    I bought ON serious mass from shopclues on order no 20190681. After taking just one scoop of it, I was getting sleepy and sick for all day. I had to skip office and was feeling very unhealthy. The flavor was too strong that I was getting essence of it all day. I think I also got fake product as looking by other complaints. I have thrown the product and telling to everyone that never buy any suppliment from their website, specially weight gainers

              I bought a godrej taurus safe from seller "Pathways Marketing and Consulting Group" from shopclues. It was delivered in damaged state. One corner was bent and welding came off near it. From packaging it looks like it got damaged during transit by courier company. Shopclues claim 10 day hassle free return. I filed a return request immediately on receiving product. Apart from a mail that they will get back in 3-4 days, no further response. Mails to shopclues are going unreplied. Call center people do not tell anything concrete. More than 10 business days have passed. Only update I found myself on this is "return request declined" in return requests page. regards, -tarun

                I purchased a clock in last week of August and i received a different watch, different from the one described in the site and there has been no procedure of refund implemented by them and i am just wastefully emailing them regularly with no reply, and even some days before they said the watch received by you is correct without even checking the descriptions and i am fed up of them, Please help

I have ordered one Lord ganesha statue worth Rs.990/-, ordered on 22 august 2014 but till now i didnt get my product and they didnt refund my money also. When try to contact them same everytime they use to tell the same think within two days will deliver your product in priority basis but response till now.

                                  Hello Sir, I ordered Philips DSP 2800 5.1 Multimedia Speakers on 06th June 2014 through www.shopclues.com and i received it on 13 th june 2014. When i Opened it I got shocked because there is no Woofer and i requested them for Return. They asked me to Resend the product and we do replacement. I Resend the product to them. Today is 12 sep 2014. 3 months get completed Still i not received my Replacement. There is no proper response from through mail too.. After so many mail from me they responded 15 days before that they initiated Refund.. it will take 1 week to Credit money to ur account. But still i got any amount. So please help me to get Refund amount and Do necessary steps on them.. Please reply me about the current status to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com
