I have ordered mini USB speaker 2.0 from online shopping website named shopclues.com with the order number 19163087.it is conformed by the website on 25 august 2014. i have received defected piece.i have complained in shopclues.com regarding this by phone and i have also forwarded the complained by mail.there is no reply from shopclues website and now they are not picking up my phone.

please help regarding this.

I bought a godrej taurus safe from seller "Pathways Marketing and Consulting Group" from shopclues. It was delivered in damaged state. One corner was bent and welding came off near it. From packaging it looks like it got damaged during transit by courier company. Shopclues claim 10 day hassle free return. I filed a return request immediately on receiving product. Apart from a mail that they will get back in 3-4 days, no further response....
