I have purchased two clothing products but due to late delivery i have cancelled the products immediately. But he money already deducted from icici bank account which is not refunded yet. My order number are[protected] and[protected]. Also it showed cash on delivery while they cutoff the amount from bank. Which is not right. So i want my money to be refunded in bank account.

I have bought the products from ShopClues online app. First they showed failed status than immediately they deducted the money amount from my bank account and showed up cash on delivery status of which I was surprised . I am looking for money back in my bank account.

    Order delivery order no[protected]was supposed to reach on or before 16 october. The product was reached on 22 october through a rude and bad mannerd delivery boy on odd hr. At 6.30 pm. Since i was out of home i requested him to reach in the next day morning and refused. He said i will deposit this delivery to warehouse. He replied in a slang language, not appreciated.

      Few days back i purchased one product from shopclues, since then i am getting few calls & saying they are calling from shopclues headoffice, tata nagar, jamshedpur start asking about my bank details, they have each & every information about my personal details like house address etc. I have a doubt they might have my bank details as well.
      I reported the same to shopclues, they said their team is already working on it but it's almost month now no conclusion.

      Last week, i again purchased something from shopclues & yesterday i again received the same call.

      Could someone please suggest me what should i do now, because that person clearly stating that they received this data from shopclues.

      I reported the same issue a month ago as well received the same response like you mentioned above. Last time I had shared all the information with contact numbers. Could you please tell me what all actions your legal team has taken so far?
      And like you mentioned, means this is known issues don't know how many of customer like us has been troubled so far but ShopClues legal team is not concluded everything neither notifying customer nor taking any action.

      Those fake callers have my home address with all the details, are your legal team is waiting for any mishapping or any fruad because they might have my bank details as well.

        I ordered one product that was damaged and dirty, i received it on 15th and i asked for return on 17th but they are saying we cant receive the return request as its already 2 days passed what the hell, i have sent them email 50 times no customer-care executive doesn't even bother to reply even, they have one number for customer-care the whole day its coming busy cant even talk to them they have chatbot but you cant chat with their executive wha kind of company it is i doubt if anyone from india visits and dare to buy here something the worst service i have ever seen... This company should be blacklisted the worst service for customers no pone even replies you

        BUt you will have to answer one thing if one customer sending 10 emails for consecutive 4-5 days is it not a responsibility of the concerned company to reply or to acknowledge ... and why there is only one number and its coming busy the whole day busy and that too 9:00 am-6:00 PM what kind of service you are providing bhai I believe In India nobody does that
        It is not in my size i want to replace it with another product

          I have bought a wardrobe from shop clues and i received in some days. The quality was such bad and i asked for refund in customer care. They said okay first you resend the wardrobe to us and once we receive the wardrobe we will give you money back. One delivery boy came and took the wardrobe and i am not receiving my money back. The customer care is not picking my call now. I don t know what to do to get my money back.

              I ordered titans watch on dt; 8th oct. Order delivery is confirmed on dt;16th oct. But i didnt received the product till date order no is[protected]. I tried to call customer care no. But i didnt get proper response, just mentioned that shipment delayed and said that delivery will be done within 48 hrs but today is going on 72 hrs.
              So kindly check n make sure that further should not be done because i had made payment online the same date.

                        I got a call from ([protected]) name is bhavya dayal. On 8th september morning at around 8.00 am and they asked about ordered product details and said my exact details also explained this about your order as win the maruti new d-zire car / 6.80.000/-
                        For claim this prize you need to fill registration fee of 8500/- they given account number of mr. Bhavya dayal, sbi a/c no. [protected] ifsc code, sbin0010494.
                        After fulfilling of this registration i got one message from hp-assbin like unable to process rs : 680000:00 unsuccessful rs 680000 tds charge rs 19200 please pay. Thank refundable your amount, and they said needs to fill 19.200/- of tax amount in the same day on the account number of ramachandra kushaba kadam sbi a/c no [protected] ifsc code sbin 0001975 after a several discussion i made payment of this amount again i got same message from hp-assbin ; like please made 25.600 of media charge again spoking with mr. Bhavya dayal they toldits final settlement and with in 26 minutes you will get amount in your account then your name announced in aaj thk t v progaram. How ever finally with taking a time i filled that amount also in same ramachandra kushaba kadam sbi a/c no [protected] ifsc code sbin 0001975 but afterwords got meassge from hp - xstac still asking more gst charge 96.500. But i am common man and cant able to fill much more. Till i am filled 50.500/- behind on this. Any one can help me out please. I have a records of online amount transaction. Messages whats up chats and voice recordings of each conversation. Please made help to refund the amount

                        Please Hold this kind of fraud calls the common peoples life will spoil. Because of like this issues dont know about the common lives peoples situations and conditions.
                        Its True Or fake I don"t know. But i am Trusted Shop Clues and its advertisement. the customer all details on placing order name and details everything confirmed exactly by this callers so we met an this critical incident. unfortunately met the complain stage. If its fake Please help out to refund the Deposited amount. Or else replay / revert back the Status on about my complaint.

