This is hanifa rasooldeen regarding claim winning money for shop clue.

Received this check and scratch card 23/9/2018 by post. I sent sms code to this number ([protected]) and calling immediately from shopclue the above number, verbaly your staff told me 24/9/2018 to be deposited money on your account, 24/96/2018 your staff told me again you will paid service charge only 8250 indian rupees. I was deposited 8250 rupees on this account (Mrs rehana khan, a/c no xxxxx098812 please find the attached deposited bill) after deposited money he called me and conform with me that amount credited, but now no time tomorrow we will be deposited your winning money 11 lacs rupees in your account, i hope them because they sent by post and calling number from shop clue (Please find attached) 25/9/2018 again they asked 16500 rupees to be deposited the same account after deposited your money deposit to your account with in 5 minutes, so i can not believe this is true. They argue with me and suddenly cut the phone line.

I am a one of the huge customer for shop clue i was purchase around 30000 rupees in your online shopping. Still i am shopping from shop clue.
This all order purchased from saudi, delivered to india address registered mobile no [protected] 16/219b south street kilakkarai-623517 ramnad district. [protected]@gmail.com now back to saudi.
So please take me complaint and take necessary action on above complaint

I had ordered 3 products from shopclues. A pair of adidas slippers, nike track pants size l and a leather belt 29k. All the 3 products are of extremely inferior quality and defective. As soon as i wore the slippers its rubber broke. The nike track pants are not as per the large size fitting as marked. It is of very smaller size. The belt is also of very very low quality. They are robbing people.
I had requested for refund of slippers on 19th sep. I got a mail saying that refund would be available on 20th. But there has been no refund till date.

I m vivek kumar, cell number [protected] i order one casual and bluetooth wireless speaker, i received defective product and i initiated return after that everyday i received msg /mail regarding pickup note a d day end i received msg failure to return but busy came to pick up the item. I tried to call many time to shop clues customer care but call not happening.
I tell me truth are you going refund my money or not.

I have been trying to raise a ticket, email and customer support but your application is giving me an error message since 10th september. I also tried your customer care no. But its always long wait on the ivr and your executive keep transferring the call very frustrating
Your product is defective and i need an refund
If no response found in next 24 hours i will share it to the social websites regarding this fraud.

I have got call from shoppclues and they tld you have won car you can take the car or will give u cash and they have taken 5000/rs from me but no response

In respect of the above order, i have received a wrong battery. The battery ordered by me and stated in the invoice is : original samsung eb535151vu 1500mah battery for s advance 19070 but the battery supplied is : eb425161lu. I have been calling up the supplier at [protected] but there is no response. If i do not receive response from you immediately, i will treat it as a case of fraud and lodge complaint with the police.

Defective peace or a defective product i am order a samsung power bank of 30000mah and it delivered a philips power bank of a defective peace of less mah battery it gives a defective product and services are so poor and it is a delivered a power bank of one mobile charge capacity of power bank and also gives a loose product of cable and the bluetooth also are defective

We ordered dr. Morephen machine with bg-03 monitor with 25 strips. Out docket no awb no - cod[protected] against order no #[protected]. It was cod order. We received the machine but we didi not received the 25 strips. Infact we did not received a single strip. It is very disappointed that in s seild pack box items are missing. We r not happy with this. Kindly arrange to send the strips as mentioned in the invoice.

I got the delivery of the product on 26th august 2018 which i've ordered on 22th august. Within a month, suddenly adapter stopped working. No external damage issue. Product gives the seller warranty.
Desirable solution : repair or replace

I hope action will be taken urgently from your side, to the seller & i will get the replaced or repaired product.

Product was damaged. Product was collected 10 days back but still no refund. called shopclues customer care[protected]. Saying it is closed. Then I called on this number [protected] which i search on google..the person refused to talk and was saying rubbish things.in this way you treat customers??where shall we contact Shopclues. What the reason behind delay????? Refund kyun nahi hua .we have waited for 10 days.please look into the matter. If not, strict actions will be taken.

This is to inform you that there are a fraudulant group is there for looting money they created a name called

i got a call today morning followed by a message stating that glad to inform that got a first prize which is tata safari car and for which u need to give a delivery charges rs.8500 + gst. I told them i ll give a call back. And i google that contact number i received . In google they post like ad stating that shop clues prize winner customer care number and i called them again they told to pay the money.. I found their communication which is very poor and speaking with afraidness and i got them and immediately i called the head office customer care number and they have send me a link and i submitted all the details like this. They told they ll report legaly on this.See this is what we need to do.. We are not supposed to transfer any money to them, do not share any account no, aadhar no or otp which will affect a huge loss for us. Dont get loosing money by seeing and giving like if someone says they will give you huge money like that.

So dear management of shop clues please take action against on them and sue them and trash them off.. They should not call to any other person in further

Refer above cited order no, the same was given on 7th September, 2018. The order contain delivery of one number of Leather Men Belt. This was supposed to be delivered with in week time, but till today the said order has not been delivered to it's destination which is at Rajkot - Gujarat.

