Return of tea wrongly listed as 'Green Tea' (order no. 921001059 & 20938931.)

I placed 2 orders for tea displayed as Green Tea. I opened one box and found that it was not that what we buy as 'Green Tea' from any good brand as Organic India. The seller had put up that tea wrongly as green tea. I contacted shopclues for return but they refused to listen and plainly refused return. My SHOPCLUES.COM orderID 21429403 worth amount Rs. 52606/- (paid thru net banking) was delivered on oct 02, 2014 around 4.50 p.m. My Return / Refund Request ID 480687 wasfiled on same day around 5.59 p.m. I received a defective piece for HP laptop with a dent in the middle at the front side near the touchpad. When I opened the parcel, I found that the laptop was pressed in the front side and then I did not even start windows os to check if other things were fine or not. Immediately within an hour on the same day, I packed up the laptop in the same way it had come and filed return request for refund along with pictures of defective laptop. Till date I have not received any concrete reply regarding reverse pick up & refund. Their customer care service is very pathetic and slow. Their phone call gets connected only after you wait for about 20 minutes. I must have wasted atleast 200 bucks since oct 02, 2014 in phone calls, with only one reply that 'you must wait for 24-48 hrs, our team is working on your return request'. They also hardly communicate properly thru emails, so far they have only sent me reply mails twice (without any proper answer) despite of the fact that I have sent them atleast 4-5 mails and given 8-10 phone calls regarding the matter. Till date my issue has not been resolved and even reverse pickup for laptop has not been done even though their return policy suggests 10 day replacement / refund. I want an immediate action on this matter with refund process to be initiated at the earliest possible. Why a customer should suffer and wait for so many days, when shopclues sends a visibly defective product and when customer has immediately filed a return request )just after opening the parcel? (within an hour & without even using/testing the product

As per the telephonic talk with shopclues cust care regarding HP 1 Yr Manufacturer Warranty, I tried to contact HP on this issue .
They issued a case with Case ID #[protected]. But after checking the details and the images, they said that Shopclues.com is not HP authorized dealer. When I told them that Shopclues.com is a mediator, the invoice is from seller DBM Marketing India Pvt. Ltd, they confirmed that the laptop is under warranty and replied that you ask either shopclues or DBM Marketing to revert back to them with the given Case ID.
The laptop is still under HP 1 Yr warranty and I have not been given support from any of the sides i.e. shopclues.com or dbm marketing or HP.
This is the situation of products under warranty in India. I don't know what to say? I urge shopclues.com or dbm marketing india pvt ltd to take this Case forward to HP.
Pls do the needful and revert back.

It's been 20 days and still neither replacement or refund has been intitiated. I have not received any reply on this forum also. Please forward this to shopclues and force them to take action. Moreever shopclues has also closed my return request and changed it's status as resolved with customer and closed. It's the no. 1 cheat online store with no proper return / refund policy. I would suggest everyone never to but anything from shopclues.

            i have booked an order from shopclues on 23 sep 2014 with order # 21076835. I have cancelled my order on 30 sep 2014 due to delay in order . when i called them on 5-oct-2014 for my refund request, they said due to their technical glitch it has been not processed successfully. and they said to wait for 2 working days to process this refund from now, and after 3 days when i called them on 8-oct-20014 they replied the same again to wait for 2 more days. and i am very much worried that this amount will be refunded from them or not... I have paid this amount from Credit card, Also my monthly bill for Creidt card is generated with that 67000.. if this is not refunded by shopclues...i have to pay that amount to bankers in this month which will put me in a trouble. please take any necessary action against shopclues to get this resolved.

When i purchasing this product then 2 times payment was failed (failed order no.21656115,[protected] and third time payment is success. But on 7 oct 2014 failed status was changes it was showing paid. My amount deduct 3 times for one product. 7 oct receive this product i did open and checked i was shocked it was different and low price product.                   1049013 ticket number [protected] (Delhivery Courier) I ordered sony headset on shopclues with order id 18861831where it should deliver to me on 27th of august but i didnt recieved the product still now i contacted customer care on 27th of august (Ticket number provided by them is1049013) and my courier tracking number is [protected] (Delhivery Courier) and it was told by them the problem will be resolved in 4-7 working days but it didnt get resolved. and even cross checked in the logistic site it is showing that my product is delivered to Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. But my actual shipping address is Banjarahills, Hyderabad.                       Please cancel my order having order id 21858873. I called multiple times on your customer support number, but it kept in waiting for a very very long time. Its really sad, that even your customer support number is not toll free. The mobile app has no order cancellation option. This is very weird at the same time raises question as to why would such an important feature be intentionally not made available. What ever be the reason, but it certainly adds to the inconvenience to customers and builds a negative reputation towards the organisation.                             I, Suvalakhmi Borgohain, ordered for an item - Orient Snow Breeze with order ID no.16830663 on 15th Jul 2014. The price of the product was Rs.6543.Then on 28th Jul 2014, Shopclues changed the said product and confirmed me that it will now deliver me item - Orient Actus with code - 641172 with price Rs.5770. Since Shopclues itself changed the product without any intimation to the customer. So i cancelled the entire order. However, after its cancellation on 28th july, Shopclues credited only Rs.5770 instead of my original amount of Rs.6543.Since I had ordered Orient Breeze 1st and an amount of Rs.6543 was debited from my internet banking account, hence the remaining amount Rs.773 is yet to be refunded back in my account. Its been more than 2months and inspite of repeated calls to the customer care and emails, i havent got any response yet. The customer support is ridiculous and totally incapable of solving customer queries.I need an urgent look into the matter and want the remaing amount to be refunded back in my account.

