I Sagar Mahajan had ordered 2 sets of bedsheets of Sai Arpan Attractive Set of 3 double bedsheets combo Design Variants: Design no. 111 (Order No.[protected] dated 21/08/2014 worth Rs. 549 each set (Total-Rs.1098) and received only one set instead of two sets as per order from shipment no. [protected] from Blue Dart on dated 27/08/14. So I want the remaining set of bedsheets as early as possible. Hope for yours positive response.

        I had purchesed one rogan badam tel of humdard . I had made payment (Online) on 30 jul 2014 to shopclues. After 12 days i talk to customer care about my product. On 14 aug i made a complained to refund my money. Till now 26 aug i have not got the item or money .
        Now they are telling item is delivered to my house. Now tell me what to do?

          This is with reference to my Order No. 18333233 dated 12 Aug. 2014. I placed the order on www.shopclues.com for “three burner automatic gas stove" but shopclues took my money and informed me that my product has been shipped to DTDC and the tracking number is Z29975290 on 14 Aug 2014. After some days I cannot track this shipment and went to Imphal DTDC office they informed me that no consignment was made on this number and an email from DTDC had also confirmed that no shipment was made with this number. It is quite clear now that no shipment was made. I called up shopclues customer care 2 times and had a talk with them emailed many times to shopclues but their responses were same saying "we are trying to solve this problem." Finally I can see in my order history of my shopclues account that my product is returned undelivered and I can do nothing until further notice no cancel no refund. What is this Dear shopclues. You make mistake and loaded it upon my head? I don't care about the lost of my money but the kind of cheat you had made on me makes me really annoyed.

            Order No. 18259625 I had placed an order with Shop Clues on 11.8.14 which got cancelled from the merchant's end as they apparently did not have stock. Even after repeatedly calling the customer care, I did not get any response. Even my emails have been conveniently ignored. It has been 14 days and I have till date not my refund. Not even an update.

            I cannot understand why this delay to "return process". Hope you are maintaining customer support to help customers like me.
            I have sent the snapshots also in my two previous mails.
            Still why this refund process haven't started.
            Please take your product back and return my money.

            I have sent this order through DTDC and the consignment number is F08308877. I have requested shopclues to arrange pick up but till day i didn't get any response so i myself couriered this through DTDC you can track using the consignment number shared. Since i have sent the product will you initiate the refund process

            Remeber that i myself couriered this product so i have to get product money as well as courier money which you have promised 300 clues bucks.

            I purchased a brand new mobile iphone 4S for Rs 21, 999 on 29th Aug 2014 through my credit card.

            The Order ID is #19357711.I received the product after one week. The product was surprisingly NOT NEW BUT USED PHONE and it was not unlocked. For example: The instrument was not recognizing character # and whenever I touch voicemail icon (located bottom of the screen), it was making an international call and Rs 5 was deducted instantly.

            I requested for refund duly returning the product. I returned the product on 10th Aug from my side and it was received by the seller on 24th Aug.The order was marked as 'return complete' by Shopclues.

            I have been contacting the customer care for the status of my refund.

            Every time their representative tells me the refund is under process and I will receive the e-mail notification in 24 to 48 hours. They never sent me any message in this regard.

            Every time I called them they have generated ticket number. Some of them are[protected].

            But they never worked on any of the ticket numbers nor have they informed. Their unprofessional attitude towards the customer is deplorable.

