I purchased a battery online but got wrong product. I have asked for return but getting no response from last 10 days. When calling Customer care, they say that update will be provided in 1-2 days but not getting any. Same thing also happened with my first order, got wrong product and again returned it. Worst experience with shopclues. Din't expected such services by this global brand.

    i have been complaining since two months but still now i am not getting any refund .. what is this irresponsible behavior ?? whenever i complaint shopclues said that ur money will be refunded in two working days... but still not no refund by shopclues.. they have said that we have approved your request but from 2 months no money refund is given by them. my order no is 16003305 .

      I happened to purchase a headset on 28-Aug-2014 which was projected as Monster Beats Headphone With Mic.The order reference is:19276109. I have received the product already on 01-Sep-2014 but the status in shopclues portal is yet to be dispatched. At this point of time, it seems to me that the status update is being delayed intentionally so that the buyer will be frustrated and will not complaint against the received product. Regarding the product quality, It is a roadside cheap quality product and the audio experience is horrible. It's MIC is placed on a plastic body whose colour is faded after the testing of the headset. I tried calling shopclues customer care on:[protected] to initiate return but I was kept on hold for nearly 14 mins without any response. Considering all of these incidents it is evident that they are not at all ready to server the customers regarding the refund/replacement. Please guide me to a channel where I can get my issue addressed. I am really pissed off with your support. I have a valid account through which I have ordered this product. You have closed the complaint by stating above response. When I tried re-opening it it says I have to login though I logged in already and the session is active on the other tab of the same browser. When I key in my credentials it says that user-id/password doesn't match with your records. When I tried to reset the password there is a tab to keyin my registered mail id. After keying in my mail id neither there was a link sent to my mail id to reset nor redirected me to reset it. If I summarize this, you are quite reluctant to answer the queries raised post sale. You don't bother what kind of product is delivered. You intentionally sell fake products. Offlate, I found that the review I have given for this product is not visible.         Shopclues.com is a big fraud company. I placed a pre-paid order for reading Spy stylish wrist watch with camera HD with order number "10894512" and purchased dated on 04/02/2014, the product is not delivered to me. the product also returned to merchant but yet now i didnt get my mount.I tired to contact their customer care through mail and phone more than13 times literally. But, their is no one responds. i had lot of trouble due this. almost i have spent half a year for my clarification You can check the shipping status of the product by going to Shopclues.com. I request please refund my money soon.

          I had purchased a gas burner from Shopclues on 17th september, 2014 (Order No.[protected]. When i did not receive the product even after 1 week, i registered a complaint with Shopclues. As no action was taken i called their customer support. They said that they will talk to the courier company and let me know the correct status. I waited for 2 days and when again nobody from shopclues contacted me I again called their customer support who again asked me "Sir what is the issue? You have not recieved your product? Ok i'll check the status from the courier website" !! After so many days i was shocked to listen that they had not looked into the issue AT ALL and were again asking me about the problem with the order. I suspect that Shopclues has played fraud on me and is now trying to avoid me. I'll wait for 2-3 days more and i'll then send them a legal notice and initate the judicial process. I am writing this so that other innocent buyers dont fall into their trap.

            ordered a HP Pavilion 15-P045TX Laptop (Intel Core i7/ 8GB/ 1TB/ Win8.1/ 2GB) Snow White, order no.20275369. on 13th. The expected date was 23rd sept. but on 23rd they are showing that the product has been returned to merchant. tried to call many times to customer support but they didn't respond (there isn't any toll free no. wasted my time and money). already paid the rs. 52606 through sbi net banking. till now didn't get refund.

                    I bought an exercise cycle from Shopclues about 3 months ago. It covers the product under the warranty for 1 year. The wheel of the cycle got jammed up and is not useful for any workout. I wrote to the Shopclues team and they wrote back asking me to contact the seller directly which was not acceptable to me as I bought the product knowing Shopclues and not the seller. They wrote back to me asking me to send a pic of the problem and this clearly states that without reading or understanding the problem they just asked for the pics as how would I take a pic of the wheel getting jammed (May be a pic where I am trying to move the wheel with a constipated look on my face would help). Ever since I have been sending reminders to them but inefficiency of the company has been highlighted here in responding to the customer. I hope my complaint is looked into at least now.                         I have ordered Samsung earphones which were defective. I requested for refund . There is no refund. OrderNo:17947433 OrderDate:05 Aug 2014 Delivered Date:Sat, 9 Aug Refund Request:12 Aug 2014 Please do help me with refund. Most of the products here are defective, Used one's. Action should be taken .
                        Product was duplicate. It was defective, not functioning properly. Within a week few parts of earphones broken. Really cheating. Consumer Court should take very strict action against this company.

                              i purchased many products from shopclues.com ie wallet, tiffin & watch as they show high discount but actually the prices of that products are worst they are all of very low quality ie purchased from roadside . they are all fake and unauthenticate the product are being purchased from CHor bazzar and sold via different sellers that all are involved in havala transactions .they also delay in delivery and provide a worst customer care service .as i complaint them 100 a times but there is no satisfactory response from them and they make a loss to me.they said there 10 days are over they free from their liablity . my order ID is 19851659 of Lunch Box With 4 pcs.                                   I have order for sony powerbank of 10000 m.a.h And my order no is 22202051. They have send me duplicate chineese product.which not work properly.

                                    sir i want to change my slipper size from 8 to 9.Shopclue courier server has already taken my slipper for more than 12 days.but still i have not get any response from them.what will say about their service sir i am just irritating.please take necessary steps immediately.I have ordered on 24/8/14, got the product on 3/9/14, meet the returned courier server on 9/9/14 and they take my product for replacement for more than 12days.I paid money more than 26days and still not able to use this.Just regretting for purchasing my product from shopclue.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, I was purchased MT Beats Bluetooth Speaker Code: 4167098 from your site on 02.9.2014. It's playing good but after using 4 times it make noise like a local speaker means its voice is too noisy/can't listen. I am very astonish to see that performance of this product.                                         My name is vishvaprasad. Order number is 19641895. They have cancelled my order and they have initiated my refund after so many mail I received the mail to refund the amount on 9th Sep'14. But the now the amount is not credited. Shopclues people are making consumers full to cancelling their order with the name of wrong pricing. this is my 4 order cancelled with this reason.

                                        Now they said that we have not refunded the amount but we have given cluesbuck. How can your customer support people careless that 1's said refund is initiated now saying given cluesbucks. I dont need the worthless cluesbucks. I want my money refun into my bank account. You pleople are cheating consumer with the name of wrong pricing and giving cluesbuck to buy someother product.
