I have purchased a product worth 320 rupees from shopclues.com on 1st may and money has been deducted from my upi account however even today order shows payment pending on the app. I have tried contacting customer care however no one is available to answer calls due to covid and ivr tealks about having sent an email with a link to raise a trouble ticket however no emails have been sent by shop clues. Amount has not been debited in my account yet. I have placed my order on April 15 and I have not received back my money in my account. I have received the product with order i'd[protected] today... But on opening no masks found inside... Only a glass made red color bottle with some liiquid inside within a old packet found. Already all imges etc documentation done to shopclues and as outer cardboard box was intact, sealed with cellotape and inner product is found fake one... Whoever may be responsible... I should not suffer for that... My money is with shopclues and it was...

Hello, I ordered some products from ShopClues and I've been receiving spam calls from a scam who has my name and location. This is very concerning as my privacy has been breached. The scam calls were about winning a lucky draw....

Ordered the following on 4th April
NAP ALMONDS Dried Fruits (100 gms) NAP CASHEW (100 GMS)
Colgate Active Salt Healthy White Toothpaste (200 g)

Yet to receive the above items even after 16 days.

Address given : shopclues.com, 6-1-1061/a & b, lakdika pul, near global hospital, hyderabad, telangana - 500004. This is address given on letterhead & informing us to pay 4% of rs 4.5 lakh against exchange of above mentioned car. Letter is signed by abhishek mittal as m. D.
