This online shopping site has literally harassed me now while I submitted a complaint last week, and they mailed me on 6th with time span of 7-9 business days, again as per the telephonic conversation...They are again asking me for a week My order number is 18839221 and as per my mobile bill, I've spent 121 bucks to call them till date! Badly disgusted! If they don't refund our money, I invite all the shopclues buyers who have faced similar situation with them to come ahead and slap notice on this company The first page itself shows up three shopclues complaints Doesn't surprise!

        I ordered a product at Shopclues.com and the payment was deducted at the same time from my bank account, however, order status states that payment is pending. After a few calls and emails Shopclues said that there is some problem with the payment gateway so you should wait for 48 Hrs. Now it has been more than 120 hrs, they have stopped responses to email and moreover as per my experience what Shopclues is doing that they are blocking their customer's numbers so that they can not call or follow up on complaint. As I had been trying with my number many times but it said that due to network congestion call could not be connected and then I used another number to call and it got connected in the first attempt. Now they have blocked both the numbers so I am not able to contact them at all. Not sure if there is an effective mechanism or policy against this kind of treatment companies are giving to their customers in India. Please look into this and do the needful.

          I placed the order on 14th Oct and nothing is happening on the status no intimation on what's happening with the shipment. And the customer care pathetic no response at all. I left an email no response for tat too. Are guys real or is it a spam. I really want my order in my place by 20th Oct. This is so very annoying. This will be my last purchase. The seller ( ZapZoop) has stock and is still selling the product at higher prices, I have attached the images of the order placed and other images, This is not only disappointing but also unethical by the seller, I have paid for the order on 11th of october, and they have informed me that the order status has been cancelled and have given no reason for the same.                     ORDER 21673335 I ordered a Sound bar philips 475U from ShopClues and just got the woofer delivered and dis not receive the soundbar. The ordr was placed on 1st Oct and I got the defected froduct on 13th Oct. Inspite of opening multiple requests to them since the last 3 days. They have not even cared to reply. This is really bad. Also to add the phone support never get connected and even if they connect they will say " Will update you in 48 hours", but no solutions yet. I really feel this is some sort of a scam Please replace the missing product or return my money.

                          Hi, i had ordered the Xperia Z2 at a good price as it was shown in stock on shopclues.com. after a day i received a message saying delay in procurement. so i called up there customer care to inquire what s the issue when the product was already in stock. they said. they will process the order soon after two days when i opened shopclues.com to see what was the status. i was shocked to see that my order was cancelled.. surely it wasnt done by me.. so i tried calling customer care but this time i wasnt able to reach them at all. so i started complaining online. they replied due to inavailability of stock they had cancelled the order. I was like what is this while purchasing it was in stock. even after the online ordered the product was showing in stock. but some how they cacelled the order. after two days i again receive an sms from my bank ( credit card) for payment being processed and converted to EMI. Such a fraud company what can be done. they wasted my time. .I will be charged for EMI. overall my credit in family and friends is also hindered due to such a vendor.. should nt this be stop.. immediately by government.

                            Please dont ever buy anything form shopclues, it is fraud site. i had a worst experience with shopclues, for this diwali i had planned to buy a hometheator and order from shopclues, i had to recive product in a week and in worse condition i had to recive atleast for two weeks, but i dint recieve order, still item is not procured from merchant as it is not available, and they even did not notify me thru mails, or messages. i been waiting for it as a stupid with some hope. and now i had canceled order after 20 days, ont sure my money would be refunded, i beeen cheated.. how do i complian on thse fraud people. i lost money time, and this diwali end worsley..i thot to suprise my family with this home theator. now the money i kept to buy this were gone, again i had to save money to buy this.. pls guys dnt follow shopclues, snapdeal

                                I have placed order for shoes on shopsclues.com, Order NO. 22631083, Order confirmed on 11th OCT 2014, The money has been paid in advance by my credit card, shops clue promise to deliver product in 72 hrs, Still I have not received any communication from ur side, neither product is out for delivery nor received any clarification for delay, Even after continuous calling to customer care.. why they have open a CC if no body is responding, it is continuously engaged with no response, People pay more in phone calls than the value of order.. send me clarification asap..                                 Rubbish services fake side, first work on Ur basic services than on start dealing, , return my money asap..

                                      My Order no is 13403727. This order was placed with shopclues on 29 Apr 2014, 07:44 pm. I have returned the order items to shopclues & it has reached them on 5th May. Since then I have not received any refund amount from them.

                                        I had placed an Order on 05/10/2014 and made online payments, I recd. the confirmation of the Order at 20.09 hrs on 05/10/2014. On 06/10/2014 at 16.03 hrs I recd the message (SMS) from SHOPCLUES confirming the dispatch vide E-COM Tracking No.[protected]. It is already more than EIGHT DAYS but the ordered item has not been delivered. May I know how much time will be needed by the SHOPCLUES to deliver the Oreder item?
