I had ordered 47 '' LED TV LG make on 31 july 2014 and delivery was suppose to be made on 09 th August 2014. When i called them on 09 th they said it will be delayed then continuosly i had called them for number of times and once they have confirmed that it is delivered and courier detials will be shared soon. Next day they cancelled the order without any intimation and now they will take 15 - 20 Working Days to refund the money. Please look into the matter as i feel they keep customer money with them anf earn interest on this and make business.
Shopclues are big cheat, I placed Order # 16894677 one month back, It is still not delivered

    sir, I have ordered a treadmill at Shopclues.com, order no. 15334375. the estimated delivery date was 30th june'14..I got delivered the product after 1month of order and in damaged condition with missing parts. I mailed them. they asked me to send the photos. I did that. after 2weeks of sending the photoes they told me that they gonna pick it up from my place and replace the product. after that I got another mail saying there no service of their courier partners. even though in my place almost all couriers are available like dtdc, , bluedart, overnight xpress and gati through which they have sent the product. now I have to send it myself and send the reciept of courier change and they will refund me the money in clue bucks form that I have to buy another product from them whereas m still waiting for the clue bucks of thelast product due to unavailability. so I requested them to send me the damaged monitor as well as the missing parts so that I can fix it in a welding shop and make it usable in my clinic. I cnt wait for another 1month for the product to use in my clinic. and if I would have time to do all these I could have buy it in a nearby shop. so kindly ask them to send me the missing parts and the monitor as soon as possible as its been already 3months. thank u

    I got cal from your executive and I explained her that due to a lond period of waiting, I have repaired the broken portion at a welding shop paying myself another extra bucks. And now its become usable for my patients just to walk and run over it. but all of my patients cant do it coz of the missing parts.
    and it would have acceptable if the product manufacturing got closed. but its running. so why the merchant cant send me the missing parts and the monitor? ? why should I send the whole machine to you and wait for another 2months?
    if I deal on some product, I have all the parts available. then why they are making the process longer and harassing me as well as my patients further?
    kindly look after the matter and send me the parts. cant play this mailing, posting, calling, complaining game the whole year. have yourself some self respect. thanks

          I bought a Samsung Omnia M battery from Shopclues.com for Rs. 849/-, it was mentioned as 1500 mAH in specifications but I received a 2100 mAH battery...a completely wrong item..I got the delivery on 3rd of July'14, requested return and return pick up was done on 16th July...now its been almost a month, i.e., 12th of Aug'14 and I have not received any confirmation on Refund or Exchange or any other update by shopclues. I have called up their customer care no. [protected] some 10-15 times but have never got a proper response.

            Respected Sir,
            My order number is 17921189, its an electric chapati maker. At the time of payment i tried to pay by credit card, it showd error and it showd at the top right corner that apply by cash on delivery i applied. The product was delivered and i paid by COD. but when my bank statement came for the month of July it showd that shop clues deducted 569 Rs for the same product so i paid twice for a single product.
            I called to the customer care talk with them ones they suggested me wait for some days more i waited. But alas no solution came atall. Now for continuosly 3 days i am calling the CC but nobody is picking up the call. I have no complain about the product which they deliver i know its good and satisfied but its rediculous to see how they stole money from my credit card . i wrote them many mails many emails but non they r relying so i thought of complaining in the customer care departments of our government and show the world their reality. THANKYOU..

But Hard Disk Not working, then i contacted to Manufacturer company they told me your hard disk warranty already expire on 29/06/2008 so we could not able to provide you replacement please contact retailer then I have raised a claim against the shopclues Very bad experience from shopclues. Please Refund my full amount other wise.I will not buy anything again and will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer forum for cheating me like this. In grief and mental stress.shopclues is giving me this kind of mental sufferment which is not a good.I will go to consumer court if this doesn't get resolved in a day. Heights of irresponsibility!!!

                                    I purchased a Quechua Hiking Bottle from shopclues having order number[protected] and when the product reached me it was of low quality and was a defective or a damaged peice so I promptly placed an request for replacement. The return id is 378031.Even after explaining the case that I received a defective or damaged product they say that product is like that only and they would NOT entertain my request. With this type of behaviour I am sure that all this "10 days hassle free return" policy is just a fake propaganda !! They are offering discounts to the product beacause it is of cheap quality and no one at a store will buy a defective / damaged product hence they are putting it off by selling it on-line. And then they would not allow replace / return, this way they can sell off their garbage ready to be thrown product. Do not waste your money on buying anything from this seller now that you know why they are able to offer discounts !!!

                                    There has been no update so far in the return request !! When can I expect the timely update on my issue ???
                                    Finally I received a response saying that "Kindly note the reverse pickup has been scheduled and one of our courier agencies will reach you in next 6-7 business days." Though it is not mentioned in the mail as to what decision has been taken for my case ? Whether am I getting a replacement of my product with a new set or is full refund of my money has been initiated ?                                       I place an order on 18/07/14 Order No.[protected] but because of some internal issue of the company they canceled my order and update the status on there website that your refund will initiate on 25/07/14. When my refund didn't get back till 25/07/14 I call to customer care then he told it will take 4 to 5 working days but when I didn't get back my refund after 5 days I again call to customer care then he told it will take 2 to 3 days more after that again I call on 2/08/14 then he told your refund will be initiate with in 48 Hrs. And sent a mail to me for same, after 48 hrs. Today I again call to customer care he told it will get back to you today evening. But still I didn't get back my refund.

                                      I purchased a brand new mobile iphone 4S for Rs 21, 999 on 29th Aug 2014 through ny credit card. The Order ID is #19357711.
                                      I received the product after one week. The product was surprisingly NOT NEW and it was not unlocked. For example: The instrument was not recognizing character # and whenever I touch voicemail icon (located bottom of the screen), it was making an international call and Rs 5 was deducted.

                                      I requested for refund duly returning the product. I returned the product on 10th Aug from my side and it was received by the seller on 24th Aug.The order was marked as 'return complete' by Shopclues.

                                      I have been contacting the customer care for the status of my refund. Every time their representative tells me the refund is under process and I will receive the e-mail notification in 24 to 48 hours. They never sent me any message in this regard.

                                      Every time I called them they have generated ticket number. Some of them are[protected]. But they never worked on any of the ticket numbers nor have they informed. Their un professional attitude towards the customer is deplorable.

                                      I am still waiting for the refund and no response from the shopclues.com

                                      I had to cancel my order due to delay in shipment order and now waiting for the refund of amount 37990/-. This is the reply I received after chasing them for 7 days. Today is the 11th day and the status remains as-is.

                                        Dear Sir, I ordered for kitchen set on site shopclues i saw the picture i iked the kitchen set but in the picture i can not recognized the correct size of containers. After completing the order they send me the same kitchen set bt the size of containers are too small that we can not use it even a small family of 4 persons. There fore i request shopclues for return and refund the money but they refused by saying i dispatched the same product what you ordered. I am very upset what to do not i spend 1100 Rs for the set and this is looking like kid's playware.
