L have refund my money to call customer centre. He asked me my detail bank account @upi @i have given my detail and share otp. I have share the otp to person the amount deducted in my account 2400 /-. I have personally request to fraud me give me action to this company immediately.

I had placed one order on shopclues on 5th march 2020 (Which i still did not receive). After that, today, i. E. On 11th march i get a call from a shopclues guy saying i won a tata safari car and i need to deposit some 4000 rs. To get registered. I asked him for a shop clues work id which he said will send after the deposit, which is a clear case of fraud. I saw a few similar cases in this forum which further clears my doubt. He already had all my details including name, address. Should i just treat this as a high-risk website where all my details are exposed to fraudsters?

I want shopclues to verify this number: [protected] - mentioned he is from jamshedpur.

I order a bike decal and the seller shipped a completely different product than that mentioned in the picture and name. Now i requested a return the same day but the seller rejected my request even thought the product had 10 days return policy. No further response from shopclues. My order id is[protected]. The seller straight away rejected my replacement request. Even if the requested product is out of stock they should provide a refund.

I received an sms from qp-shopcl on 28-feb-2020 @ 09:58am that i had won a prize of tata nexon car with market value rs. 7, 50, 000.- and to pay only government service charges tax of rs. 7, 500.in favour of shopclues only tille 28/02/2020. Helpline number is [protected].
Surprisingly, this sms appears to come from the same id which shopclues uses to update customers about their shopping orders!
Moreover, i am unable to contact shopclues in any way!
This needs to be highlighted to top management of shopclues to take strict police action against such fraudsters!
Similar messages had been posted earlier in this forum!

We got a letter with scratch and win and in card 15 lakhs we send to the help line# they ask to pay first pay 15500 and later 38400 and later 82400 and they send us a [censored] letters to us and they send us message in that the money is double total is 30 lakhs now you need to pay 250000, rupees but u pay 55000 (Iam all payments are paid,) then your money will release in your account. But there is no use please help me my money.

So i purchased something from shopclues.com but before i got the goods i got a call from a fraud he said that he was from shopclues and i had won a car and i will have to pay 7450 to claim it so shopclues is this your data security and customer detail handling what if someone card details are leaked who will be responsible then

I have received a letter that i have won 10 lakhks in a scratch card and 1 lakh winning certificate.

I know this is fraud and i want to let you know what action has been taken frm shopclues end to investigate this issue. This is equallent to terrorism since it involves cheating people.
Many of the rural people fall for this trap unknowingly which is a great danger.

I will raising this in the court against shopclues.com since i feel they too are involved in this because they have all the data o[censored]s which including address and phone number.

If there is no action taken on the immediately then i will make sure you get a legal notice which will affect your business.

Today i recieved a letter through india post it shows that i am a anniversary celebration lucky draw winner worth one lakh cash and a additional scratch card coupon worth ten lakh cash.. I called to confirm whether it is real or fake... They told it is true and asked to send my bank details... After i send my details they asked to pay 6500 rs as a registration charges.. Are u conducting any lucky draw??? If it is not so pls dnt fool ur customers... They lost faith on u and u have them rights to stole our data's??? Here i attached my conversations with them