For this we tried to contract your Customer care number, but sorry to say that no body has answered our call.

Now we are trying to contact Blue dart office through it's consignment number. But we are not getting satisfactory answer either of you.

As per order id[protected] of shopclues.com. I recd mobile on 8th aug, 2018 at around 3.56 pm. I checked product at night that i found instead of nokia 5800 /good condition/certified pre-owned i recd china mobile in damaged condition (Water in it) same as it is i courier to seller address by shree anjani courier to sumit sharma, pearl overseas, matiala rd, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059 vide docket no. [protected] dt. 09/08/2018 but courier person says address not found and seller mobile is switch off so return undelivered parcel i pickup from thane and email that send ur blue dart courier person for pickup after that email is come that you get refund of rs.1399/-on 13th sept 2018 and courier charges of 70/- is paid by you also refunded. Courier charges i get but till date rs.1399/-is not refunded in my account.

Shopclues team (Mr. Pankaj) ask me to get my products on TP (Transparant Price) with condition to take paid Add services. But the person leaves job with my work pending. I complain for same to merchant support and raise ticket for it. Another staff person communicate with me and demanding same (To take Paid Add Services to complete my TP). I raise Ticket but get false reply each and every times and at last they told that we are not going to complete your work as you are not TRM (Top Rated merchant). I face this problem from 2 months but shopcles team needs money for each and every work. Even for my incomplete work for which i already paid. Kindly done my work for which your team already deduct for it.

I have ordered a weight machine that machine is not working well. And if i check weight after 10 min then weight difference is coming 2 kg. Every time its showing like this only. Order number is 15602007.

Now i got to know that this product is not working well. I can not trust this product because this product use to show difference n wait within 1 hour without doing any exercise.

However, to my disappointment, i found only one unit / qty of tukzer gold plated micro usb to usb cable only. Then, i emailed to them requesting the co. Shopclues.com to deliver the itel it1407 battery and the 2nd piece of tukzer gold plated micro usb to usb cable or refund the balance amount of rs. 700/- or so to my bank a/c. I have not received any response from the co. So far. On the contrary, i received sms requesting me to recommend their products to others as a satisfied customer.

Hence, i request you to help me in getting the above things delivered.

But i received only 1qty of that cable. No battery received.

I got a call saying i won a car of 12 lakh by shopping in shopclues and won by lucky draw coupon by my number. I also got a text message on my number of the details. Being a law student myself i could sense out of this online fraud. I want the fraud to be punished by law as soon as possible. They asked me to deposit transportation fees and gst charges in their bank details and assured to wait after the transaction being completed for the car, but i knew all in vain.

I want my money back.

I send money through bank transfer from ubi bank to sbi bank of the sum of 8, 600/- indian rupees.

On 6th september 2018, i got an an sms from shopeclues.com, that i have won the lucky draw first prize of tata safari. And they wants to login and check. So i check site they says "http://shopcluesluckydrawwinner.in/index.php" and knows this is true. The mega star anil kapoor also in that site with giving the prize. After a few minute call from sonu kumar mandal that this is not cheeting, and you should pay 8600/ for cash transfer of the vehicle's cost or pay 18, 200/- for vehicle take as insurance fee. I belives because that, these all from shopclues mail and he also says when i transfer the money to his account
"sonu kmar mandal, a/c no-[protected] (Sbi bank), ifscode-sbin0016981", and the money of the car's cost 12, 80, 000/- to my a/c without any delay. So i transfer the money. After the successful transfer of money, i send a snapshot to his saying email id. After a few minutes, i have comes a message from gsttax that, "money has been transferred to my account, but the transfer has blocked due to not pay the 2% of the money, 25, 600/- as gsttax." so i contacted the bank and they says this is not true. After i contacted gst officer, he says this is false. They donot send these type of sms. And this man - sonu kumar mandal will send sms to the officer's number as he not pay gsttax and pay fast. Between that he send an sms to me that another account number for send the money as gsttax. So i knows this is cheeting. After 2 hours i get an sms from md-ubi bank that "money has been transferred to my account, but the transfer has blocked due to not pay the 2% of the money, 25, 600/- as gsttax". So i again contacted the manager, he says this is cheeting. He also puchased some products from shopclues and comes so many messages like this, but he not read these because of his lack of time. Sonu threten me earlier i donot take this, they will suit a case against me.
After these i contacted shopclues through facebook chat and they not take any serious about this. So i have a suerty that shopclues also included this cheeting. They earn money from these type cheeting and not online sales.

I buyed so many products from shopclues and the give me lot of troubles earlier. They send wrong products, and brocken one also.

Kunal mandal is the man of shopclues, that is damp sure. If not they will pick him and send back my money.

Govt. Will take action against these type of fake companies and cheeting companies.

I sended the money from my mother's family pension. She is a sick person. Her treatment money has taken by shopclues by international level cheeting with anil bhai's picture.

So all of them in the whole universe will avoide the company shopclues.com, because this is a cheating company.