            I am still waiting for the refund and no response from the shopclues.com

            I ordered a product and the order no. is 22145369. The product did come to my doorstep but I never took the product and told the courier exec. to take it back . I called the +[protected] a thousand times for the refund but the no. is always busy. I am so upset with this. Please give me my refund else I will go legal. Seems like you are in the business of online fraud.
            I had placed an order on shopclues.com with order no 35267993 dt[protected]. But the order was incomplete as the process got disrupted after payment due to loss of internet conection. Till now I have talked multiple times with the customer support team and every time they are telling it will get reflected in 2-3 days. Still now I have not got refund in my account.             I returned a product to ShopClues.com near about 2 years back but i didn't receive the refund till now. I tried to ask them many a times but they only say the same thing that the refund has been successfully done but in reality I didn't receive the amount. Even on that date there is no transaction in my bank account. I asked the bank about that transaction but they say there is no such transaction. Bank's name is Yes Bank. Bank has asked me to get the method of payment and some kind of transaction id but whenever I try to ask them about it they have no answer. They always keep my call on hold and then they end the call. I am complaining about it after such a long period of time because I came to know about this website yesterday only. So kindly please help me out to get back my money.

            I have called several times to Shopclues but the staff is rude and not helping at all
            I have ordered MI 10400mah power bank in April 2015 at shopclues online shopping on COD basis My order No. is 45407603. I had received Power Bank dated 14th April 2015. I had paid Rs.578/- for it. I checked it and find that content has not proper working. So I am trying to charge it but vain its led lights not indicate proper condition. then I write a complent and mail it to shopclues.com for retrurn the content and refund me, they accept it and send their courier person to reverse pick up, the courier person came dated 22nd April 2015 for reverse pick up. they registered my refund request on 25th April 2015. as per their policy they refund me in 10 to 12 working days but till I haven't got any mail from other sides about my refund or not any call from them.

Product seal was broken and all protien powder got stuck inside the box like a fungus..stick moist substance. . I never hope ths from shopclues ... All health products should covered properly ..Please return my money back very soon because I am professional trainer cant wait long without protien because will affect by body.. Now its more than 22 days I have to pay unnecessary interest to my creditcard company because of shopclues.com I am looking for a compensation because of inconvenience caused by shopclues.com

                      I purchased a pair of shoes from shopclues on 28th december 2014. but when i received the pair ( on 2nd jan 2015) it seems to be Duplicate and was not according to my expectation . so i decided to return it back and put the return request on 7th jan 2015. but on 9th jan 2015, i got a massage that the request has been declined. when i contacted the customer care, Mr Mushir was online but i didn't get any satisfactory answer. ( ticket no :[protected] when i told him that i want to talk to some senior person, he said no senior is available .He assured me that he will process my request on higher priority and I’ll get confirmation mail with in 24-48 hours. But nothing happened. Then again I contacted customer care on 10 jan 2015, this time Mr Aditya was online, I described the whole matter with him, again he assured me that shoes will be returned and I’ll get back the amount in my bank and I’ll get confirmation mail within 24 hours-48 hours. But again wrong commitment from shopclues employees and I have not received any confirmation mail and now they are saying returing the product is against their policies and they will not take back the product ( shoes) .
                      one thing i don’t understand that where i am wrong, that the product ( pair of shoes) delivered by shopclues is not upto my expectation and i want to return it. please do the needful. detail is given below :-

