I had booked a yoga mat in shopclues on 30th march 2020 & paid its amount immediately but delivery process has not been started and its saying to be delivered today (In tracker).

            Hi, i have ordered protonor pvc dum22p dumbbell set (Black) from shopclues.com. My order id is :[protected]. The order was placed on 4th may, 2020. This order is prepaid i. E. The payment is already done and processed. It is been one month of placing an order but i have not received the product nor have i received any updation or notification from the website about any update on the order. I am calling customer support executive everyday 100 times but no person is coming on call or talking or listening to the problem and solving the same. Why there is customer support executive number on the website if nobody is answering any calls or queries of customers. Please ban this site of performing sales going ahead as this site only takes money and not delivering the order nor refunding the amount paid in advance.

                      As i have ordered a top and i have done the payment by upi.. That was prepaid and shopclues also confirmed the payment has been made to the shopclues and i got email too abt payment status but delivery boy from delhivery denies to give the product...
                      Even i was showing him the payment status he was saying to talk i asked to whom he said don't know whats wrong with him it means isnt its ridiculous 😡 please update something i really dont know where and whom to talk

And i got email too of payment successful .. the amount also have been deducted by upi .. but still courier boy denies to give the.                                     Hello,
                                    I have received an sms today morning from shopclues with the same id as they normally send smses that i have won 1st prize (Tata safari) in lucky draw contest of their 9th anniversary celebration. (Photos attached herewith)

                                    After an hour or so i have received a phone call from no. [protected] confirming the same and i was given an option to choose between tata safari & an equivalent amount of cash. So obviously i choose cash.

                                    Then i was told to deposit rs 2500/- in the company's bank a/c for registration.

                                    Now i was sure this is a fraud call but still i asked them for valid bank a/c details in the name of shopclues and some proof.

                                    So i was sent these bank a/c details on whatsapp:
                                    Shopclues company pvt. Ltd.
                                    A/c no. [protected]
                                    Ifsc sbin0010539
                                    State bank of india

                                    For proof he sent me his company id, aadhaar card & pan card (Photos attached hehewith).

                                    Then i checked it on google to verify, the very 1st result that showed up was www.shopcluesprize.in (A fraud site)

                                    I am giving all these details so you could take steps to caution your customers against such fraudsters and even if possible track them down.
