Dear sir, I purchased a woodland leather wallet from shopclues & my order id is 16147865. But the product delivered to me is not the original woodland leather wallet.The quality of the leather too worst . So I applied for replacement & Shopclues arranged a pickup through bluedart courier. I ve sent that product to Clues Network (P) Limited Plot Number- 648, Bijwasan, New Delhi - 110061 The way bill no # [protected]. The product has already been delivered. But still there is no response from shopclues for refund. I ve mailed them many times for refund but they are not responding. The company is simply cheating & harassing the customers. Its my humble request to take proper action it & refund me my amount. Pls do the need full & refund my amount to my bank . Looking forward for your positive response.       I received wrong product (i ordered "Jewellery American Diamond Studded 4 Bangles" but received "Pari Set Of 12 Gold Plated Thin Bangles" ) for my order no. 16011381 and attaching a image with return request and choosing pick up product from my home but again image required by customer care on my mail but that time i was not able to check my email and when i checked i sent a image but according to customer care time has expired and no money will refund. So this is totally wrong because wrong product sent shopclues.com and its not my default. This is a wrong thing for customer while i has already complaint for return that product and no any call or message send by you on my mobile. So please solve this matter as soon as possible and return this product or given me refund. Thank you

        Hello Team One of the Pathetic Shopping website earlier i have order number 16355875 which was ordered on 7th July and wrong product was given that too after 20 Days. Here i have given ordered with Order number # 17901979on 4th August and schedule delivery date is 12th August and current status is Ready for Dispatch. Couple of times i have raised query with SHOP clues that the tracking number given is wrong and could not track it online Courier Name : blue dart AWB Number : [protected] Shipping Date : 11 Aug 2014 But ticket was closed without proper justification. Yesterday on 19th I got mail stating Shipped Untraceable, by seeing all people's response i can say this will be my last order in Shopclues.

            I bought vox triple sim mobile and received it 16 july 2014. When i unbox the phone it was old used phone and instead of this the imei no. Of the box and phone was not matching. Then i maild to shopclues about this matter mentioning the deatil of the received product. They reply me to upload the photo of mobile and box. I did it. Then they said me to upload imei no. Of mobile and box. I did it . Then they said me this phone is still in warranty period so please visit service centre & if phone does not get start then collect dead on arrival certificate and send to us. Then i replyed them this is not new phone this is a used old phone & someone changed it from packing side itself. So there is no question of DOA Certificate. After that thy stopped reply to this matter. Then i called them they just give assurance that within 48 hour you will get conormation. But i didnt receive any. I again called but they did the same thing. This is countinue last from 25 july to the present time. I have been frusterated by calling & maillin them. Now i dont get any reply from them. I have waisted my so much time and money in this matter. So its better to shop offline.

                I have order mobile phone on 6th august order no :17988241 on 11th they gave me tracking no of blue dart:[protected]. But after checking and consult with blue dart it's confirmed that it's a fake waybill. Now customer care not responding my calls and my mails also. Please cancel my order and refund my money back, this is my biggest mistake to shop with shop clues, i will not repeat in future i promise. Please cancel my order or give me right tracking details.

                  I have ordered a 1TBharddisk in shopclues. My order id[protected]. My complaint number-1013469. I have paid the amount through credit card. The order has been cancelled in an hour. When i spoke to their customer care guys, they said they would initiate the process in 2-4 days and the amount would be refunded in 15days directly to my account. But still i am not getting a proper response from them. Everytime when i call them they say the same dialogue. Its been 6days already. Still i have not received the payment refund details. If they still delay the refund then i have to demand them to refund with the interest for the delayed period. I guess they are delaying the refunds for many people so that they can get some interest amount out of it. Hope they will respond ASAP. Im regular customer of shopclues and because of this experience i dont think i would prefer shopclues in future.

                      I was ordered a Home+car vacuum cleaner 800w on 14-12-14 order number 29869043, and it will dispatched on 22-12-14 via professional courier with tacking number RRK[protected].
                      They gave a commitment that it should be delivered to me between 31-12-14 and 2-1-15. After that i cant able to track professional courier with that tracking number, later it shows me the status of parcel on 1-1-15 Onwards. On 8th jan 2015 I track with the waybill number it shows me, the parcel delivered at MADURAI on 6-1-15 @ 8.00pm.
                      Then I raise a complaint to shopclues about this issue. Mr.Deepak sharma replied on 9th jan 2015,

                          i am a resident of patna, bihar.i ordered a pair of nike air max 2013 shoes.i ordered size 9.then my order was delivered on 11th august.my order no is 17839931.On recieving the shoes i found that size 7 was delivered.i called customer support on 17th august.they said me that they can't do anything as i have ordered size 7.i said that i ordered size 9 after a bit of discussion i was said to file a complain on the given link in my email but nothing was delivered so i myself found the complaint site.i wish that strict action should be taken on them.i have only 4days of buyer's protection left.so i want quick response.

