I had ordered some items from shopclues which were not delivered instead today i received a call from someone (+91-[protected]) who said that i have won a car in shopclues lucky draw for an amount of rs 680000. I could have the car delivered or the amount encashed for a registration fees of rs.6500/- to the sbi account of mr. Vivek avinash kamble (A/c: [protected]) which must be paid immediately. Even a photo of the car apparently i won was sent through whatsapp (From: +91-[protected]).

This is fraud! But i am more concerned about how could such fraud be allowed to take root at shopclues. Is this not indicative of the violation of the data protection and privacy of the customers at shopclues? How are my order details and contact number exposed to such fraud? Is this not a responsibility of shopclues?

I have ordered some gym weights.. It cost arround 2000.

That day they are showing delivery timing within 4 days... And the movement i have placed the order... Now they are showing 22th may... I know the situation of country.. But if you are working on a big platform.. You should take care of your dignity... You are just a fraud... You are making fool for people...in front of our government.. I'm gonna take consumer case against you... I'm gonna file act of fraud 420 under sc.. This type of website should be shut down.. And i request to our crime branch team to take strick action against this website shopclues.com.

This website making fun of our lockdown rules.. Making fun of constitution.. Making fun of our government... Here we all are fighting to live... And these people are making fool and getting money instant of marking help of poor people.. My order i'd is[protected]

Hi team shopclues, I am Kella Anjaneyulu. i received a letter through whatsapp saying that i have won a Swift Desire car as a prize under the lucky draw contest of the 10th anniversary and requesting my bank account details, Photos, aadhaar, pan & IT Return copies.
Please tell me that, this is original or fake..

I have purchased a product worth 320 rupees from shopclues.com on 1st may and money has been deducted from my upi account however even today order shows payment pending on the app. I have tried contacting customer care however no one is available to answer calls due to covid and ivr tealks about having sent an email with a link to raise a trouble ticket however no emails have been sent by shop clues. I feel the entire site is a scam and post placing the order i’ve researched about the status of the company, no wonder it’s for sale as no one buys from them much due to such hassles. I, for once, want my money refunded and would never even think about buying anything from this crappy site. Screenshots mentioned below

Amount has not been debited in my account yet. I have placed my order on April 15 and I have not received back my money in my account. What is the reason behind this.The name of the product is chameleon upper lips waxing strips and veet waxing cream.I am complaining for the same reason for so many days but no action is being taken.

E. 30-apr-20 to submit 2000 rs as you have won car in lucky draw. The 2nd number i. E. [protected] is also using abusive language with her. It seems you have done data breach and are giving order details/phone numbers to third parties. I am reporting this to you and want an immediate action or i will complaint against you.

Shopclues is appearing to be fraud company. Financial scammer. Here are the numbers who called me from shopclues claiming i won mahindra xuv 500 and looted me: [protected] Whatsapp: +[protected].

He told to me i am the second price winner in 10 anniversary lucky dip
Winning amount is rs860000 but that amount is transferred through check deposited to my account so he told there 18600 for tnr charges. I trusted and transferred that money. Finally i lost my money when i realised. So sir please send back my money

I have received the product with order i'd[protected] today... But on opening no masks found inside... Only a glass made red color bottle with some liiquid inside within a old packet found. Already all imges etc documentation done to shopclues and as outer cardboard box was intact, sealed with cellotape and inner product is found fake one... Whoever may be responsible... I should not suffer for that... My money is with shopclues and it was established that fake product delivered to me... Shopclues have agreed that also... They should refund my money instantly as my money is still with shopclues not marchent/ seller but they are just avoiding me.

This is regarding the orderid[protected] placed with shopclues on 15th april 2020. I have ordered for two centrum silver multivitamin tablets
1) centrum silver multivitamin tablet for men 50+
2) centrum silver multivitamin tablet for women 50+

Both the products got delivered on 21st april 2020. I have to thank them for having these products delivered during the lockdown in india.

When i opened the package, i found item 2 namely centrum silver multivitamin tablet for women 50+ that i add ordered was sent incorrectly. Instead of the product i ordered, they have sent centrum silver multivitamin tablet adult +.

I have spoken to their customer support, their whatsapp support and sent multiple emails with the all the request that i had asked for photocopies of invoice, package material, interior package material, incorrect product etc.. But they have not bothered to send anything response as such. The customer support is so pathetic
1) through voice, there is absolutely no option to speak to customer support person, all they will say is they will call you back. I did get one call back for 5 calls i did and they were not helpful
2) whatsapp response is robotic response. Absolute crap
3) email, you only get automatic message and no real help.

They opened ticket 9820596 for this issue, funny part is you cannot update on this ticket. You have to keep raising new ticket reference this ticket. There is no option to ask for update on this ticket. You go and ask for update on whatsapp or email, you will get automated message. What a piece of crap.

I need to have this product returned and money refunded, there is no one that is helping, these are bit expensive tablets and i do not want to compromise on the product.

As i am not getting any support whatsoover over the options of customer support, i have to write here. These big online marketing companies should understand that customers time equally important as well, we just cannot spend all our day, calling the support person and writing to them for their fault. Had it been something wrong from our end, there is no hesitation in spending time, we just cannot be spending days on other persons fault.

I sincerely hope, that each and everyone times is respected and not taken for granted and i hope i will get response from the team.

Hello, I ordered some products from ShopClues and I've been receiving spam calls from a scam who has my name and location. This is very concerning as my privacy has been breached. The scam calls were about winning a lucky draw.

Ordered the following on 4th April
NAP ALMONDS Dried Fruits (100 gms) NAP CASHEW (100 GMS)
Colgate Active Salt Healthy White Toothpaste (200 g)

Yet to receive the above items even after 16 days.
If you are unable to deliver, refund my cash.

Address given : shopclues.com, 6-1-1061/a & b, lakdika pul, near global hospital, hyderabad, telangana - 500004. This is address given on letterhead & informing us to pay 4% of rs 4.5 lakh against exchange of above mentioned car. Letter is signed by abhishek mittal as m. D.

We feel this is fraud. Please confim and respond immediately. This letter is sent on my mobile whats app from mobile no.[protected]. Also photo of sanjeev agrawal (Driving license and adhar card) asstt. Manager (Shopclues id no[protected] is sent on mobile whatsapp on today 17/4/2020. The matter may be investigated urgently & inform us.

Despite repeated attempts to call and contact Shopclues team, they won't respond to my request of deleting my ShopClues account.

The female customer care executive today on phone was rude and she said there is nothing to be deleted from their database related to my phone number WHEN IT REALITY... I have two shopclues accounts with one single same registered number.

Shopclues turned out to be very unethical, unscrupulous, rude, energy-draining ecommerce site. As a customer, I am entitled to opt out of all services and remove my entire set of details from their database which they won't do.

If remains unsolved, I will take this further.
