            Shopclues has not delivered me my product no.[protected]Sogo Hand Mixer SS-14260 (QTY:1)) . They have taken my money in advance (one month advance money taken). & now without asking or informing me they have cancelled my product.. & customer service is not at all supportive, when asking why my product is not delivered after a month then the lady (customer support executive rudely disconnect the line) & tells me it will BE put on mail to you. IT REALLY GIVES A VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD IMPRESSION OF SHOPCLUES BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, YOU CAN ALSO CHECK IN THE PHONE RECORDING OF SHOP CLUES.                 Recently I bought a nutrition supplement from Shopclues.com as it was being offered at an attractive price. My order number was 20852973.The product brand is Optimum Nutrition (ON) which is a US based company. On receiving I found that the product did not have a Neulife hologram. Neulife is the sole authorized retailer for all ON products in India. The product I received did not have a Neulife hologram and badge which proved its a fake product. I also conducted a QR code scan with my smart phone to check product details on the website. But I received no details on scanning. It proved that the product is a counterfeit and fake. Shopclues.com claims to sell 100% genuine products. I have reported the issue to the company. It has been more than 3 days and the company has not taken any action. I have requested for product return and refund my money as well as replace product with a genuine one as a goodwill gesture from the company. Since there has been no action, I am filing this complain against the company for necessary action.

                  Hi Team, I purchase this product order[protected]. Now i observed that the product is not working properly. Also i have a strong feeling that the product you send me is not genuine and a fake china made product. Product code is "EEB-EI1CWEGINU 9000 mAh" and u people send me the[protected]mah battery having the same name product code. I never come to know about this fake china made product until i faced an issued. I feel that i was cheated. I want a refund or replace the product with the product I actually asked for. Previously i ordered samsung ear phones (order no[protected] and at that time also they send me the fake china made product. Kindly someone please look into this and get back to me asap. I have checked it in many different power sockets, still same issue comes. Please check and replace or refund the product.                                   I have purchased 3 pants for Rs.804 and when the package comes i was shocked to find that it is of outdated fashion and resembles bell bottom of 80's and completely different from the picture shown against the product.Order No.20862227


                                  I was not able to upload the photo in Return Request of Shopclues and we cannot submit the request without uploading the photo. The photo size is less than 500 kb but it is not getting uploaded. I have raised the point of not being able to upload the photo to shop clues team but they are ony providing me link to raise the complaint.


                                  I dont know whether they will reject the claim stating I have not raised the claim within the stipulated time.

                                  Very lengthy return process also unable to upload photo of product ( size124 kb ), in others words no return and refund facility on this site. I have had worst experience with shopclues. Will suggest friends to go for this site and experience the same.

                                      I purchased a battery online but got wrong product. I have asked for return but getting no response from last 10 days. When calling Customer care, they say that update will be provided in 1-2 days but not getting any. Same thing also happened with my first order, got wrong product and again returned it. Worst experience with shopclues. Din't expected such services by this global brand.