                          This is jayanthi pawar here. I had placed an order for 5 double sheet ac blankets (Product - sns blue double bed polar fleece ac blanket). Order number[protected] through shopclues in the month of september 2018.

                          I got a message from shopclues that - the cash on delivery for shopclues order[protected] for sns blue double bed polar fleece ac blanket is confirmed. Your order will be delivered by wed 26 sep. Amount payable at the time of delivery is rs 1004.00.

                          I got the order delivered on sep 26th 2018 by paying the whole amount of rs 1004.00 but unfortunately, there was only 1 blanket in the parcel, wherein i had ordered and paid for 5 blankets.

                          I have been in touch with the person responsible for this and he has been promising me to send 4 more blankets at the earliest. I have the call conversations recorded. Till date i haven't received the remaining 4 blankets.

                          Could you kindly help me with the refund of the whole amount

                          This is Jayanthi Pawar here. I had placed an order for 5 double sheet AC blankets (Product - Sns Blue Double Bed Polar Fleece AC Blanket). Order number[protected] through Shopclues in the month of September 2018.

                          I got a message from Shopclues that - The cash on delivery for Shopclues Order[protected] for Sns Blue Double Bed Polar Fleece AC Blanket is confirmed. Your order will be delivered by Wed 26 Sep. Amount payable at the time of delivery is Rs 1004.00.

                          I got the order delivered on Sep 26th 2018 by paying the whole amount of Rs 1004.00 but unfortunately, there was only 1 blanket in the parcel, wherein I had ordered and paid for 5 blankets.

                            I have purchased a headphone from the shopclues app but the product is not up to the mark. It seemes to be used, not as shown in the image and quality is not good. So i filed a return against the same but it has been rejected. I have tried to contact them but neither they have describe any reason for rejection nor they are answering to my queries.
                            Return id _ 6662367. Looking forward for a solution.

                              I will order 13/10/2018 a power bank through shopclues online shopping & my order no is[protected], payment mode is cash on delivery & product deliverd me at 16/10/2018 at evening 6:00 pm & i check the product, product is threerd class quality & backup is too much low, this company not give right product & fraud the customers i will very disappointed with this part.

                                    Today October 16 again, I got a call from same type scam people.

                                    They send message first and called me talking in Kanada, but in truecaller saying from Bihar.
                                    He literally talking in Kanada and asking you got message, I told half English half Kanada saying I get too many scam calls that's why I won't answer or call back or not even think of saying yes to move further. Caller reliazed that I am not gonna pay single rupee..

                                    This guy really funny, he barely speak English. Not even the basic greeting also don't know, he gave to his manager I thought he will speak little bit Good, here also same but litter better he can community like true translating of regional Hindi words to convey information to me.

                                      I want to say that my mom buy a two sarees from shopclues.com but in those sarees have a problem. Problem is that there have a defective piece and colour was changed. We called the customers care no. They say that we will not do any thing and say that you searxh from google.

                                      A representative from shopclues called and informed that i have won a contest and asked me to deposit an amount to a specific account. later i found that the represntative is fake and doing illegeal hacking and after dipositing amount the said representative is notanswering the call further
                                      We booked 2 runners and bathmats.but only one runner we received instead of two.immediately we booked a complaint but no one respond properly this type of service was very bad.who will take care of my complaint

                                        According to shopclues it was a new ohone with 1 year warranty, but when i opened the delivered parcel, the packet of phone was too old and there was no any sealing. Inside data cable was not wrapped. All accesorios were misarranged. Phone was unable to power on. Then i plugged the phone in charging but it was not charging and screen remained blank. It was a dead set. I reqested a return request the same day but the didn't respond for 2 days. Then i talked with them and they said me to visit lenovo service center.in service center the phone was found out of warranty. Shopclues has badly cheated me and my issue is still unresolved

They are mobile product, electronics product are buying, than they are low price product, are returned you. Than return money. They are buying product verious sim, fake name & address. They handleling your courier boy. Your courier boy with us.