                              order=21690313 sub order=21690317, 21690315 My amount has been deducted from my bank for 2orders Money was deducted by payu and at shopclues it was telling that transaction is not done even after my money is deducted, 2days over no response to my email.how the transaction can fail without any reason it shows transaction failed but i received from payu that my transaction is successful to my mobile and i checked my money was deducted from my bank too.plz resolve this how this type of problems can occur i dont understand.

                                I purchased Samsung Mobile (Order No.[protected] and it got delivered on 29th Aug’14 without Invoice and since then I am chasing Shopclues for Invoice. Following is brief of my case how Shoclues cheated me: 1. Received wrong order on 29th or 30th Aug. (In my office). My office guard handed over me the courier on 01st Sep - Monday. 2. I opened the packed and checked on 01st Sep. I wrote a complaint about wrong product (Samsung Mobile Instrument, wrong color) and wrong Invoice after discussing with Shopclues Customer support. He suggested me to put my complaint under Comment Box of Return Request because no other option is available on the portal. I wrote, I accept the wrong color product but please give proper Invoice. 3. I followed regularly for invoice but expect assurance I didn't received any other response. 4. The product was a gift for someone, so before gifted it I called up support team on 6th Sep to check whether I can gift the product or not. She (Support person) assured if there will any issue I will receive a mail before 6th Sep, 6:00 pm. I didn't received any mail then I myself wrote a mail to you. 5. 12th Sep - I receive SMS that Courier Person is coming to collect Samsung Mobile Instrument. Courier person called me, I said there is not packet for return courier. Same time I called up support team and asked why Courier person came to collect the mobile, then support person put my phone on hold and checked up internally and replied me that our team has checked up with the merchant and according to them there is no Invoice available with them. That's the reason Shopclues send courier person to collect the delivered product. We want you to return it. He also asked me to collect the gift from whom I have gifted and then new mobile will be couriered to me after receiving the wrong product packet. 6. My had a details discussion with Mr. Naresh Rao (Escalation Team Member – Shopclues) - How can a merchant sell products without Proper Invoice? How shopclues deals with such merchants? - I doubt if it is a theft product. - I also doubt you didn't had intention to provide me Proper Invoice. - After 12 days I am receiving a message that Invoice for my product is not available and that too after my repeated requests. 7. I again request you to provide me proper Invoice with correct product details otherwise please return my money. Else this complaint I will do in consumer forum. 8. Mr. Naresh Rao, suggested me to provide the complete details of Mobile like Model No. IMEI No. I provided the details over mail. 9. 21 Sep’14 - Shopclues prepared a Fake Invoice and share with me. I highlighted it and requested to return my money. Mr. Naresh checked internally and shared over phone that company can compensate Rs. 200/- to me close this issue. 10. It became my duty to call daily Shopclues team in the morning and check the status. Mr. Naresh assured me that he got verbal approval from his senior and they will return back the mobile and refund my money. 11. 24th Sep-14 – Rather than return back and refunding my money, Shopclues team again shared one more fake Invoice with incomplete details and said over phone this is final one and Shopclues can’t do anything, I have to accept. The final judgement of Shopclues which Mr. Naresh told me 30th Sep’14 morning over phone, but not ready to give me in writing: • Shopclues is not ready to make any replacement. • Shopclues is not ready to provide proper Invoice, whatever is shared with me I have to accept it. • Shopclues is not ready to compensate me in any manner. Since 1st Sep I am chasing Shopclues team. I wrote mail to Mr. Manish and Mr. Liton, but there is not response from them also. I think, the provided mail id for escalation “[protected]@shopclues.com”is only for name sake, no body checks it and never revert also. I wasted almost 2 hrs. daily with shopclues team over phone. I have log of all transactions which I did via mail. Shopclues mentally harassed me for more than a month and finally shared Invoice which I have to accept it and can’t claim warranty. Shopclues only want to sell their product online by making people fool. They never care for customer satisfaction. Pathetic Company, Disgusting service. Attaching copy of Invoice for reference. I suggest, never do any transaction with Shopclues. I already suggested all my colleagues and friends and they actually stopped using Shopclues website for online shopping.
