My order #18642947 which has to be delivered by 23rd August 2014, still it is undelivered. But on the shopclues website it shows as delivered. I dont know what's happening. Are you guys cheating us? I have registered a complaint with the resolution center, but yet to receive any updates about my order. Please make RTO and refund my amount. Am unhappy with the shopclues.com service.

      Date - 23rd Aug 2014, Order No. 18954475, Product - Home Gym Complaint - Product delivered is of very bad quality, not new and used product, not original product. Despite my several requests/reminders to send the authenticated and original, the product is 100% duplicate - packed in Maggie boxes, not brand mentioned, no mrp, very cheap quality and used one. I would to return it asap - no revert from shopclues.com. Date - 28th August 2014, Order No. 19283187, Product - Remote car control Product delivered is duplicate - not of Mcqueen brand as written. Product's MRP is intentionally removed by the seller. Requested to replace/refund the product. Shopclues reverted it will take from their side to revert given merchant is not available. How the customer is concerned if the merchant not available - it is the responsibility of shopclues.com to act and make sure the product that gets delivered is original

        I happened to purchase a headset on 28-Aug-2014 which was projected as Monster Beats Headphone With Mic.The order reference is:19276109. I have received the product already on 01-Sep-2014 but the status in shopclues portal is yet to be dispatched. At this point of time, it seems to me that the status update is being delayed intentionally so that the buyer will be frustrated and will not complaint against the received product. Regarding the product quality, It is a roadside cheap quality product and the audio experience is horrible. It's MIC is placed on a plastic body whose colour is faded after the testing of the headset. I tried calling shopclues customer care on:[protected] to initiate return but I was kept on hold for nearly 14 mins without any response. Considering all of these incidents it is evident that they are not at all ready to server the customers regarding the refund/replacement. Please guide me to a channel where I can get my issue addressed.

        I am really pissed off with your support.
        I have a valid account through which I have ordered this product.
        You have closed the complaint by stating above response. When I tried re-opening it it says I have to login though I logged in already and the session is active on the other tab of the same browser.
        When I key in my credentials it says that user-id/password doesn't match with your records.
        When I tried to reset the password there is a tab to keyin my registered mail id. After keying in my mail id neither there was a link sent to my mail id to reset nor redirected me to reset it.

        If I summarize this, you are quite reluctant to answer the queries raised post sale. You don't bother what kind of product is delivered. You intentionally sell fake products.

        Please let me know if you think and act otherwise

        This is how you are deceiving the customers.

        You neither sell original products nor support post sale promptly.
        It is waste of money buying anything from you. You don't either save our time by responding promptly.

        People who have plenty of money and time will buy anything from you just to waste their money and then run behind you to kill their time.
        Now you have chosen to keep calm.
        So pity. I am writing a petition in change to close shopclues. Let us see how far it goes.

              I have order a Dell laptop with Shopclues.com with order#19231979. The product was delivered and the product was not a standard product. Their keyboard was different instead of a normal keyboard. In addition it's not charging properly. I had raised a refund request but it was rejected by merchant side.

                order No. 18619099 parker pad lock my order is showing delivered at the addressee by the shopclues. DTDC showing it is delivered at Kasganj(UP). i have not received the consignment yet in my registered address.enquiry made at dtdc HQ/sambalpur. the consignment has not been received at their end. How it is delivered then at sambalpur? How they are telling that the consignment has been deliver at the registered address.

                  Order Number: 17593849 Return Number: 391055 Product: New JVC KD - X30 - Car Audio System With FM + USB + Aux Support @ Best Price.!! Comment: i order for JVC KD X-30 the merchant asked me that the product is not available with him and he gave me 2/3 choice for alternative model. i said him that i am busy in office give me some time to choose the product. Surprisingly after two hours he dispatched JVC KD r-456 which is not i have opted as alternative.on contacting the CC they said that the merchants had taken permission for the alternative. The product is still in stock with the marchant and he is ready to ship it on order. I neither get the product as per my choice nor the invoice quoting the Seriel No.of the product for availing two years warranty. The factory seal also missing in the delivered product. unnecessarily harrasing the customer. Pl. clarify why the ordered product was not delivered whereas the product still in stock.Till today more than 15 days passed but i have forced to keep the alternative product without the invoice of the product.

                  I have ordered bovis men wallet genuine leather of almost 7.28 inches in length and does cost 499 INR. But they have send me another wallet of bovis which is almost 5 inches long and costs 399 INR. In addition to that courier boy called me and told me to come and collect item from some another place. It irritates me and shopclues is loosing customers this way.

                    Hello Sir, I was ordered[protected] three Boxers and get it on 28/08/2014.But all three Boxers are defective piece as shown in my snaps .In which 1 shorts contain hole in it and other short cloth is stretched and teared third one short have small small holes in pocket as shown in pic of short .

