I ordered 4sets of door curtains which was iliv mid brown flower designer door curtain set of 2. But i got totally wrong product, wrong color, wrong design even worst quality. I immediately apply for return request through shopclues app. After 2 days, that is today 16th november, 2018 when i checked in shopclues app, i found that my return request was rejected by merchant and even they didn't send me any notification or message or mail against it. They should take return this product. They are using different image in online store and delivering different product. They are fooling customers.

5 months back I purchased 2 kurthis. But I received only one kurthi. When I called their customer care they just washed their hands. ShopClues is a fraud online shopping site. They never take any responsibility. I lost my money.

    I am the customer of shopclues.com

    When i got the device, from that day issues are found in this device, mobile seems like used one, battery got drain within the 5 minutes after the full charge, speaker was not that much loud, i am not able to call the customer service of shopclues and ikall also, when i call the customer care no one answer from customer side, so i want the refund of the product. The return was rejected by tge marchant. I want my money back

      I ordered for "carah purple georgette striped saree with blouse" from shopclues. But received wrong saree. Even colour was different. It was green saree with worst quality.
      My question is "if the ordered product was not in the stock, then why it was shown in the website?" other websites like amazon, flipkart, etc clearly show the products in "stock or not in stock".

However, the product delivered was damaged and appeared to be already used. So i request a replacement for the same, but my return has been rejected without any proper justification provided to me.

                    Hi Sir/Madam

                    This is Kavitha.
                    I received a call and msg regarding lucky draw winner form Shopclues on 15- December -2020 stating I'm the winner for 14lk worth of car . And gave me two opinions either to opt for car or cash.
                    I agreed for cash. They said me to pay 6500 as registration fee . After paying it they said I had to pay 18500 as GST charges . I checked with them and they said it's refundable so I agreed to pay.
                    Later they were like you have to pay processing fees of 29600 . I disagreed with them and asked for refunding my money back.. Firstly they didn't agree to refund me late asked to pay 7000 as cancellation fee
                    . I didn't agree for it though.

                    Later I raised this concern in an online complaint forums .. one of the shop clues employee said me to share the details of money transferred. Later he said me he would refund my money back. And asked me to pay 4250 as cancellation charges later a another time 4250 as charges to get back (6500+18500+4250) . Which I did .. later some RBI voucher charge for 4650. Which I did too.. now again They are asking me to pay 7063 as No objections certificate charge .. which I'm really not affordable to pay each time they tell me it last charge last charge .and almost (6500+18500+4250+4250+4650) which sums up to 38150 .

                    I'm really not happy with it . I have almost paid my hard earned money savings amount and even borrowed money from friends to paid allmost all which where asked . And I'm not ready to pay 7000 for no objection certificate . I have lost all my money now ur employees are not ready to refund until I pay 7000 which I'm really not affordable.
                    I kindly request you to ask you employees to respect customer money and their feelings .. just because I shopped with you company and made to make a very huge loss ..
                    I kindly request you to take action on this and get my money refunded ASAP .If required I can even Share the recorded calls and they contact and even the screen shot of the money transferred to their account.
                    Really it not fair what they did it to me made to pay so much of charges Just because I attended there calls ..now I'm left no money because of your company ..

                    I'm not ready to pay even a single Rupee

                    I tried so much and finally wanted to take it to your notice .. I'm ready to talk to your CEO as well.

                    And a call, from the fraudster trying to sell me a car on payment of 6, 500 😂

                    Advice to any1 reading this: never send money for any reason whatsoever on the basis of text messages, emails phone calls, etc.

                    This is most likely by shopclues employees and or courier delivery service employees.
                    I have been getting calls from this Telephone No. [protected] for the Lucky Draw against Shopclues and it's shocking as never Trust any other shopping E-commerce Websites then Amazon and Myntra and ordered 1st time from Shopclues of worth 4k and getting constant calls for Lucky Draw. Today received an Letter Head from ShopClues via India Post and saying Lucky Draw to win Swift Desire and asking Regd Amount & Govt. Tax to pay to win Swift Desire. Tried contacting Shopclues but there is no customer support available to contact and also there is different sub section to raise a ticket for Lucky Draw Fraud. This is Insane which means regularly happening so, we should file FIR against this website like Shop18

                      Recently on i purchased a bluetooth speakers in shopclues.com.

                      Order date : 1 november 2018
                      Shutterbugs sbs-001 oval bluetooth speakers (Qty:1)

                      After reaching the product it wasn't working properly and gave some problems in use
                      According to the returns policy, shopclues offers a 10 day return guarantee.
                      So we decided to return the product but the seller rejected our return even after everything is according to the policy.
                      So please help us in this regard so we can return and get refund as soon as possible.
                      And please inform us if they still insist to take back is there any legal procedure to deal with it.

                              I have order of three ikall k71 set by shopclues.com on 23rd october 2018 I have receive this the delivery by delhivery courier at 28th Oct 2018. When I open the delivered package I found only single hanste of ikall k71. About this I request for return by the shopclues.com app but the delhivery executive said I can't accept this because on the delivered package item listed three ikall k71 but you handover me only one so I can't accept this for return. I call shopclues.com but he said me that you send me the package image inner and outer after 24-48 hr your problem solved by our concern team but when I call again 48 hrs he said me that you send incomplete images I can't solve your problem and said to me that send the images again and call our customer care after 48 hr but there is no solution of my problem .

I received the call from shopclues and his executive said to me that your product will replace within 4-5 days and you will receive the call from courier executive but till now I have not receive any call for product pick up and I am trying to call shopclues from two days he said to me that he can not give any information to him.                                   There was an offer of 64 gb sandisc otg pendrive from shopcues for rs. 450. As a result, i accepted the offer and made payment on 11.10.2019. Shopclues accepted the amount and replied that the pendrive will be delivered on or before 19.10.2018 (Order no[protected].). On 17.10.2018 they returned the money by rejecting my order. Once you made an offer and i made payments accepting your offer. Then there arose a contract between shopclues and me. You have a legal obligation to keep the offer or it will become a breach of contract.
                                  It is apparent that you have made an offer only intending to raise a huge amount from the public and rolling them in your business and after a week or later the amount is refunded by apologizing that you are not able to fulfill the order. For example if 50, 000 people from different parts of the world accepted the offer, you would get rs.2, 25, 00, 000 (50, 000x450) in your account. You can utilize this money for one or two weeks and after that you refund the amount to the customers there by you will get huge profit without any loss. Such a type of nasty fraudulence and treachery on the part of shopclues can never be tolerated. You have been getting unlawful gain by cheating the public. You are to give a proper reply in this regard otherwise i will share my bitter experience from shopclues and about your foul play in my facebook page and whatsaap and dissuade my friends from purchasing any product from shopclues and also looking forward further proceedings against the firm.

                                        I had placed refund request for ledies shoe & refund almost received but full amount not credited in my account. Total amount paid 607/- rupees but refund amount is 507/- rupees only... And the call on the customer service number is not connected to the executive nor is responding to my emails.
