sir, I have ordered a treadmill at Shopclues.com, order no. 15334375. the estimated delivery date was 30th june'14..I got delivered the product after 1month of order and in damaged condition with missing parts. I mailed them. they asked me to send the photos. I did that. after 2weeks of sending the photoes they told me that they gonna pick it up from my place and replace the product. after that I got another mail saying there no service of their courier partners. even though in my place almost all couriers are available like dtdc, , bluedart, overnight xpress and gati through which they have sent the product. now I have to send it myself and send the reciept of courier change and they will refund me the money in clue bucks form that I have to buy another product from them whereas m still waiting for the clue bucks of thelast product due to unavailability. so I requested them to send me the damaged monitor as well as the missing parts so that I can fix it in a welding shop and make it usable in my clinic. I cnt wait for another 1month for the product to use in my clinic. and if I would have time to do all these I could have buy it in a nearby shop. so kindly ask them to send me the missing parts and the monitor as soon as possible as its been already 3months. thank u