                            I had ordered for CFM Flip Flops For Kids worth Rs.136.00. The order id is 18221769 But in return I got a different brand product which is a cheap, low quality, damaged(buarnt) product, the price of the product is Rs. 60.00 only, the MRP written back side of the sliper of D.King brand). You requested to take necessary action against the guilty and action may be taken so that I can get my ordered product i.e CFM Flip Flops For Kids.

                              Order id 18023495. I had ordered Toshiba suruga pendrive in a day deal offer, but the pendrive received seems to be damaged. Tried to contact the seller but no given does not exist. i have requested for return in shopclues but did not get any reply. tried calling customer support but always number comes unavailable. It was my first purchase from shop clues and i m thoroughly diasappointed. pls help.

                                hello i am nishant. i create an (mobile's Battery) order on shopclues in 15th june 2014. order id[protected]sony ericsson BST 37 battery) i receive my order 23rd June 2014. when i use that battery it was heating and not giving even1 day battery backup i returned my order to shopclues and that reach there 30th june 2014 but shopclues still did nt refund me for his worst product and they are not helping me on this concern it is more than 2 months now i m tired Shopclues has 10 days return or replacement guarantee and shopclues is totaly cheated with me

                                  I have ordered Nokia battery(BL-4U) on date 30 Jul 2014 whose order no. is 17588441. I have received my order on date 3 Aug 2014, But the battery hardly have backup of 4-5 hours. Battery is not working proper.So i want to replace my battery. Thank you

                                    I ordered on 4th july 2014, I asked for a modification on 5th july 2014. Then meenakshi yadav from shopclues accpted my request and gave ordered no: "16763318". But they send same product which I dont want (sony kdl32w674a) Rs.37, 500. The product I order is sony kld42r500a, Rs.48, 000 approx. krishna thamang entered and sent me the wrong product on 24th july 2014. On the same day I contact shopclues customer care, then mr.samir said i've to return the product so that they can do further. Its been RETURN TO ORIGIN on 2nd aug 2014. From then onwards its been like to me. I ask to cancel and refund my money and in the mean while I make a new order of sony kld42r500a, Rs 49, 499 which I want gift to my brother marriage. that means my money Rs.86, 000 approx is with shopclues. They are not replying to my mails... Even from last 3days their customer care number is not working. If I wont get a reply with in 24hrs, I will file a case in court on shopclues.com for sure. Its not about money, its about people who are suffering from this website. Friends I hope you support me. Thank you, Rajdev.

                                      I had ordered 47 '' LED TV LG make on 31 july 2014 and delivery was suppose to be made on 09 th August 2014. When i called them on 09 th they said it will be delayed then continuosly i had called them for number of times and once they have confirmed that it is delivered and courier detials will be shared soon. Next day they cancelled the order without any intimation and now they will take 15 - 20 Working Days to refund the money. Please look into the matter as i feel they keep customer money with them anf earn interest on this and make business.
                                      Shopclues are big cheat, I placed Order # 16894677 one month back, It is still not delivered

                                        sir, I have ordered a treadmill at Shopclues.com, order no. 15334375. the estimated delivery date was 30th june'14..I got delivered the product after 1month of order and in damaged condition with missing parts. I mailed them. they asked me to send the photos. I did that. after 2weeks of sending the photoes they told me that they gonna pick it up from my place and replace the product. after that I got another mail saying there no service of their courier partners. even though in my place almost all couriers are available like dtdc, , bluedart, overnight xpress and gati through which they have sent the product. now I have to send it myself and send the reciept of courier change and they will refund me the money in clue bucks form that I have to buy another product from them whereas m still waiting for the clue bucks of thelast product due to unavailability. so I requested them to send me the damaged monitor as well as the missing parts so that I can fix it in a welding shop and make it usable in my clinic. I cnt wait for another 1month for the product to use in my clinic. and if I would have time to do all these I could have buy it in a nearby shop. so kindly ask them to send me the missing parts and the monitor as soon as possible as its been already 3months. thank u

                                        I got cal from your executive and I explained her that due to a lond period of waiting, I have repaired the broken portion at a welding shop paying myself another extra bucks. And now its become usable for my patients just to walk and run over it. but all of my patients cant do it coz of the missing parts.
                                        and it would have acceptable if the product manufacturing got closed. but its running. so why the merchant cant send me the missing parts and the monitor? ? why should I send the whole machine to you and wait for another 2months?
                                        if I deal on some product, I have all the parts available. then why they are making the process longer and harassing me as well as my patients further?
                                        kindly look after the matter and send me the parts. cant play this mailing, posting, calling, complaining game the whole year. have yourself some self respect. thanks
