        Hi First time I did shopping with shopclue.com and such a disappointing experience, I had placed two orders for total 12 products on 24/08/14(check photos), I could not provide correct email id hence did not get any communication(except sms) out of 12 product i received 11 products, out of quality of shoe rack is very poor, holes are not done properly so could not joint it(check photos), the product showed in picture and the product i got there is huge difference, totally disappointed with it. I ordered Swiss knife i got the package but knife was missing. Often i called customer care but no answer only message tone.             I have ordered a product in shopclues, after much delay from the seller they finally delivered it, but when I opened the packages there was a different product. I asked shopeclues customer service for refund but they are saying

            "Dear Amit, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. This is with reference to your order no. 20374805. We express our inability to accept your return request as we have sent you the same product ordered by you. Please refer to http://www.shopclues.com/return-policy.html for return policies. We appreciate your understanding in this matter."

            After that I have tried to reopen the complaints with images of the product I have ordered and the product they delivered but no response from their side. I have also send them the image of delivered product. But still they are refusing to give refund or change the item.

                Comment: I had ordered HP Pavilion Laptop order no 7974299 and the order was prepaid and full payment was received by you . I have received the product Yesterday dated 26/10/2014, after 6 months Laptop +charger given with this Laptop stopped working properly. Charger gets overheated and Laptop is very slow though there is no extra data. When I went to service center they told me that this laptop is out of warranty... I have complaint to shop clues by phone and by e-mail they told me that this product is in seller warranty and gave me his number. When I have called to that person ( Sandeep kanwar ----[protected]) he told me to gain call at his service center and to courier that product to them wherein shop clues call center person told me that they will arrange a pick up... now no on is listening and not ready to help at all. Shop clues is the worst online shopping site.

                  " We are unable to fulfil your order 18018327 as the shipment has been lost during transit and have initiated the order cancellation process for your order "

                  I could understand that courier guys have done some mistake from their end, but the resolution should be faster from shopclues.com & I am not satisfied with cancellation process being waited for 1 month. shopclues.com should give a another product of same quality with Designer Wall Clock and additional cost shopclues.com should compensate for me. Else i would escalate further.

                      I orderd a laptp on 02 Sep 2014, 09:30 PM of laptop my order no is #19325727...i got the product in which keypad is not working and graphic processor also missing...immediatley contacted cc for return and u r seller denird and u r people has updated the status of return as Resolved eith Customer which is totaly nonsense...no call or maill i recieved...then i contact ur cc and told them abt this..they told tht the sler has told laptop doesbt contain a graphic procesor...???i then why have u mentiond this in the laptop specs...u r selling wrong item with wrong description...and still u r people r forwarding the issue

                          Comment: I had ordered IPAD Mini Vide order no 18567581 and the order was prepaid and full payment was received by you . That on receiving full payment you were supposed to send me NEW IPAD Mini as per order placed by me.( SCREEN SHOT OF THE ORDER CAN BE SHARED ON DEMAND) That now I have received the product Yesterday dated 22/08/2014 Time 1600 Hrs and on getting checked with Apple store in Chandigarh (REPORT WITH ME) as the package received was not sealed I am shocked with the fact that product supplied to me is not new and is used and has been in use since July 16/2014 . The pack which was delivered to me was not sealed by APPLE. That if I don't get the replacement i.e NEW SEALED PIECE from your end in 7 days I will take course of law and will file Police Complaint under section 420 &120 IPC That you are hereby requested to send me new piece and get the old one collected. That after completion of notice period that is 7 days I will be filing a consumer complaint and will make you and your vendor party in the Court Of Law at Chandigarh for supplying old and used product and breaching my trust.That the product received is without bill which was also my right.                               my order number is 19382671.this is the reebok watch i ordered it after getting it in my hand i saw that it was the fake product and manufacturing waranty card which was not in the box
                              I had purchased a Beats Mixer Headphone from ShopClues come and it turned out to be a fake.

                              My order ID is[protected]. I tried to fill the online forum for refunding the product but the page never proceeds to the next page after submitting details instead shows page not found. I called them but the phone Rang for 5 minutes and there was no response.

                              Please help me in refunding this product at the earliest.

                                Still no action from yourside for return. Instead you are harassing me to send image of product. After sending image you told me to contact seller. When i contacted the seller he told me that he is not responsible for return, but shopclue team is responsible for it. I am really disappointed to see your service.

                                  I HAVE SPEND HALF HOUR TO SPEAK WITH SHOP CLUE CUSTOMER SERVICE .VERY VERY WORST SYSTEM . SHOPCLUE NO PROPER CHANNEL TO ESCLATE ANY ISSUE .ONLY ONE NUMBER FOR ALL and that too its not a Toll free number. I had Ordered for Samsung Powerbank of 9000Mah (Vendor Name : Mobile Hub Online). The order received is Duplicate Samsung Power bank of 2600Mah provided instead of 9000Mah. Even the power bank is charging only one mobile of 2600Mah. I feel its a cheating vendors location adress is through Shopclues. The quality of other products which i received is also very bad, I will never - ever shop in Shopclues

                                    I have spend one and half hour to speak with shop clue customer service .Very very worst system .1st called waited 30 mins line connected while start to speak disconnected, 2nd time also the same & staff mic is not good lot of noise disconnected.

                                    3rd time no proper response & way of speech is not good .

                                    After ordered we have to wait more than week for delivery, after one some merchant said no stock refund or send whatever product they holding stock not send which ordered .

                                    Shopclue no proper channel to esclate any issue .Only one number for all .By mail too much day they take for reply

                                    Shopclue never share seller contact number details at any point of time . Be carefull, before order note these all issue .

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Thanks for your respond .My Order no is 19602575 .Ordered on 1st Sep 2014 - Time 1.54 PM .
                                    2nd & 3rd Sep your system shown Merchant little delay, from 3rd Sep Time 2.07 PM showing Processing - Ready for Dispatch .
                                    But today is 5th Sep - time 5pm .yet not shipped .

                                    If this product no stock at Merchant means your website must to show OUT OF STOCK, But till your system showing IN-STOCK .

                                    if i ordered before 3PM, other online shopping website arrange despatch same day and product will reach next day or one more .But Shopclues Sellers always very very slow .

                                    If I called Shopclues customer service we must to wait minimum 30 to 40 mins to reach your representative, They also checking checking only your system no contact with seller .for checking they requesting 48 Hrs .too much time for all process .

                                    Finally after ordered at Shopclues, Customer spend money & waiting for more than week for delivery & spend money for phone calls .

                                    This is my second bad experiance with Shopclues .same think happened in my earlier order[protected] also for Electric Lunch box month of May .Finally after few weeks wrong product shipped then after one month Shopclues cancelled my order refuned, all my time waste with shopclues .

                                    Pls correct all the issue, Shopclues will be 1st possition, otherwise name going down .

                                      My order #18642947 which has to be delivered by 23rd August 2014, still it is undelivered. But on the shopclues website it shows as delivered. I dont know what's happening. Are you guys cheating us? I have registered a complaint with the resolution center, but yet to receive any updates about my order. Please make RTO and refund my amount. Am unhappy with the shopclues.com service.

                                        My order number : #19512007 Product was Axe deo cost of RS 165 ...but the product I received is Axe Apollo deo.