                        Return request refused by ShopClues This is with reference to my Order No. 18500045 dated 15 Aug. 2014. I placed the order on www.shopclues.com for “Bath Towel Pack of 2” offered by BMWC, Ahmedabad, Gujrat. A Packet was delivered to me on 18 Aug. 2014 but the same contained only one towel. I raised a return request No. 406689, under the “10 days hassle free return” policy of the website, for missing item, very same day along with the snapshot of the page displaying the description of the item. Besides the auto acknowledgement from the ShopClues Support Team, I received an email from Mr. Ankush, as under: Shopclues Support, Aug 18 10:19 PM: Dear Anand, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. This is with reference to your query regarding missing quantity or part against order no. 18500045. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.We are coordinating with the courier partners as well as with the Merchant. Meanwhile, kindly confirm that the packet received by you was in intact condition, packed with shrink wrap and ShopClues packaging. Also, send us the images of the Shopclues box highlighting the condition at the time of delivery so that we can expedite further. I replied to this email immediately with image of the screen showing description of material but to receive another email from Mr. Sipratim as below: ShopClues Support, Aug 20 04:26 PM: Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you against order. We value your relationship with us and would like to offer you 50 Clues Bucks which will be credited to your account after your confirmation. Request you to please acknowledge. Once we receive confirmation from your end, we will credit Clues Bucks which will reflect in 3-4 working days in your account. You may keep the product as well with you as we are not arranging reverse pickup for the same. I replied to this mail as follows: Sorry, I fail to understand that why should accept 50 Clues Bucks? Don’t I deserve the product I have paid for?? Kindly arrange to reverse pickup and make full refund or else arrange to send the missing item. But to my surprise, I received from Mr. Supratim the below reply: ShopClues Support, Aug 21 04:53 PM: Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. This is with reference to your query regarding the mentioned order. Based on your concern, we would like to inform you that the product which has been ordered by you is the same which has been delivered to you. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfill your request. My reply to this mail was: Dear Mr. Supratim, Please note that your listing clearly mentions that the offer was for 2 pieces of towel and I have been given only 1 piece. You have also offered 50 Clues Bucks to compensate the same. Now if you try to back off from your commitment then I shall be left with no other option than to stop dealing with ShopClues and raise this matter in public forums on the net. Mr. Supratim replied to my threatening mail as under: ShopClues Support, Aug 22 03:14 PM: Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you against order. We value your relationship with us and would like to offer you 40 Clues Bucks which will be credited to your account after your confirmation. Request you to please acknowledge. Once we receive confirmation from your end, we will credit Clues Bucks which will reflect in 3-4 working days in your account. I was appalled looking at the changing colours of Mr. Supratim. Firstly he apologized and offered 50 Clues Bucks, then he backed off saying that I was given the correct product and then again he took a U-turn and offered 40 Clues Bucks. I was very annoyed at this and wrote back as below: Mr. Supratim, Is this a joke or are you playing some sort of game with me? Earlier you offered 50 Clues Bucks by email sent on Aug 20 at 04:26 PM then you said you will not be able to fulfill my request and now you are offering 40 Clues Bucks for inconvenience caused to me. What exactly are you trying to do? The merchant has failed to supply the product in full as offered on your website and as per your return policy I demand full refund and reverse pickup. I shall be forced to publicise the matter on various online forums if the same is not done within 24 hours. I have not received any reply to my above mail as yet and bringing this to notice of you all so that to be aware and careful of the unethical practices being followed by the online shopping portal.

                          After complaining for shipment issues in this site shopclues.com arrange the shipment with dotzot.in courier with tracking number[protected] but dotzot.in reply mail mention this is not a valid tracking number. This is serious issue shopclues.com cheated me that they shipped the product but actual they do not do that. Please provide me the refund or arrange the shipment as soon as possible with valid tracking number.

                              I ordered two pair of shoes separately via net banking from shopclues on 18 july with order no. 16938229 and 16940179. I requested not to ship with bluedart as service is not available in my area [441001]. Still the parcels were shipped with bluedart. Bluedart has returned the parcel on 7 august as per details on bluedart tracking page. Since then there has been no refund issued. It has been more then a month since the has been placed. Also the helpline number of shopclues is not responding. Shopclues should refund the money soon otherwise there will be even BIGGER complaints. This is my last shopping from shopclues.                                 Hi I have brought a Toshiba laptop from Shopclues but it was stopped working with in 5 months and it's showing the blue screen(ref attached screen shot) When I approaching the Toshiba Laptop service center, they are not taking this for service and they saying that its USA product it doesn’t have international warranty. I am really disappointed that, I purchasing the Product in India and it can’t be serviceable here. As a end customer i brought this laptop in Shopclues and it's their responsibility to fix this issue and provide the proper support to the end customer. To solve this issue, I have raised this issue with Shopclues Request #943227 but no progress so far. I am running behind this for the past two months and still I didn’t get any proper response from them. It would be good, if this laptop to be replaced by you with new one or else let me know the service center in Chennai which can service with warranty.