                      I have ordered a Digital Display 200g Mini Pocket Weight Scale Measurement Weighing Machine (Code: 4449330) on the 23.08.2014 by prepaid system. The amount was already paid and Rs. 299/- has got already deducted from my account. Today (30.08.2014) at the afternoon I have received an email that my product has been delivered though I have not received anything yet. Either you do something about it or I have to move towards the Consumer Protection Forum.
                      I had ordered one item (Grabito Watch) from the website shopclues.com on 1 Oct 2014 having order no. 21660207.
                      Then I received a mail from them saying that the product had been shipped via ecom express having tracking no.[protected]. When I tried tracking on ecom express it says invalid order no. Then I called the customer care of ecom express and they told me that no such product is received by them yet otherwise the order wont be shown invalid.
                      Now I tried calling shopclues again but they are not answering.
                      In conclusion, Shopclues claims that they shipped my product to ecom express and I will receive it on 10 or 11 Oct. And the ecom express people says that they have not received any such product.
                      Please help me in this regard.

                            Submit Complaint submit your complaint SEARCH Absolute Cheating - Shopclues.Com - Hyderabad - Nisar Ahmed Add a Comment nisar ahmednisar ahmed on[protected]:55:01 sir i had placed order (koutons brand shirt pack of 3 vide order no.[protected] on 18th august 2014. stock was available at the time of placing based on that i had gone ahead and booked, status showed order in process for good 3days even today (28th august status showing order on hold procurement delay from merchant) there has been absolute pathetic response from the team i had demanded for compensation after they confirmed me order cannot be executed i was adamant because at the time of order place ment it showed stock available suddenly one fine day they confirm it cannot be process whereas even now status is procurement delay from, erchant there is clarity i demanded for compensation of 5000 (for the money spent chasing the shopcloues team, net browsing, unexecution of order, mental patience it has hurted me complete. they are simply cheating customers a good deal suddenly they say not available and wash off their hands when they run offer when stock available when we place order after confirming theat stock availale how can they say it cannot processed it is their system failure their is nor process set/ flas in current system i want my order to be executed else compensate me i take this opprtunity to all my friends be careful with shopclues and beware with the team (their is no call centre, the person whom you are talking is not ready to share his details) orders not committed to be executed all in air and i want to name mr. mahender from shop clues who has proved that he is part of the cheater team by confirming compensation and then not keeping his words

                              I've ordered 5 pieces of non-stick cookwares from shopclues.com for a discount of 50% at just rs.419/-. In the beginning I wondered and excited to order as its gettig for very less price. but after the delivery I found the damaged piece and also after using it.. worthless. Please do not order online if you found it for very high discount or less price.

                                ShopClues.com – delivered Fake NIKE products and they are not taking back the products back and returning my money also. When i checked that order, i saw there are missing some parts. without that parts i unable to mount my led tv on wall... and that part is wall mount bracket. that part is unavailable in any shop or mall. so please send me that missing part of my led tv set as soon as possible... i hope you will notice my request, and resolve my cmplaint...

                                    They delivered fake armaani watch, and when I raised a return request almost 15 days back they are not taking it back and whenever I call to their customer care excuse given is merchant not available, but I had a direct talk with merchant, he told me that no request is raised. worst shopping site ever I have come across.

                                      Although I have placed one order Number 19012851 but immediately I found the Shoopclues has charged more than the price claimed in their website hence I have cancelled following orders:19012865, 19012913, 19012907, 19012899, 19012879 & 19012875, although I have paid for these orders through my credit card in the refund section they shows its a COD order, and I dont know when my money will be refunded back. For the said problem I have registered complaint vide ticket number 1052249, 1052247, 1052243, 1052238, 1052235, 1052232 but Nothing I have received other than a bunch of Ticket Numbers. Secondly in the same order number after making payment I came to know that most of the orders are being overcharged than that of the price claimed in their website for the order number19012887, 19012883, 19012893, 19012905 and registered complaint vide ticket number 1046940, 1046943, 1046954, 1046972 but again No response for the Shopclues although two days has been passed. I didnt found any email ID of the customer care in their website and also I hold the line for about 15minutes but could not got connected to the So called Customer Care Executive on[protected].

                                      I am very happy to know that somebody from Shopclue is really reading the complaints, as I have left all the hopes to get back the money.

                                      For your information I have received the Refund for the cancelled orders but till not received any communication or confirmtaion for the orders those are being charged more than the claimed price(Rs.504 more than the order value) for order numbers 19012887, 19012883, 19012893, 19012905 for which I have raised complaint vide ticket number 1046940, 1046943, 1046954, 1046972.

                                      Requested to confirm when I will get back Rs. 504 for the said orders as already 8days had been passed after raising the complaint.

                                        I Sagar Mahajan had ordered 2 sets of bedsheets of Sai Arpan Attractive Set of 3 double bedsheets combo Design Variants: Design no. 111 (Order No.[protected] dated 21/08/2014 worth Rs. 549 each set (Total-Rs.1098) and received only one set instead of two sets as per order from shipment no. [protected] from Blue Dart on dated 27/08/14. So I want the remaining set of bedsheets as early as possible. Hope for yours positive response.
