 week. Again I told them that I need this product because I paid them with in deal period and they invoiced me also then how can they told that the product can not delivered.I called them on 16th and offered them that the currier charges again I will give them but they do not agree. Please help me I need this product and not money.If I purchase the product and paid full amount including currier charges then why they did not give the product of mine.Now there responsibility that how do they return this product I wll give them the currier charges also.                                   Hi Team, This is regarding the order number[protected], Its been 2 months now I have placed this order though amount has been deducted but the product is not delivered to me yet. When I track my shipment it says delivered which is not true as I have not received my shipment yet? In the online status I can clearly see that the shipment delivered somewhere in Delhi whereas my delivery address is Ghaziabad. In-fact shopclues couldn't able to provide me the proof of delivery. I have written so many email and called thousand times in customer support, but every time either they don't have any answer or they just said we will get back to you in 2 days.. Customer care and online support issue report was not responsive at all. Shopclues is a cheating company.

                                      This online shopping site has literally harassed me now while I submitted a complaint last week, and they mailed me on 6th with time span of 7-9 business days, again as per the telephonic conversation...They are again asking me for a week My order number is 18839221 and as per my mobile bill, I've spent 121 bucks to call them till date! Badly disgusted! If they don't refund our money, I invite all the shopclues buyers who have faced similar situation with them to come ahead and slap notice on this company The first page itself shows up three shopclues complaints Doesn't surprise!
