Hello,
I have received an sms today morning from shopclues with the same id as they normally send smses that i have won 1st prize (Tata safari) in lucky draw contest of their 9th anniversary celebration. (Photos attached herewith)

After an hour or so i have received a phone call from no. [protected] confirming the same and i was given an option to choose between tata safari & an equivalent amount of cash. So obviously i choose cash.

Then i was told to deposit rs 2500/- in the company's bank a/c for registration.

Now i was sure this is a fraud call but still i asked them for valid bank a/c details in the name of shopclues and some proof.

So i was sent these bank a/c details on whatsapp:
Shopclues company pvt. Ltd.
A/c no. [protected]
Ifsc sbin0010539
State bank of india

For proof he sent me his company id, aadhaar card & pan card (Photos attached hehewith).

Then i checked it on google to verify, the very 1st result that showed up was www.shopcluesprize.in (A fraud site)

I am giving all these details so you could take steps to caution your customers against such fraudsters and even if possible track them down.

I am writing this to inform you about the fraud lucky draw in the name of 9th anniversary day shop clues by mischievous person whose mobile number is [protected]. How come my information about the orders on shopclues is leaked to such fraudulent person. If these issues keep on going, your customer base shall certainly decline & customers are forced to abandon your website. Please investigate.

Lekan mere account main money abhi tak credit nehi huya hai... Shopcluse k support main mail kya hoon koi madat nehi huya hai... Bank statement v share kya hoon koi jaabab nehi mila hai... Please madat kare...

I ordered a product on 6th of may. My order id is[protected]. It is suppose to deliver on 26th of may. But while tracking it shows only processing. May i know the current status of the order.

It's the 2nd consecutive time this is happening with me since i have ordered from shopclues. When first i ordered for the caboki hair fiber, i ordered 2 quantities of (Pack of 2) product and i received only one and now they have shared a message with me stating that they have delivered my parcel but i haven't received it.[protected] is my current order number and i have ordered 2 earphones payment is already made.

I have purchase kurta from shop clues and paid the money and still not delivered and getting call you are the winner of rs 1200000 and asking for my pan and bank details and getting continuously call. I hope shopcluse not sharing my data. Shop close advertising openly on google for the lottery if its fraud then why your company not taking action on that.

Recently i got a call from unknown number and they said we are calling from shopclues and you won car in lottery, in order to claim the prize i need to pay 5000 rupees. Moreover they know my exact home location and all other details.
I think these shopclues people are selling their user data to other companies. I would like you to take strict action against these type of companies.

I placed my order and pay money through google pay but payment was failed and money was deducted from my account

I ordered heemax p310 phone on shopclues. On[protected]. It was worth rs 403. I paid it through google pay.. When the product was delivered the delivery boy demanded to make cash on delivery.. But i hav already paid it using google pay.. He didnt delivered the product to me it was returned but i did got my money back. I didn't got refund..

I had got a call from the mobile number [protected].
They are telling that i had got a car in lucky draw from Shopclues.com regarding the anniversary.
Please verify that.

I have got a call from associate that you have won a suv 500 amount 14.80000 .For claiming u need to submit Rs 6000 first and after this rs 60000 for registration.

Did you know that there are lots and lots of fraud going on in or through your company? Yes, through lucky draw there are people calling and saying you have won in lucky draw and have car or cash money. So for the money to process you need to deposit rs4500 for registration and then after that you have to give rs 28800 for gst tax. Wow how can they say that. The main point is the no. I got it from google and i believed it first so i had deposit rs 4500 but after that to deposit rs 28800 is too much. So i want a refund for rs 4500 now. Please refund me rs 4500

This is with reference to my order id[protected] for genuine new amira magic cream where i paid in advance rs 1899/- and in turn the product received to my horror n dismay was galway lavender n rose cream costing some cheap rs 330/- received a call from call centre lady after so many calls made and she refused to acknowledge the point and kept insisting for the delivery note. I explained her that due to covid19 we do not take the cover of the consignment inside our home and and only take the product after dipping in dettol water.

On opening the cover of the consignment i found two bottles of a different product and i immediately raised two tickets 9864059 & 9863971. She asked me to mail the images which i did on may 9th 2020 post which no response at all.

This is my very first experience with shopclues as i was referred this site by your regular customers and to my dismay i found this error on product related.

Kindly ensure refund of rs 1899/- paid in advance, in full trust on your esteemed e-commerce platform despite of my first time with you or dispatch the correct product against order no.[protected] under information to me.

I ordered on 7 May but the order has not been approved yet and I have made the payment through Google Pay but still My order payment is showing as pending and no customer care is available, so please return my payment.

The after, received a call from +[protected] asking if i was interested and the procedure to avail the prize.

Kindly look into it as it looks like a scam.

I received a fraudulent message of winning a car by the name of shopclues. And well i didn't click any link or call back. But i got a call from a number saying the same thing and they were ready to send me the car (During the lockdown as well). While i told him "if he has nothing better to do in morning" he started speaking "vulgar" to the extent of getting on my nerves. While trying to file a complaint i saw numerous such complaints being filed against this.
My concern - he had my name, number, address and atleast the bank name from which i paid.

Honestly i never ordered before this from shopclues. Really annoyed on how the data can be leaked! Probably my fault to even buy something from this place.

It was already a prepaid order but during delivery the delivery boy showed me proof that it was cod hence i paid him as i needed the product badly because i am working in a covid hospital. And i thought i would contact the customer service and get my refund from the pre-paid method. First of all they don't run any customer support care number. What they do is just a whatsaap number and the customer care executive replies after few hours and if you don't reply back within 1 minute, they close the conversation. I had shared all the necessary documents with them that i have paid twice. First they said by 7th may, then by 12th may it would resolve. But it never happened. And i called up delhivery courier service also but they said its totally merchant fault hence they can't help it. I have not received the refund till now. They have thirdclass customer service
